      B.O.A. FROZE MY ACCOUNT to which at that point i no longer had any access to my account, now they want to charge me for transactions that were made during that period. Why were there any transactions during this period?

      Fraudulent accounts were opened with Bank of America, this involved a checking and a savings account. Both accounts were opened in my name. I believe they were set up as part of an unemployment fraud claim. I called the ******************** number to report the fraud. They gave me a call back auto message. They later called me, and I informed the representative of the fraud. She indicated it was not her department and forwarded the call to another number. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes to report fraud and just keep getting a message of how important my business is to them. I work in a demanding field environment and cant wait on a phone all day waiting on BOA to answer the phone. Please help me resolve this issue! Thank you for your time.

      My checking account is negative $100. **************** can't figure out why. My ankle is broken I can't drive to go in there. I tried calling the number on ********************************* card and it goes to a ***** voicemail thing and doesn't recognize him I have made 0 transactions, i don't have a debit card. So someone took my $100 and then took another $100 leaving it negative.

      I received 2 different payments from ******************************** (one for ~$35,000 and another for $65,000). On 7/26/22, I deposited the $35,000 check to Chase (they said there was a hold until 7/28 but ended up getting released on 7/27). On the same day, I deposited the $65,000 check to Bank of America (I have a slip that was printed saying ~$5,000 will be released on 7/28 and ~$60,000 will be released on 8/2) which I was fine with. While the check I deposited at Chase cleared without problems, on 7/28, I check my Bank of America account to see that the ~$5,000 still hasn't been released. I see a note saying the hold has been delayed until 8/4. That's weird but ok fine. Last night, 8/1, I get a notice saying my debit card declined which was weird because I knew I had sufficient funds. I called Bank of America this morning to find out that my account has been permanently closed and I cannot ever bank with them again due to the check being COUNTERFEIT!!! WHAT??!?! Impossible!!! I called ************************ and they said that usually banks call to verify the validity of their larger payouts and they keep record of it. They have no record of BoA calling to validate the check. Principal's accounting team also said that the ~$65,000 was released from their bank on 7/27 to BoA. If there was any suspicion of fraud, especially flagged by ***, those funds would've never been released. I called *** again and they said they contacted the person responsible for validating the check but they're offline and I will have to call back to see if they responded. WHAT??!?! I HAVE TO CALL BACK??? You're not going to call ME back after an error YOU made that has a majorly negative impact on my finances, present and future??!!? SHAME ON YOU! I've never had such a ridiculous experience with any other bank!!!

Principal . ....a shareholder who is not a ownership has 50 percent and less. 51 percentage and up is ether general partnership or soleproprietorship . ...the first address in this message is the address set up .the company is in a trust .the deceased owner put his bank into a trust and made me the beneficiary too it .why aren't y'all talk too me..please give me CPA accounting .I am also joint with right of soviour ship on all the reality association . He can't put reality association joint account into a trust . His social security number is *********.. deceased owner.. of this company nations bank.. I am beneficiary too his bank and joints with rights of soviour ship too all of the property .so y'all have too give me CPA accounting too all the realiatate bank of America owns right away . I have also 5 police report file too this issue . I'd fraud and forgery and mail fraud .got me at place I am not at for a mail address .       Under 15 USC 1666B this is a billing error always paid as agreed on time this is an error this account in violation. Please remove late payments and update this account to 100 percent accuracy.

      hello currently i have the below accounts with bank of america and a long time personal/business customer checking - ************ business - **** **** **** balaji redhillsnarayanan zipcode - ***** in account i currently have below 3 online id that i login regular to access business/personal accounts.balaji1234 balaji0118 balaji9692 and there are some personal and business credits ,some around total of 5 credit cards attached to above.when i spoke to personal and business credit card division, i was told that some of the business credit card accounts are wrongly mapped.i spoke to several of representative so far, including branch visit, and not able to find 1 single representative that can help with cleanup/and fix my account profile with proper mapping of credit card account. also, i am now worried of any other credit card account that i *** have applied and approved and currently not shown up/mapped under my personal/business account profile that *** affect my credit history i am a long term customer of ********************** and not happy with above such lack of expertise in online account setup.request you to please assist me in getting the above reviewed in detail by a expert online setup team and get the profile fixed.thanks ***************

      Bank of America's Mortgage Application Cause for Concern 1. Was approved for a mortgage, meeting all requirements, paperwork, debt to income ratio everything 2. On the day of closing AFTER selling our current place the mortgage is all of a sudden pending-denial "out of the blue" 3. No documentation, proof, or reasoning for delay/pending denial- explicitly asked why this application after 2-months of working heavily with a loan officer is all of a sudden having issues - all documents were satisfied and debt to income ratios fell within guidelines 4. Concerned why equal opportunity is NOT being honored 5. Being purposefully vague in communication and now on 7-days post expected closing, homeless, waiting to see what Bank of America comes out with 6. Currently working with another mortgage, and does not understand why our application is having issues with Bank of America Are other Bank of America customers experiencing this? A bank is stating that you meet requirements and then pulling out at the last moment making a family homeless when there were PLENTY of opportunities to tell me that the mortgage will not go through.Poor and VERY questionable business practices.

      On 6/17/22 I made a payment in error to Bank of America in error. A rep told me that they would cut me a check and I should have the refund within **** business days. As it turns out, I had to wait 1-2 billing cycles. I also made a payment in July. At the end of July they changed my balance to $9K and said I was 2 billing cycles past due. They demanded $331.00 to avoid being reported 30 days late to the credit bureau. They lowered my credit limit which will affect my credit. I spoke to a manager who placed me on hold and the call dropped. When I spoke to ******* she refused to speak to me stating that I would receive a letter. Not once did someone tell me to keep paying my payment and this will have consequences to my credit score. I was given wrong information by several reps and i feel that this needs to be addressed. I also would like them to give me back my agreed upon credit limit and to not raise my interest rate.

      I found the need to call customer service because my account is not reflecting the correct balance; a credit of $100 as a new client was not applied. A deposit from my checking to my brokerage account was not reflected in balance and a cd purchase which was confirmed never showed on my account. I tried calling three different numbers even their corporate office in ** with over 1 hr wait time and no answer. The corporate phone just disconnects you.
