      07/26/21 - 10/19/21 in between these dates there was Fraud use I called Bank of America as soon as I was not receiving my debit card which they had told me it's already been activated and used and for one I filed a complaint that day when I found out my money was taken out with Bank of America they gave me credit for most of it except for the $6,000 and $5,000 they didn't give me credit for but the rest they did they keep denying my claim saying that customer is reliable so okay I let it I asked him for their supporting documents so why they made the decision and they sent me a picture of a male at ATMs in ******* using my card with a mask covering his face I sent them my supporting documents my ID paper showing where I was around this time and they still keep denying my claim as it's already been going on for a year now how are they going to give me credit for the other ones but then last two claims they're all happening around the same time they won't give me my credit for them like if they were investigating right they would see that it was not me that's totally someone else and it's not even nowhere near where I'm at I just need to give me my credit or investigate the claim better because I feel like they ain't doing nothing they're just as soon as they get it they deny it and I reopen it back up that's not fair because it clearly shows how am I responsible for that and I already done coping America clean center and then put so many file complaints in and it's past the 45-day **** and it still ain't made a decision and every time they go look at it as soon as they look at it for my credit for my claim they deny it and the documents I sent it clearly shows it's not me and it's not nowhere near where I'm at I even sent them mine documents and still I just feel like they ain't looking at it or ain't investigating it right and it just like just keep denying it and kind of give me my money

      I have been trying to transfer half of my securities to my ex-husband for months. Merrill has given me the run around for months. I've spent dozens of hours waiting on hold and return phone calls that were promised were never made. I have already submitted all of the necessary paperwork. It has all been approved by Merrill. They say "I should be all set" but still the securities haven't been transferred. I've left multiple messages with supervisors and no return phone calls. Just want to complete the transfer of securities.

      I opened 2 savings accounts for my children and have been unable to transfer money to my accounts and also unable to receive help from phone representatives. BOA had even locked my accounts preventing me from getting information. Every time I call Im experiencing excessive hold times and passed around and no solution. Ive filed a BBB complaint before and a BOA rep was supposed to contact me and its been months and still nothing and theyve continued to charge fees to my accounts even though I dont have access. I want all the fees that have been deducted from my account to be refunded and I want to close my account.

      I filed a claim for 550$ 5 days ago. Someone was using something called quick car ********* with my money. Its powerball gambling (what b of a said ) I have never used it in my life.I thought my funds were protected, like if I ever had fraud I wouldnt miss that money but I am. I still havent received the temporary credit, or credit my money back, and now they are making money off me while my account is going to start declining things and overdrawing me into fees. I called today as important bills come through today and was told they will look into it and have 90 days. Im 32 Ive had an account here since I was 14, they are making money off me

      Bank of America is allowing someone to open a checking account in my name every month or more since April 2022 up until July 11, 2022.I Call the fraud department number of time trying to get this matter resolved only to see in a month a new account have been opened in my name. Some of the accounts are different accounts numbers Im trying to figure out a way that Bank of America could stop whoever this person is that opening those accounts to block them from doing that it dont seem like it should be difficult for them to do that I called and I complain to Bank of America but yet the next month another account have been opened in my name is there anything BBB can do to help me resolve this problem.

      I will contacting a lawyer to *** you Bank of America. I tried to deposit money into my account at the atm. The atm messed up closed my account and took my money. All at the same time. I have been calling claims and customer service which they keep transferring to the same department and hanging up on me. No one is trying to help me get my money back I deposited 400$ at the **** While I was depositing my cash of 400$ my account was still open it wouldnt take the last 20 so I tried 2or 3 more times to get it in. Once it took the last 20. The atm started to spin and say loading. So I tried to log into my account which was open 10 min before I logged in again. Now it was saying account locked. I called customer service they said it was closed. I went inside the bank to try to get help. I called to tried to get help by calling the call center ter no one helped. All they kept saying is your account is closed and you didnt deposit 400. So yall took my money. Im getting a lawyer since no one can help me. My account due to me trying to continue to deposit my money when it kept spitting out money. Next thing you know yall closed my account due to me trying to continue to deposit.       I am the personal representative for my deceased father, ******************************** estate in the state of ********. My father passed on 2/19/2021. My father had two accounts with Bank of America, a business account and a personal account. My lawyer filed paperwork to close out the accounts with Bank of America. The personal account was closed out and the money put in the estate's bank account. The business account remains open. I have made multiple requests to Bank of America throughout 2021 and 2022 to close out the account. I have told them that the business was a sole proprietership and should have been closed out upon proper request by the state. Bank of America continues to ignore my requests or informs me that the request is being handled or assigned to a case manager but nothing happens. on 6/27/22 Bank of America stated that they had to research the account because they did not have a signature card and could not determine if the account was a corporation or sole proprietership. They said a case manager would be assigned and they would research the issue. I never heard anything else from Bank of America. I reached out to them today, only to be told that a case manager had not been assigned, so I still don't have a case number for reference and that they determined the account was a corporation and I will have to go to court to close out the account. I asked them how they made a determination that the account was a corporation. They did not provide a clear explanation other than to say when the account was moved over from another bank they acquired they set it up that way. But they have no proof or documentation that the account is a corporation. I should not have to go to court to close this account out. Bank of American has yet to call me and provide a formal status or anything in writing. They just hold on to the money so they can draw interest and I'm expected to spend money to file a court case to recoup money they are not entitled to.

      I have A PPP loan through Bank of America. I filed a claim for loan forgiveness which was denied due to my income reporting did not fit into the application form. In other words, there is a bureaucratic loophole which allowed the bank to deny forgiveness. I appealed the denial in December of 2021. Funds from the Small Business Administion should pay the loan. However, Bank of America insists that I should be contacting the *** to get status of my appeal. The *** says that my loan should have been forgiven and that I should contact Bank of America. Bank of America has asked me to start making payments on the loan ( when I should not have to pay anything).
