      I continue to receive voicemails from Aquarion Asset Management about a debt they refuse to tell me information about. The 1st time I received a threatening voicemail about garnishing my wages, taking me to court, and seizing my assets, I called and wanted to ask questions regarding the debt they were calling about. The woman was rude, hateful, and started yelling at me, so I hung up on her. I refuse to be spoken to that way by anyone, let alone a debt collector who is unwilling to even provide me with information about the supposed debt. I block each number they call from, and I also downloaded a robot caller blocking app that blocks the calls. I just want the threats to stop. I know that I have rights, and that by law they are to not threaten me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I am still being contact numerous times and multiple numbers. I contact them directly and they are unaware of why I am being called. This is an Attempt to collect my information for possible theft and/ or Criminal Activity. This company and its numbers are known of possible scam over the internet. Many complaints have been issued. Being in the US Military I have an obligation to report criminal and possible scams.

      I have received calls from this company multiple times within the last two weeks stating I owe $1,219.69 from an unpaid payday loan. This loan was paid over 15 years ago. They stated it's still unpaid and have threatened legal action including garnishing my wages. It is completely unacceptable to be targeting people non-stop with no viable reason.

      This company keeps calling me. I have to use a text assistant on my phone. When I activate it, it clearly explains it, yet they keep hanging up. If they aren't going to communicate with me at all, then they really need to stop calling me.

      I have never done business with these people or this company. I have received over 27 calls in the past year (not legal) about a debt I owe them. Yet, I have no debt to owe them, do not have any debt period, and have no history of debt. What makes this more illegal is Im a minor, this company cannot reach out to me, or have a debt carried for me. This is a scam and highly illegal. They will not stop calling me, even after I block their numbers, they just call from another number, when I try to ask for a report of my debt (something by which they are legally required to give me) they have never once provided any information.

      I answered a call and ask the agent to inform me of the debt trying to be collected. I have no outstanding debts. The agent informed me the call was a erroneous. I continue to recieve calls from this debt collection service.

      This company contacts me every 3 days to attempt to collect a debt by stating they have filed suit against me for a medical bill from 2009. I reside in *****, I do not have any outstanding medical bills and if I did the statutes have expired many years ago. So implying false legal action is deplorable and in violation of the ******

      They keep calling me telling me about a payday loan from 2012 and they hang up when you ask them questions about it

      Aquarian Asset Management has called me multiple times requesting payment for a debt not owed. I've called them and informed them I don't owe any debt. They said it was from 2016 and they have threatened legal action if I don't pay it. I continue to be harassed and stalked. It's getting old. They said the address ********************************* was used to take out the loan. Sorry to inform, but I was living in *******, ** during 2016. I want them to stop contacting me. I've asked them multiple times and they continue. I've even requested official documentation and they told me I was not allowed to receive any documentation besides a text message. I've already reached out to ************************************ requesting help with this.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      you and your organization continue to call and harass me. Yall have been calling and harassing for over a year. Yall have threatened me with legal action. I have requested four official documentation, per my rights, federal and state law that you are required to provide, and yall have refused to provide it. I am not calling and providing any information. I am requesting official documentation that I am obligated to receive. I am not going to be calling anymore. I hope that you either send me official documentation, take me to court, or stop calling and harassing me.

      Officially, please be advised: 

      You are to provide evidence of the debt, per the Fair Credit Reporting Act. By law, you must send me proof in writing. I will not call you due to the actions of your staff on multiple previous calls.
      Name and mailing information, along with the name and mailing information of the debt collector
      The name of the creditor I allegedely owe the debt to
      The account number associated with the debt (if any)
      An itemization of the current amount of the debt that reflects interest, fees, payments, and credits since a particular date The current amount of the debt when the notice is provided
      Information I can use to reply to the debt collector
