      I purchased a Frigidaire wall mounted microwave and oven combo unit in April 2023. When it was installed a few days later in April, the installer needed to modify the depth of the cabinet to make it fit and charged me $80 for the service. Frigidaire offers a fit promise where they will reimburse you up to $300 dollars for cabinet modifications if required during install. I read the terms of service and I was eligible for this reimbursement so I submitted the claim. It was denied with only the explanation, "key date not eligible." All I wanted was to be able to talk to someone about why my claim was denied because I felt it was in error. The date of purchase fell within the timeframe of the fit promise. I contacted the company and was just told there was no way to contact the claims department and their decision is final. This seems very dishonest and scam. Promise you will provide reimbursement when your product doesn't fit and then deny it without any explanation or further discussion. I'm not even asking for the full $300 they offer. I just wanted my $80. I suspect the problem is because I reserved a unit with the retailer 8 months prior but it was not available. I did not PURCHASE the unit until it became available in April of this year,. The invoice provided by the store I purchased from doesn't clearly show this. In addition, the fit promise is also a scam because no one could receive a unit in the time frame stated on their fit promise website because of the backorder. As you see from the attached invoice it didn't ship (because it wasn't available) until April 18th 2023 and it was at that time I was charged and completed my purchase with the retailer.

      Purchased a BRAND new washer/dryer combo delivered Mar 18, 2023. As of last Thursday (5/4/23), the washer is no longer functional as it poured water out the bottom of the unit most likely damaging our sub flooring in the process. I reached out last Thursday as unit is roughly 6 weeks old and used by my spouse and I only (so maybe we have done ~20 loads in it) and was told that we are in a limited service area and someone will get back to me in 3 business days. I personally find this ridiculous and unacceptable. I am now taking laundry to a facility to have it done. My spouse is a Mobile Massage therapist so we depend on that unit which is why we purchased NEW vs USED. I would honestly like my money back as apparently Frigidaire isn't what it was when I was a child, however, at a minimum, I would like my unit repaired in a timely fashion. This unit was purchased on 3/15/23 and delivered/installed on 3/18/23 and we paid $1,298.00 for the unit from ********** (who delivered/installed).

      Case Description: It's been well over a year and 11 months to date and I haven't received any information or resolution previously addressed to Frigidaire and ************** regarding a defective appliance purchased from *********** When I purchased my appliance, I purchased it through ********** but the maker was Frigidaire. At the time, I purchased 2 appliances, a refrigerator, and an over-the-range microwave, both frigidaire appliances. However, when my appliances were delivered I noticed that the refrigerator doors were not aligning properly, and due to that, the bottom door has a corner sticking out more than the other. Also, the door hinges do not properly aligned. I called ********** to let them know about the issue and all they have done is FAILED on every attempt. My refrigerator has had more damage due to the repairs than any type of fixing. Also, shortly after my over-the-range microwave door was having a hard time opening, the door sounded like it was going to break. Again, the attempt to fix the issue was a MAJOR FAIL. Not only did they do more damage when trying to repair my appliances. but they damaged part of my house kitchen cabinets when installing the over-the-range microwave. Also, they bent the door hinges to fix the issue, and my refrigerator seals were burnt with a lighter, and the dust vent at the bottom of the the refrigerator was broken. I believe that instead of doing more damage, they should have replaced my appliances with another instead of further damaging them and leaving me (the consumer) stuck with this issue. I am reaching out to you, the better business bureau for help because I need help trying to resolve this issue with either the **********( the store I purchased the appliance from) or Frigidaire( the maker of the appliances). I had previously filed a complaint. I can explain to a Rep. ******* Resolution: Refund or Exchange. I want my money back or a new refrigerator, and I want the damages made to my home repaired.

      We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator at ****** on 1/22/23. We have had to call four times due to frost/ice build up in the freezer. Today we noticed a crack in the plastic of the inside refrigerator. I have called three times and had three service people try to remedy. I called again today and they continue to not want to refund or replace. They want to send another company out and I'm expected to call a fifth time to ask for a refund or replacement. Frigidaire has sold me a defective product and does not want to stand by their warranty while attempting to waste as much of my time as possible so I will stop calling. This company is not complying with their warranty promises.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have submitted pictures of the refrigerator and the issues we have experienced. We have had 3 companies look at the refrigerator and a fourth is scheduled for tomorrow 5/19/2023..

      It is unacceptable that Frigidaire thinks this is what their customers should go through in order to have the refrigerator refunded or replaced. This refrigerator was very poorly made and it appears that Frigidaire chooses to frustrate their customers and waste as much of their time as possible until the customer gives up. 

      Each phone call to Frigidaire is a ***** minute phone call to an outsourced agency. Each appliance company coming to the home is a half day of work lost. After the visit tomorrow I will need to make another ***** minute call to Frigidaire when the problems are not resolved. 

      This is completely unacceptable for any company to treat their customers with such a lack of respect. 

      This company has very poor customer service and does not stand by their product. 

      Very disappointed in how we've been treated.

      Until the issue has been resolved I cannot accept the response from Electrolux.

      I have been told previously "We'll call you." from the repair companies Electrolux has sent to our home and there is never follow through. 

      This is the pattern. 

      I don't have time to call, ***** minutes on the phone, another half day of work lost. 

      A brand new refrigerator should not require this level of pleading with the manufacturer to correct.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is a follow up with the complaint I filed with the BBB due to Electrolux/Frigidaire's non compliance with their warranty. 

      We had received a phone call from Electrolux that the parts were ordered and ************************ was going to contact me about completing repairs to our new refrigerator by June 3rd. 

      We have not had any follow through with this promise from Electrolux. 

      The freezer continues to accumulate frost or ice on the door of the freezer and it has been doing this since the refrigerator was delivered in February. 

      Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.

      They sent me the wrong parts and then claimed I had to pay more for the right parts. I feel that their stove exploding on me and damaging my cupboards is their responsibility. Its not like it just broke and was out of warranty.

      Purchased Electrolux washing machine August 2022. Contacted Electrolux service about a noise and scheduled a warranty service. Tech responded mid March 2023. After taking just a visual inspection and listening to the noise I was informed I should buy a new machine because it would very expensive to fix and was likely my fault. , but he couldnt say for sure. I asked that he continue with the repair by in the event it is covered under warranty. He said ok and sold me he did not have pets on hand and needed to order parts. He scheduled a follow up for early April. A few days before the appointment I received a text that it had been cancelled and to cal back to reschedule. I rescheduled the appointment for 5/1/23. On 5/1/23 I removed the door to my laundry room and unstacked my dryer to allow access at the request of the tech on his prior visit. He had told me I would be first as this was a big job. By 11am no one had shown up. I called and was told it would be between ****. By 4pm no one had shown up. I called back and used the text option to find out was going on. The service agent said he was at the end of shift and would help me tomorrow. I called back and was told the appointment was now on 5/8/23. I put my machine back together and waited until 5/8. On 5/8 I prepd for the appointment and at 9am received a text saying my appointment was scheduled for 5/15/23. I received confirmation text/emails for all appointments only to have the tech no show and the appointment be rescheduled. I have taken 3 days off work and lost a significant amount in wages but still have a malfunctioning washing machine. I can not contact anyone that can give me a concrete date and time when someone will actually show up to fix this 7-8 month old machine that is under warranty. I just want this fixed or a new machine.

      I purchased a Frigidaire stove from Lowes in ******* in November 2022. We installed the stove but didn't come down to the house until late Dec. The whole house had been renovated. When we started using the stove we got an error message and the stove would make alarm noises. We called for service. They sent someone out and said we had bugs. There was no other signs of bugs in the house and only a few in the stove. They replaced the control board and told ** how to clean the stove which we did. It happened again less than 3 weeks later and they came out again. they told ** it was bugs again but he only found one in the stove. He wouldn't replace it and said that the warranty would be voided. left the stove apart and left. He said we would have to get someone in to treat for the bugs and then they would come back. We did and the technician said he saw NO OTHER signs of bugs except the stove. I called back and they told ** they wouldn't warranty it.Stove still not functioning properly. I paid $400 for someone to come out and replace the board. He found no evidence of bugs. Now less than a month later, we have the same problem. He called Frigidaire and they suggested trying another board but he said he wasn't going to let me spend more money since there is obviously another problem and they won't warranty it. I am at **** end trying to deal with the company. They told me they would warranty if I got a exterminator out which I did and then told me they don't do that anymore.Please help! this is an expensive stove that I can't afford to replace. I have paperwork from exterminator and appliance repair person

      I am rejecting this response because: I was told by the company that if I brought an exterminator, they would fix the stove. In addition to doing that I paid for the part again with another authorized repair person and he said its not the big  issue and the part went bad again with no evidence of bugs. In addition, exterminator have no other bugs in the house. He refunded my money because he said he cant even help me fix the stove.

      bought Frigidaire ****** BTU Air conditioner from ********** June 15,2022 AC stopped working in Feb 2023 call called Frigidaire they sent repair man March 23, 2023. Repair man couldn't fix the unit, it had lost all the refrigrerant propellant and was a close unit so he couldn't do any repairs. He gave me service # ******** and file # ******** to call them on 7 business days I did, they said it would take another 7 business days. I ve been calling every week trying to find out what they are going to do. since I wassnt getting any where with frigidaire I called ********** but because it wassnt a year old yet they couldn't help me cause it is still under manufactures warranty. **************** even told me the a replace was on it way on April 11th it would be delivered ****** 7 or ********************************************************************************************************************************************* over and over again the I called them agin on May 4th and the lady asured me that she would find out something and call me back that day. I have not recieved call back yet. I live in central ******* it's hot here we need out AC working.

      Purchased a home in 2020 with a new Electrolux Dryer. In February 2023 I received in the mail a notification from Electrolux that my dryer's extended warranty was expiring and it had information to purchase from Electrolux and 5 year extended warranty . It is now May 5, 2023 and the dryer is making a loud screeching noise when running so I've called the number on my **************** Agreement Contract to set up a service call. I have now been calling for two days trying to get this set up. I've been told that I don't have a contract. Then the agent found it and put me on hold to verify I've been told I only have an *** for my washer, not my dryer. I've been told I have a $5 balance on my account and they can't process because of that. I've tried calling other numbers on the Electrolux website only to eventually be transferred back to the same *** agents who are not able to help.

      Frigidaire Model #FFGH3054US 30 in. 5.0 cu. ft. *************** Range with Self-Cleaning Oven in Stainless Steel bought this range 2021 then the range back get bad call Frigidaire they fixed it then again get bad 2022 then they send tech to fix the issue the teach say its factory issue they know about it the file number ********.they give me 40% rebate but I want the unite replacement its factory issue they know about it they should open recall but they not open pls help me

      I am rejecting this response because: why I need, buy new one with 40%rebate they just replace my one with different model . this unit is factory issue why not they give free extended warranty 5 years or give 50% discount to buy extend warranty thx
