      I purchased a Thru the wall conditioner - Frigidaire model and have it 2 years and now it makes a terrible sound - and was told it is the blower motor ball bearing went - can be repaired but no help from Frigidaire customer service after repeated calls and they will take care of it but never does - Frigidaire is owned by Electrolux Corporation -please contact the main headquarters and get this resolved for me - I paid a lot of money for this - 1,115,71 - the headquarters for Electrolux is in ******* ** .

      I am rejecting this response because: they say that their representatives gave repair names but that is not true - when you call there numbers they tell you the company has to put a work order in before they will come out to look at air conditioner - also most of them dont take care of their product in Staten Island, ** - I had a Kenmore air conditioner in the same place in my home for 28 years and never had a problem - I spend all this money and there Fridegeaire air conditioner last for 2 ******* - this is a disgrace - I am a older person and need air conditioning with the summer coming - they 
      Must fix this immediately - or replace for the price I paid over $1100 for something that is defective already - in their letter they talk about warranty for the insides of there air conditioner - well I am in that warranty timeline - thank you

      Extended warranty for refrigerator purchased 1/20/21 for $410.15 order# ******* (effective 2/19/21-2/18/23).Claim filed 2/13/23 @ 6:18 PM ET w/****** (reference# ********). Verified that repair would be covered if there was an issue w/parts etc. & was reassured that it would be. Appointment set up w/Customer ************************** for 2/15/23 between ****. ******* w/************* Appliance called 2/14/23 & said they couldn't come out until 2/16/23 between ****.******* w/************* Appliance came out 2/16/23 & diagnosed the issue as being a board communication failure requiring the ************ boards be replaced.I called ************* Appliance on 2/24/23 @ 12:51 PM ET to inquire on the status & spoke to ******* who informed me that the parts were unavailable & that they were waiting on next steps from Electrolux. I reached out to ************* Appliance again via email on 3/13/23 & was told by ************************* that one of the parts was no longer available & that they had submitted a request for unit replacement & that Electrolux had indicated that it would take 2-3 business days to receive a response back. Emailed ************* again on 3/20/23 & got no response so I called Electrolux @ 1:12 PM ET & spoke to ********* (reference# ********) who informed me that their back order team was to check on parts & get back to me within **** business days & that if parts were not received within that timeframe that a request for unit replacement would be submitted. Contacted Electrolux again today, 4/26/23 as I can't get a response from ************* Appliance & was told they are still looking for parts & to give them another **** business days!! I told them no, this needs to be resolved today, reiterating what I was told on 3/20/23 to which they replied that this was only the 4th day?! Since this has been going on for almost 3 months, we were forced to buy a new refrigerator so they need to reimburse us for the cost of a new *********************** of the old one!

      I purchased a side by side refrigerator/freezer from Frigidaire a year and a half ago. Apparently they only have a year warranty for everything. However now my compressor and converter board have gone out and I dont have a working fridge or freezer. They will not stand by their products past a year which is ridiculous considering the part is the functioning piece of the machine. This isnt a lightbulb its the machine going completely out within a year and a half of purchase. **************** will do nothing for you aside from a small discount on parts and have a technician come out for over $100 to diagnose. By the time this is done Ill be spending probably half the cost of the machine that is over only a year old. I have moved any food I could to a cooler and lost money on the rest. I have a dead fridge/freezer sitting in my kitchen with no help or consideration from Electrolux/Frigidaire. I am devastated after spending so much money on this item so short of time ago. Other companies cover huge parts like this way past a year. I feel duped and defeated and cant trust this fridge anymore yet have to put a ton more money in trying to repair something that shouldnt be broken. Also after they do fix it theres only a 60 day warranty on these parts. So 61 days could pass and Im back to square one if they break.**************** has no compassion and the fact that this huge company wont stand by their products after a year says a lot.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have already cancelled the 5/9 repair as I was not getting any response whatsoever from your company and had to purchase another fridge. I have small kids and was living out of a cooler for a week and a half.  Along with that, I bought the part myself and installed it due to Frigidaires lack of action or compassion for a customer who was lied to.

      I am happy to provide receipt from the part I purchased as well as I would like the cost of the tech that came out here refunded of $104.99 since nothing was done. If possible please refund to my card I paid with to customer service on the initial day we scheduled the appointment.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Your company did not send me a part free of charge. The tech ordered it however we did not follow through with the appointment because we had not yet received response from you. By the time you responded we were forced to take care of this ourselves. 
      We paid the 104 for the tech however were deceived by your reps who told ** this would be including installs. So really we just got answers we already knew and no further action for the 104. So what your company promised ** would happen with that money did not. 


      I paid ***** out of pocket to fridgidaire through amazon for Frigidaire ********** ************** to end up having to install it myself. A refund of some sort would be appreciated considering you offered to cover install for part and the part which did not occur due to lack of response from your company.

      We have a new dryer that broke. The parts are under warranty. We have been trying to get a replacement part for MONTHS. We are continually told that it is not available. However, multiple websites have this product available and in stock. They refuse to let us speak to a supervisor and frankly don't care that we seemingly are never going to get this part....because it is a warranty claim. I will never purchase another Electrolux product. They just don't care about their customers.They don't honor their warranties.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, with notes which are listed below. I have also attached my original bill of sale to provide proof of purchase date.

      Per Electrolux's document (EN FRONT LOAD DRYER A16331701 July 2019", page 44 Warranty Periods, "During the 2nd year from your original date of purchase, Electrolux will pay for parts needed for this appliance that have proven to be defective in materials or workmanship when your appliance is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the provided instructions.". Original purchase date was 3/26/2021, and my first call was on March 17, 2023, 9 days left before the 2-year mark.

      During my original call with their support representative on March 17, 2023, the rep agreed with the above warranty statement found in their publication and said that the part would be shipped out once it was received in. This date, I was told was March 20th and the part would arrive at my door **** business days later. Through 6 different phone calls, all initiated by me, I was told repeatedly that the part had just been received that day (incredibly coincidental for this to happen once, let alone 2-3 times) and would arrive at my door in **** business days. I was told this same story at least two times, and at one point was told that the next step was them just sending me a brand new dryer because they could not find the part anywhere (at this point I told them I would send them several websites that have the part in stock if it would help).

      So, I do accept their solution to come out and replace the part, but I disagree that this isn't a warrantable item.

      We bought our frigidaire side by side refrigerator back in 2021, and just a few months after the freezer side started making this weird noise at about 3 am. After calling their 800 number i was instructed to purchase a water filter and that would fix the problem. Another 3 months went by and same noise came back to which they sent out a service technician and he claimed that computer needed to reset So he unplugged it for a few minutes and claimed that should fix the problem sometime with all these new appliances and computers they get hung up on. a few months later same issue again so we called tech support and they sent out another tech and he claimed it was it ice maker and that was replaced. a few months went by and same thing again so called and they sent out another tech which the same tray was replaced again, another few months went by same noise returned another tech was sent out and he stated that the water line for the water dispenser and ice maker had a leak causing it to freeze in the back resulting in the noise, he that was replaced. As for this year we have had several times the issue returned (jan 10th, jan 15th, feb 27th, april 16, april 17, april 19 and up yesterday april 25 after the tech from A&D appliance from ************* ** was here to replace the motor that same noise came. I called and spoke with ****** who was extremely rude and unprofessional to my wife and I telling us that the fridge is outn of warranty and frigidaire will not replace it and they will have to charge us for their trip even though their technicians are not competent enough to resolve the issue. We have called frigidaire and they keep saying is that there is no one available to sign off on the *** ******** so that we can new refrigerator.

      We had purchased a brand new Frigidaire oven from lowes about 3 months ago. Within the first couples of weeks we started having issues with the oven and called to file a complaint and have it resolved. The issues: child safety ***** not working; which was a huge safety concern with small children in the home, oven changing temps going from 300 to 700 plus degrees throughout attempting to cook burning meals, turning on/off randomly, beeping throughout the day, and the warming zone randomly turning on and not being able to switch off automatically another safety concern. We thought the tech should have listed these issues as safety concerns/hazardous and removed the oven immediately. Instead weve been waiting over 2 months for a part (control panel) and it to be serviced by a tech. Now at the end of this process the company scheduled us 2 times with a tech to come out we waited all day with no call/show. Ive spoked to their customer service team and supervisors multiple times with no solutions. I honestly felt like with such concerns it would be removed from the home and we would receive a refund. Instead Ive gotten this runaround from the company this entire time making excuses they cant do anything about it. I also have videos of the oven during the various things I have mentioned. I should also mention the distress it has put our large family under especially with the safety concerns but also not having a working oven for such a long period of time. We have 5 children that are homeschooled so it has been a constant stress daily not just one meal a day. I appreciate the time BBB puts into this matter. Thank you, *************************

      They wont pay the service provider that they sent to my home. Ive called several times for the last two months and they keep advising that the matter will be handled. I even have proof via email from them stating this matter will be resolved, it still hasnt been resolved yet. The service provider keeps sending me a bill!!

Its not my responsibility to pay Unique for manufacturers wrong doing!! The representative shouldve fulled checked the necessary things to make sure this item was in warranty or out of warranty before making the decision to send out Unique.

      Purchased a frigidaire gas washer and dryer laundry center on 6/14/22 delivered on 6/27/22. Receipt number 3843-00090-16130 started having strange noises after about a month...thought it may be because of a balance issue. then all of a sudden the washer quit spinning out or draining. called so far a total of 22 times trying to get someone to come out to service. Technician finally came out and diagnosed it as a manufacturing issue. Now all they keep saying is they need a second opinion....they keep scheduling someone to come out but they keep cancelling. we are now almost 2 months without a washing machine and all i get is a run around. Not one person seems to know what is going on. Cant speak to a manager or someone higher up. So frustrating

      Bought a frig 2/24/2023 I had this for 28 days got on the 28th day it was completely dead we called lowes to no options other than contact frigidaire I have for 2 months they sent 1 tech that said computer board and ran out of the house like his pants were on fire so I called they said he won't work on it so we got another tech sent out he said same computer board then tired to say we have low voltage but we do not have had it checked then frigidaire told me this past Friday they will email me directions on the replacement I call today monday they lie to me telling me they aren't doing anything that they are done
