1 starI purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher on 11/29/24 from ********** in ****, **. The dishwasher does not properly work. It does not drain the water completely, nor dry the dishes. I scheduled an appointment for repairs for 12/14/24. The technician was a no show, and indicated that I requested to reschedule, which was a blatant lie. Thereafter, I received extremely poor customer service with no resolution and was told the next available appointment would not be until 12/27/24, which is unacceptable.Review fromBrenda C

1 starWe bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator on 12/1/23.9/2/24 - freezer went out - limped it along until Oct 2024. 10/28/24 - initial contact with Frigidaire for repair/replacement 10/30 - The ********** came out and said the freezer was unrepairable & I needed to call Frigidaire to get a replacement. I called a few hours later to begin the process of a replacement & was told that it took 3 days before they would get the report.11/1 - I was told that another ********** had to verify it was not fixable 11/8 - 2nd ********** came and ordered parts - a follow-up appt. was scheduled for 11/20. 11/13 - I called to tell them that the fridge stopped working too & was told a tech would be there on 11/15.Between 11/19/24 and 12/13 I called four times getting conflicting stories each time.11/29 - 3rd tech came & the tech told Frigidaire it was unrepairable 12/13/24 called four times trying to get a straight answer and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that they didn't know how to connect me nor did they have a phone # for a supervisor.1st call told that there was no note about me getting an email but they received the report from ***** on 12/2.2nd call disconnected 3rd call I was told the process to go through to get a replacement and there was no note from ***** on 12/2. The last recorded note from **** was on 11/22. I was given **** phone # to reach out to them.I called **** and got a confirmation # for the report sent to them on 12/7.4th call Frigidaire denied receipt of the report on 12/2. They called **** and said that the ticket for 11/29 was canceled so a new ticket had to be created to have a tech confirm that the fridge was not repairable. I was told the tech could call **** while at our house and give them a file # stating that it is unrepairable. I was assured that the repairs would be covered under the warranty.12/17/2024 I received an email stating that my warranty had expired and I would be responsible for all repair costs.Review fromJennifer W

1 starWorst service ever. Been 9 days since my refrigerator broke and I keep getting the run around. Now they say that I have to wait until next week to hear from them again. They cannot find anybody to service it and I want a new refrigerator. Tired of waiting. It's the holidays. Broke on 12/4 called morning on 12/5. Thye set up an appointment but that one had to cancel as they had no one certified to work in this area. Called the next day to see if they had made an appointment yet. Was told it would take 72 business hours. Called the following Tuesday acted like they didn't know the first one canceled. Said they would call Wednesday but maybe not by Friday. Called Friday, talked to two agents. The first one state that it may until next Wednesday when I would get a call. Talked to a person over him. He told me I should by a compact frig until mine could be completed. Last I heard he said he would call back Tuesday. Told him i wanted a superior to call me on Monday. I want a refrigerator. I am diabetic and I need a refrigerator. Worst service ever. Do not buy from Frigidaire. My refrigerator was only 6 months old.Review fromREGINA K

1 starABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE ! ON NOVEBER 6TH I SPENT $240 ON GROCERIES FOR MY FAMILY ON NOVEMBER 8TH EVERYTHING IN MY "FRIGADAIRE REFRIGERATOR " WENT BAD I LOST ALL MY GROCERIES WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON FIRST OFF THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT COVER THE COST OF GROCERIES I HAD LOST UNLESS I BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR $65 AUBSURD!! SO THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE ON NOVEMBER 21ST TO DIAGANOSE THAT THE COMPRESSOR IS BAD (OBVIOUSLY) IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR THE "NEW" COMPRESSOR TO SHOW UP AND I HAD A 2ND APPOINTMENT ON DECEMBER 9TH ONLY TO FIND OUT THE COMPRESSOR THAT WAS SENT IS FAULTY !! MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN WITH OUT A REFRIGERATOR FOR OVER A MONTH NOW .TODAY IS THURSDAY AND I STILL HAD NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM UNTIL I CALLED TODAY TO GET STATUS UPDATE THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN FIX IT SO NOW IM WAITING ONCE AGAIN FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ON DECMBER 16TH TO INSTALL ANOTHER COMPRESSOR ! 1 starWe purchased a brand new Electrolux dishwasher from **********. The dishwasher was installed by a certified electrician and worked 3 total times. On the fourth attempt to run the dishwasher, it would not start and would not run. Contacted ********** who sent us directly to Electrolux service center ***** number. We contacted them on 7 different occasions to resolve. We were assigned three different technicians that did not arrive to service and did not call to reschedule. Every time we contact Electrolux, we are told they will schedule a new technician and call us back in 2-3 days. After the 3 days expired, they do not call us and do not schedule our applicate that is still under warranty and brand new to be serviced. Every time, we are told they will escalate the issue to their service provider team and we start the process all over again. This has been going on since Nov 19, 2024 for a brand new dishwasher purchased on Sept 26, 2024. It is now Dec 9,. 2024 and still no resolution.Review fromSri K

1 starElectrolux Review: A Nightmare of Incompetence and ************ If I could give Electrolux zero stars, I would. My experience with their dryer (Model ELFG7637AT) has been a nightmare of incompetence and broken promises.The Issue I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer from ****** in February 2024. The dryer stopped working on October 24, 2024, and six technician visits laterdespite multiple parts being replacedit remains inoperative. Electrolux repeatedly insisted it was repairable, but every repair attempt failed.The Replacement Debacle Electrolux finally authorized a replacement, only to inform me the model was unavailable. Their solutions? Wait weeks for a new model, pay out-of-pocket taxes and stacking brackets, or buy a new washer and dryer at my expense. None of these options are acceptable.Customer Service Failures ********************** and ****** have passed the buck endlessly. ****** even sent a team to the wrong address to pick up the broken dryer, delaying any resolution further. Both companies have demonstrated shocking incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.The Cost This ordeal has cost me $3,000 in lost wages from missed work for repair appointments and several hundred laundry expenses while waiting for a functional *********** Verdict Electrolux products are unreliable, and their customer service is a disgrace.Review fromCandy M

1 starI am extremely disappointed with the service we've received from your company. We purchased a washer and dryer for our tenants, who have two young children under 20 months old. The washer malfunctioned four months ago, and despite numerous attempts, it remains unfixed. Three different technicians have visited, each providing different diagnoses. Each time, appointments have been scheduled and subsequently canceled on the day of service, causing significant ****************, after finally acquiring the necessary parts, our appointment was again canceled at the last minute. This repeated inconvenience forces my tenants and myself to take time off work, only to be let down. Additionally, my tenants, who have to manage two young children, are burdened with the cost and effort of using a ************* a parent, you can imagine the difficulty of transporting two children under 20 months and laundry to a laundromat. I request an immediate resolution, whether it be a new washer or a prompt repair. Additionally, I am seeking reimbursement for the multiple missed workdays, laundromat fees, and time spent.I have posted this online after numerous calls to your service number, which resulted in only speaking to representatives with no real authority to resolve the issue. 1 starI purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator in June. It broke in late September. I called Frigidaire warranty. They contacted A1 appliance repair to fix the problem. They scheduled an appointment for a week later on Oct 8. The technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The next opening for the technician was Oct 21. I was not available and had my son drive an hour to open the house. A1 cancelled the appointment that morning. The next appointment was scheduled for Nov 6. My son drove to the house and was waiting. Another late cancellation of the appointment. I called for a new appointment. It was scheduled for Nov 12. A1 changed it to Nov 20. More calls to Frigidaire. They referred me to A1 appliance. On Nov 12 the technician called my son to tell him he was almost there. My son was not as he had been told the appointment was on Nov 20. On Nov 20, my son met with the technician. They ordered the wrong part. A new part was ordered and the technician said the earliest he could return was 2 weeks later. A1 never contacted me about a new appointment. I called Frigidaire and they put in a new request. My refrigerator has been unusable for over 2 months. A1 appliance is worthless. Frigidaire is worthless for using A1. 1 starBought a new oven in 2021, had it installed by their technician. Smelt melting plastic a few months later- it was wired by them incorrectly and the wires were melting. They sent a technician to come fix it. Fast forward to when my warranty is conveniently over my oven is no longer heating up and the stove top is humming. It is only 3 years old and I dont use it every day. As most people, I cant afford to have someone come fix it or replace it. I believe the technician who wired it wrongly in the first place damaged it right from the get go. This company doesnt care if their products cause a threat to your life. My family could have been electrocuted or a fire could have started in my home due to their product and the technician that they choose to employ. The only response I have gotten from them is just that its no longer under warranty- even though this is entirely their fault. NEVER buy from this company.
