1 starWe bought a brand new manufactured home and it came with all brand new appliances. We lived there maybe Four months and our microwave, a built in frigidaire, decided not to work. Started throwing sparks and making horrible sounds. contacted the company and its still under warranty which it better be after only a few months and they set up a repair man. Fine two visits later and all new parts and it is determined that the microwave is defective which you could tell by the repair guys phone call with the company themselves they knew this was an issue with this microwave but had used it anyway. It has been months since then and i have contacted the company several times using the chat feature and no one could seem to tell me the status of my replacement. Finally i got a letter in the mail stating that they will reimburse me for the retail value of the microwave but only if i send them the sticker on the inside with the serial number and model number etc. on it along with the bill of sale. UM HELLO i told them it came with my house every time i talked to them but i am supposed to go through all the paper work i have to send them information they already have. i contacted them questioning this to no avail. it just makes no since to me you finally send me a letter after months of it sitting in my wall defective just to make me jump through hoops to get a product replaced that they new was defective from the get go. Also the letter was dated the 18th and i have 30 days to send it back. i did not even get the letter until almost two weeks after the 18th so that is crappy as well. I am going to try calling and see if i can get some kind of manager, but the customer service at this company is awful. Will update if i actually get anywhere. Also I wrote a very similar review on there website and it could not be approved, so they really do not want people knowing that the product they sell is garbage. will never buy again from Electrolux.Review fromMarcia B

1 starNew Electrolux washer purchased in June 2022. 1st service call was in August 2022. I've had ************* calls since then and I'm still without a washing machine. Going on three months now. Not including addional fees for laundromat. This company should receive a citation or close. Too much bad service. And Too many hands changes.Review fromGary B

1 starI bought an upright freezer and it hasn't worked yet. I have lost more food than I paid for it now It is about **** dollars in the rears. I will never own another Frigidaire product again. Run around after run around about the buyback and still waiting. No contact at all. I call every 15 days and no one can answer where my refund is. Ridiculous. if it would go to a negative rating I would rate them about negative ***** *************Review fromSue B

1 starCalled several times during many different days and at various times.... just another long wait message. Even when I waited the "over a half an hour" still no one. It would help if they have an email for questions or comments. In my view, Electrolux does not care about their customers if they did the would make it easier for us to contact them. 1 star is too much for their "customer care".Review fromChristine S

2 starsI purchased a frigidaire side by side refrigerator in 09/ 2022. The refrigerator, and freezer works fine, But the ice maker makes ice very slowly, it takes a week to get a full bucket of ice, with only one person using the ice. I requested frigidaire send their service repairmen, to check it. The repairman came in, looked at the icemaker, pulled it out, pushed it back in and said, it's making ice the way it's supposed to, and, these new ice maker's, just makes ice slow. He went on the say that, a few years back the company started installing the plastic ice makers, and unlike the metal ice markers it takes longer to make ice, because the older metal ones made ice quickly because the water froze as soon as it touched the metal, but the new plastic icemakers can't do that. I told him the instruction booklet says the icemaker, is supposed to make a bucket of ice every day, but it isn't. I later found an article, that said there had been a recall on this model's icemaker. Called frigidaire back, told them about the article that I found, they said my refrigerator isn't on the recall list, but the first representative wouldn't tell me why, I requested to speak to someone else, and was told that my refrigerator, was made in 2021, and didn't need the icemaker to be replaced. So I requested to have a different service repairman to come check the icemaker. However, the same repairman came back, looked at it, and said the same thing that he had the first time he came out. I expressed that the booklet says one thing, and he's telling me something else. I said, at this point, I would just like for them to bring me another refrigerator. The repairment said he would note it, but it would still make ice the same way. I asked him during both visits, to check the tubings in the back. He said, if the tubing weren't connected right, there would be no ice. I am so disappointed, because my last frigidaire lasted 19years. I will never buy this brand again. 1 starDO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCTS!!! We bought a Frigidaire induction cooktop stove. About 8 months later it just stopped working while we were cooking. Contacted warranty department. They sent the work order to the tech service that said we did not have a warranty. We had to send the tech service the bill of sale before they would come out. A couple of weeks later tech came out. Trouble shooter cooktop and determined he had to order A control board and come back. A few weeks later he came back installed control board and it still did not work. He called Frigidaire master tech and told him it still doesn't work and the wiring diagram that came with the cooktop doesn't even match the cooktop wiring. They told him to order all 5 elements and come back on another appointment and change them all out. The tech told me that that will not fix it but he has to do it because they told him to. At this point we have been over a months with no cooktop. By the time he comes back we will be well over 2 months. I recently called Frigidaire and got the run around. We have not received any calls from tech service for another appointment to come out. My wife has a home daycare and we have 4 kids we can't cook fir with a fully operational kitchen. Conn's is the retailer we purchased the product from and they should be ashamed to carry Frigidaire products. Any retailer that sale Frigidaire products should stop selling Frigidaire products because they do not care about the customer or honor their warranty. Their should be a class action lawsuit against Frigidaire for ripping people off.Review fromAdassa G

1 starReceived Frigidaire fridge 1/14/22; 2/14/22 doors didnt shut properly; called Electrolux (ELX) it took 3 days to get a return call; repair appt given for 3/4/22. Tech said rubber strips are loose & we need to push it back in place for doors to shut; I said we shouldn't have to do that, b/c thats not what we paid for; he told me to call ELX. I called several times but received no solution. Even now the doors still don't close w/o pushing seals back in place. 7/1/22 I called ELX to report icemaker gives crushed ice when on cubed setting & the paddle you push to get ice gets stuck; appt given for 7/27/22. Tech came, said Solenoid needed adjusting which he said he did. Next week the problem & more exist. I called & received appt for 8/24/22; Tech came & stated that Solenoid Assembly, Paddle, User *************** Maker Comp need to be changed; he ordered parts & said all but 1 is in stock & to call when all are delivered. 3 parts came; I called 9/21/22 & was told the part was shipped. Appt given for 10/6/22; called 10/4/22 to check on the part b/c it didnt arrive, was told it will come 10/6/22, I asked for a refund, was told they dont give refunds. Appt rescheduled for 10/13/22; 10/10/22 the part didn't arrive. Tech supposedly showed for appt, but left b/c no one was home; several people were home, no door bell rang nor phone call received. Was told Tech will come back, but he didnt; I was livid at this point! Called company & explained, another appt given for 10/20/22; the 4th part never arrived, but the Tech showed up & did the repair but didnt change the Paddle; ice cubes now come out but Paddle still stuck & Icemaker On sign does not show; called company & was put on hold for a very long time, at which point I hung up. Ive had the fridge for <1 ********* causes a lot of stress. **************** is horrible, given a lot of run around, and very dissatisfied with the service. 1 starI am very upset with this company! I have been without a refrigerator now for close to a month. I started calling on October 5, 2022 because my refrigerator I bought this year was making a noise similar to a lawnmower in my house and then it quit. Its now October 20, and still getting the run around and no technician or new refrigerator. I lost at least 300$ worth of food cause I was gone when it happened. I called everyone from Lowes to the manufacturer, and let me just say, keep your grocery receipts if you even Think your fridge might go out because to get compensation for the food you lose, you have to have receipts for it. Nobody keeps grocery receipts! Its just a way of dodging having to pay you. Will not ever go through Frigidaire or Lowes again!Review fromBrandy B

1 starI have lived in my new home as of today 45 days. The builder put a Frigidaire wall oven with microwave in it. Since close day it has not worked. I have contacted Frigidaire every week at least 2x week trying to get it replaced after a contracted appliance repair man stated the part needed to fix a brand new appliance I have never used cant be FOUND PART. I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND ON GETTING REPLACED. I STILL HAVE NOT DANG OVEN! I can honestly say they are the WORST and their robot customer service agents don't help nor listen. The waiting is ridiculous. 45 days of waiting on a appliance after buying half million dollR house is ridiculous. I should have had a replacement of my choice by now!!!!! 1 starBought a refrigerator 2 months ago. The refrigerator broke after 2 weeks. I called the company to repaired it. Till now i am month and a half whiteout refrigerator. Every time i call customer support they are telling me different stories. Parts are in back order and i need to wait.The worst experience i have ever.Avoid this company and their products.
