      The technician came out to repair my dishwasher. Said it needed a $250 part which I agreed to proceed. He came back and replaced the part and left after 5 minutes saying all was working. The dishwasher did not work after that so I reached out directly to him and he replied the part "must not be compatible with the motherboard and engineering thinks we need to replace that board. Unfortunately, the board is on backorder and I don't know when it will be available, but when it is we'll come back out." Over a month goes by, the tech is no longer responding to me directly so I call support. They tell me the work order was closed and there was no mention of any other part documented. It was also "past 30 days" since the ticket closure so nothing could be done. I asked for a refund to the part installed which never worked, and was told they would review and email me 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later, no email so called in again to the same can't do anything about it responses. This company literally ripped me off well over $300 and lied to me every interaction I had with them. The technician ***** will likely not even be approached about ripping me off and lying to me, because 3 other people in customer service lied to me after that about various "actions" they were taking and this seems to be a general mindset for this company. I will never purchase an Electrolux product again and will advise anyone I know to do the same.

      I will never EVER buy another Frigidaire product. Frigidaire is now owned by Electrolux. I have been trying to get a part for my seven yr old side-by-side for over 30 days. I have done the on-line chat, have called parts department, and I have ordered the part through a third party company. The company has sent me in circles. They have no ETA on the part -- a thermistor -- and there is no other information I can get. No estimated time of arrival. I don't even know if they make the part anymore. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They can't refer me to anyone at frigidaire. They tell me if there is no warranty, there is nothing they can do. I tell them I have an appliance repairman, I just need the part. So, am I supposed to throw out a seven year old refrigerator and buy a new one? I have spoken to the same people on the **** line. Wrote them emails. One day I was told they had located a part for me. The next day they told me there are no parts. I am so angry I could spit.

      ********* Freezer: Keeps frosting up, they sent new door and gasket, tell me they will call back within 3 days for a tech appt, NO ONE Ever calls, the freezer is still frosting up. I HATE This product. I just had to buy a new stove and I MADE SURE it wasn't a fridgeair product. **************** stinks, their ********************** stink and they won't follow through with what they say they will do to correct this freezer that is malfunctioning.

      Frigidaire gets f rating. I was sold a defective fridge brand new. Store refused to give me a refund. After multiple service calls they(Frigidaire) finally agreed that it was faulty and were going to get me a replacement. I want my money back. I don't want any product from them. I spent almost $900 and had problems immediately after purchase. This has to be illegal.

      I bought appliances from ********** in July. Washer, Dryer, and refrigerator. all Frigidare brands.(own by Electrolux) First, the washer failed, I called and somebody came to check it a few weeks later and recommended a replacement so I got a different one. Later (in Aug) while I was on a trip for work, I received a call from my daughter letting me know my refrigerator was not working. I immediately called Home Dep. and was advised to call Frigidaire to request a technitian to come to check it. The technitian came and told my daughter it needed a new thermostat! how is that possible? It is a new fridge! I lost all food I had in there, lots of meats and all my medicine (it needs to be refrigerated) thousand dollars plus! all lost. I just moved from another state so my Dr prescrived extra so I can have enough until I find a Dr. ****** wants to be responsible for that. I asked to speak to a supervisor but the woman said there was nobody else I could speak to. I made several calls to Frigidaire, email, and nothing. All I get is a confirmation that a technician is coming to my house this week with a part to repair. THEY ARE NOT SENDING A NEW ONE! There is no upper management to call me back and solve my problem I am so disappointed I will never buy this brand again. I am frustrated since I can't get medication at the moment. Frigidaire does not care about its customers. Terrible~

      The worst! I bought a fridge in 2020, it freezes food constantly, drips water, and makes loud banging noises. Other reviews say the same thing. Called twice but they wouldn't do anything about it. NEVER EVER BUY FRIGIDAIRE! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU TO REPLACE A FAULTT PRODUCT ON YOUR OWN DIME!

      I bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator and received the unit 6/15/2022. The fridge immediately froze all of my food in the refrigerator compartment and after checking, the temperature was hovering around 25 degrees. I contacted frigidaire for the first time June 22nd and was told that there were "no service companies in my area." My case had to be "escalated" so they could provide warranty service. After a week of waiting, *********** service was given a work order to service our fridge on July 13. On July 13 A&E missed their window and then canceled. After calling in, A&E refused to prioritize our service and scheduled another service visit for July 26th. On July 26th A&E came and diagnosed a failed air tower and ordered replacements and a temperature sensor. After a few weeks of waiting for news, I called in to find that an ordered part was only available from Frigidaire directly (A&E was doing nothing with this delay), and got that overnighted, at which point A&E would schedule service for another 2 weeks out, Aug 31. On Aug 31 A&E showed up with no notes or any idea what parts they were to be installing. After some back and forth, the tech installed replacement air tower and temperature sensor. After the tech left and checking on his work, I found that he had misaligned the entire shelf/drawer setup in the fridge so that most of the drawers no longer close well. He had also bent back the rear cover of the fridge were the water line connect and left it leaking, soaking my hardwood and leaving standing water in my basement. The fridge no only did not work, but a new error message is displayed on the control unit. After this visit I refused to work with A&E and asked for another service provider, ******* services. This servicer came to diagnose issues on September 7th, and has disappeared. He will not return calls. Frigidaire is refusing to take any further action until ******* closes the work order, which may or may not ever happen. ****** doesn't work still.

      My husband bought a refrigerator about 7 months ago well a couple months ago it started not working right. Took them 2 months to get someone out to look at it and when they came yesterday the guy messed it up worse than it was. The freezer and fridge was still getting cold and now its not. We have to throw away over $300 dollars worth of groceries away because they didnt come back out today like we thought they were. Husband called said they cant get someone back out until the 28th or later and was hung up on multiple times by rude associates not wanting to help. How do yall send someone out and break our fridge to the point it doesnt work and there is nothing that can be done. And again all that money in the trash. If they cant get someone out they need to give us a new one asap. When you spend ***** on something and it breaks in less than a year that is a problem.

      bought a fridge from them and in less than a month, the ice maker and water line stops working. I tried calling them but i keep getting transferred to different department multiple times. They refused to send a tech out and said i must wait *********************************************************************************** not to. This company is a fraud and will sell you trash equipment. Please do not buy from this company.

      Bought a bunch of appliances made by Frigidaire. Two, straight out of box wouldn't work: dish washer, pump was replaced and the **** after 3 months complain, parts not avaliable, can't get replacement! Paid $1700 I would expect quick resolution. But no. Multiple phone calls to the Frigidaire customer service. Very frustrating! I bought extended warranty but that's kicking after one year. I will never buy anything from that brand.
