      I purchased a new top mount refrigerator 4/21/22.. within 1 month ( May 2022)the fridge compartment was freezing items( loss of over ****** in food products) had it fixed by technician at store purchased from( parts replaced) less than one month later ( end of july2022) the freezer was warm and defrosted all contents( loss of approx ****** in meats other items).. once again fixed by same technician ( parts replaced in fridge) then the end of July 2022 fridge compartment was not cooling, fridge warm, again a loss of ******-****** of food items) was fixed again by same technician ,had to wait 4 weeks for 3 parts to have refrigerator fixed Fri 8/26/22, technician came and replaced the parts by Saturday 8/27/22, fridge again was warm, another loss of ****** in good that spoiled, once again! Called Frigidaire/ Electrolux numerous times wanting a frigerator to be replaced.. they denied! I want to know WHO will replace the money lost in food that spoiled because of a faulty refrigerator????Frigidaires response was to extend my manufacture warranty by 3 months!!! Seriously!!!????? I think I paid about 160 for an extended warranty for 3 years).,, Ive lost at least ****** in lost food over 4 months because my NEW refrigerator does not work properly!!!! I want to be compensated for my loss with MONEY/ GIFT CARDS for FOOD, not 3 months warranty!!! THIS IS A NEW APPLIANCE!!!!Frigidaire/ Electrolux, will be sending one of their technician out to check fridge on 9/14/22 Purchased dishwasher ( Frigidaire ) from Lowes at the end of April also. I used it no more than 10 times, and that is no longer working either!!!!! Their technician will also be repairing this item as well on 9/14/22. 2 appliances, same company manufacturer, bought at 2 different stores, NEITHER WORK!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me!!! Who can Help me????

      Worst company ever! We bought a all Refrigerator and all Freezer in May 2022. The all freezer has stop cooling multiple times. This all started two weeks after the purchase. Have had technicians come out six different times. I was told by the customer service representative that after it had been repaired twice and failed twice, that it would be declared a lemon and replaced. Here we are Aug.29, 2022 its failed again. After talking to the supervisor *****, she confirmed what had been said prior about replacing the lemon. Then she stated as did the customer service rep that a technician needed to come out again and deem it non repairable. I asked her how long we were going to keep this up. She stated that the repair technicians need to be out 3 to 4 times to deem it replaceable even though she had just confirmed it would be deemed a lemon after 2 repairs. The repair technician that has been out prior said this company will continue to send repair men out and not replace the items. We are now waiting for another technician to come out and in the process are filing a complaint with BBB. We have had loss of food because it all defrosted. This time was over $650 worth of frozen items. We've owned this freezer about 3 months now and only had it working about a few weeks.Stay away from Frigidaire products! Unfortunately, this site make me leave one star.

      I purchased a new fridge from Electrolux (Frigidaire) that never turned on. 4 months later, and weekly calls, all I can be told is that my claim in "in process" and I have no expected repair date, and they cannot replace because in their opinion it can be repaired. (If you cannot repair in 4 months effectively you cannot repair it.) Never buy a Frigidaire.

      Their customer service is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.Golden July 14, 2022 Electrolux Attn. ********************* I am writing to you regarding the formal claim that I would like to submit regarding my dishwasher that is on warranty until October 8, 2022. I originally bought the dishwasher on November 15, 2015, at Best Buy.I have the following numbers for reference: Model FGID2466QF / Serial #********** Over the years, as you can see in your system, I called Electrolux several times, not only to renew the insurance year after year on the same dishwasher, but to also request that they send a technician to resolve this issue. This has happened several times, as you can see the history of how many times technicians have come to fix my dishwasher not during 2022, but in previous years too. Additionally, you will see that on May 16 of this year, I had already purchased another extension for the same dishwasher, for which I paid $66.36. The last few times I called in; two different technicians came: I think it were May 5 and 13 this year. The first technician put some new pieces on the dishwasher door that had already been sent to my house. That didn't fix the problem, so I called Electrolux again to have a second technician sent over. This second technician couldn't do anything either, or he simply said that nothing could be done at this time. I expressed to him that the dishwasher should be replaced because it should not require any more technicians to come out and fix the dishwasher. When he opened it, all the dishes came spilling out. Please note again that this warranty was valid until October 8, 2022.Consequently, since I never got any other response from Electrolux, I had no choice but to buy another dishwasher.I absolutely believe that Electrolux should replace the dishwasher completely or cover the cost for a new dishwasher in full because after these visits from different technicians, the

      I bought a new home with ****** & all of these homes come equipped with Frigidaire appliances. I have been dealing with a defective dishwasher since the day I closed on my house. I have made several calls to ********** and have had 2 different technicians come out to diagnose it. They replace parts and I still have the same problem. They just apologize for the inconvenience but never put in notes to say that the dishwasher is defective. Looked up my dishwasher's model number and it no longer exists. These companies (both ******************************** are horrible and neither one is interested in customer satisfaction. I will never again buy another home with Lennar or buy anything with the Frigidaire brand. By the way, my dishwasher is still under warranty.

      bought a Frigidaire and it broke down before the 1 year warranty was up. And they won't give me a new one . I have been waiting, calling, chats & still nothing. I called again and asked for another one & I was told I would be reimbursed $100 only if I by another Compact relationship on top of my service appointment was canceled & I was not contacted to be told they was not going to come. Ive been dealing with this since ********** is now almost ******************* has been done.

      Bought an upright freezer. The freezer comes with a year warranty. Lost 2000$ worth of food because the fan freezes up and then the food thaws out. This is well over double of the value of the freezer! Got the parts replaced twice in a year. This is ridiculous. They do not want to issue a refund. Only attemps to fix the product. I have lost faith in the company. They do not work for the client at all. They want to send a third technicien out to fix it. Told them its a huge risk because the issue keeps happening. She wouldnt let me speak to a manager. She said if I speak to the manager that my work order will be voided. Say what? Really! Unbelievable. I will never buy a *********** again.

      This company is non responsive to problems with their products.We purchased a refrigerator in February 2022 which makes horrific loud noises at least 3/4 of the time. Their stock response is that these noises are normal. They are so loud that a conversation cannot be carried on in the adjoining room. They absolutely refuse to be of any assistance other than to send out a repair person who has to contact Frigidaire to figure out what is going on AND guess what they say! Noises are normal!!NEVER purchase a Frigidaire refrigerator and as far as I'm concerned, NONE of their appliances!
