Buy elsewhere. Horrible to non existent customer service. Have ordered a lot over the years, but this last order, I canceled less than 12 hours after ordering. Received a email back, acknowledging canceled order. Order Received today. **************** was worthless. Said she would not help, and to email company. This and the fact they charge Minnesota sales tax and Olmsted County sales tax on clothing. Informed them that clothing tax exempt in *********, ***, customer service told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and when I suggested she ****** it, she hung up. Buy local!

I initially made a purchase and attempted to cancel it moments later, and I was not allowed to cancel only an exchange, even though it had not been shipped. The item that arrived was not a satisfactory quality and They stated that it arrived returned in poor condition, but in fact, thats the way that it arrived.. sounds like others have had similar negative customer service and quality issuesPiper Lou Collection

I received a item from piper lou collection as a gift it was very dull looking they gave instructions on how to brighten I followed instructions but no change. They gladly did a replacement however it was damaged or defective in areas. When touching some places felt dented. I fell like I was treated poorly as they wouldn't replace. Wouldnt recommend. Seconds after placing an order they sent me an email saying the exact item I ordered was now even cheaper. I contacted them and they wouldnt honor the sale.Piper Lou Collection

I have placed 2 orders in the last 4 years. July of 2020 $136 paid, no merchandise ever received the order still shows as "UNFULFILLED", I blamed that one on COVID & was stupid enough to do it again. I ordered and paid again, still sits in "My Orders" unfulfilled!!!!! Can't get any response from the company. Tried the on-line Chat and they say they will reply in about 5 minutes but I've waited over 15 minutes without any response from the company.Piper Lou Collection

I am absolutely disgusted by this unethical company and their underhanded tactics. For their sale, they hired content creators, including myself, promising a handsome pay of $150 for four posts or stories and commission on sales. However, once the work was done, they simply ghosted us all. No form of payment, not even the promised commission. All attempts to reach out have been ignored. Unbelievably, they even delete comments on their Instagram posts trying to hide their shameful act. From other reviews, it seems they are also scamming customers by not delivering orders. If I could have picked zero stars I would have. There arent enough characters on this text box to explain my whole situation but their customer service and lack of concern for dissatisfied customers is atrocious. I ordered the first week of December for Christmas gifts and only received my items yesterday (1/12/24). There is so much more to the story which includes lies about shipping date, poor communication, failure to provide info and all around disregard of requests and follow through on promises made.
