I have tried to contact this company for over 10 days via their online chat option, calling them, emailing them, and even tagging them in post on ********* and commenting on their post. I eventually got an email that said (paraphrasing) "Hey, we got lots of orders for the holiday and are working around the clock to get orders out, you will get an email when your order is out for delivery." On the day I ordered (11/27/2023 - 2 orders totaling over $230) I was assured that I would get my order in time for Christmas. When I attempted to start contacting them on 12/12/2023 I received no response. I tried continually and finally on 12/22/2023 received the email I mentioned. It is now 01/02/2023 and I still do not have my order and it is still listed as "unfulfilled" on their website.Piper Lou Collection

Terrible company, terrible customer service. I have been waiting 5 weeks for an order to ship and get canned email responses, as I am sure I will also receive in response to this review. Starting to believe the company is a scam.Piper Lou Collection

I give this company 0 stars. I ordered on December 6 and I still don't have my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas and wedding gifts. The order is still unfilled. Forget about customer service,you won't get any. They are more than happy to take you money!Piper Lou Collection

I placed an ordered items during a Black Friday sale for Christmas gift on November 26th. My gift has never arrived. I emailed their customer service on December 8th and got a canned response that they were working on my order and it would be here by Christmas I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. That it takes ***** business days to fulfil orders. At that point I was 10 business days in. I emailed them again on December 18th because I needed the item on December 23th and I had hit 21 business days, I was told they were still working on orders. I then informed that them that of the item was NOT going to be here by the 23th to cancel my order and give me my money back. The item does me NO good now. I had to rush out and buy something else to take to that party. I feel the company owes myself and others something more than an apology at this point. No where on the website when placing orders does it state ***** days for the order. I feel that is a bit deceptive and not good practice. You also cannot speak to a person when you have issues. I could find no phone number to call only an email.Piper Lou Collection

If I could give negative stars I would! I paid extra for priority shipping (3-4 business days) and my item should have been here by this past Thursday. As of today, not only has it not arrived, they haven't even processed my order! I have emailed them and sent a message via ******** with no reply from them. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for friend who came into town. Now I have nothing to give him. If my item ever does arrive, I am going to pay even more money to ship it him. I wish I would have seen their Customer Review Rating here before I ordered because now I feel like this is a scam company!!Piper Lou Collection

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I placed an order 16 days ago and have not heard anything about the order. This was supposed to be a christmas gift, well not now. Heck they took their money no problem immediately!!I have reached out via phone, email and live chat and only get a we are sorry for the delay and absolutely nothing past that. No one answers the phone, emails you back or responds to the live chat. I get a bot replying saying sorry. Can't even get a refund because there is no one to talk too!! I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs!! Heard they were great but after my experience and reading some of the other reviews I know I should have gone elsewhere.Piper Lou Collection

I placed order 11/30 for corporate gifts for holidays. I called to ensure I would have them in time with shipping, and was promised I would have them on time. After no change in production status on 12/8, I called again and was promised order would be expedited. One week later no change and not even attempt at being completed. Promised expedited order again. It is 12/22 and they will not refund, compete order, send quickly in shipping. Nothing!! Products are not very legible. They spend more time trying to market and scam then complete and have truly happy customers.Piper Lou Collection

I order my items on Black Friday event and still haven't received it yet. On the shipping its supposed to 7 to 14 bussiness days. Its been 18 days now. Those were going to be Christmas gifts. I have called and no answer. Someone did reply to my email and stated that they were going to expedite it but still haven't received anything or anything stated it's on the way. I am disappointed in the length of time for orders to ship from Piper ***. I ordered several items on Dec 3rd which didn't ship until Dec 16th. The tracking says they are supposed to arrive by Dec 21st, which is 18 days after the order was placed. I needed the order to arrive by Dec 20th, so I thought ordering more than 2 weeks out was sufficient. Taking 13 days to process and ship an order at the holidays is unacceptable. And using **** to ship the items is also a big negative. At least *** or ***** has better tracking and faster ship times than ****. Earlier this year I placed 2 orders (March and August 2023) with Piper ***. It took about a week for each of those two orders to ship, so I knew I had to order early for Christmas and I placed my order on Dec 3rd. But taking 13 days to ship an order at the holidays is totally unacceptable. This is the LAST time I will be ordering from Piper ***. There are plenty of other vendors that have good quality novelty clothing and drinkware that also are made in the U.S.Piper Lou Collection

Terrible service. Placed my order on December 7th. Money came out of my account next day. Have received NOTHING! No notification of shipping date or anything. Have sent 2 emails and placed phone calls and they don't answer the phone or the emails. I think my money is gone, but I am going to further pursue this. Do not order from them!!
