I placed Christmas orders on 12/2 for my family. No emails to say my $99+ order has been shipped. I have emailed 3 times with no response and have tried calling but the number just rings. My credit card was charged the full amount on 12/2. I have never had issues in the past with this company and am highly disappointed by the lack of communication. These are gifts for Christmas-if they do not ship out soon I am putting a cancel on my card for this.Piper Lou Collection

Horrible Service!!! I placed an order November 24, 2023 for some Christmas gifts. They immediately charged my card. Today is Dec 18 and I have been trying to contact them since last week and the phone answers with recorded message and says they are transferring you and it rings forever and then says they can't be reached. I have emailed several tines with no reply and I did the online help and when you send a message it says there is a 15 min wait, each tine I waited for almost 2 hours with no answer. I have tried and tried calling and today someone actually answered and I was told my order has not been fullfilled. She said just for me she was going to put this as a priority lol I thought OMG. I told her I need these by Christmas. My nephew is in the Navy and only home a few days from Japan for Christmas and now I don't have these personalized gifts I ordered. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I was told they can only email the supervisor and I will hear something in 48 hours. Thanks Piper *** for ruining some if the gifts I bought for my nephew that is seeing our country. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIPER ***!!!Piper Lou Collection

Order and Paid in November. They have really dropped the ball. No status on order and customer service is non-existent. Lost all faith in a company I used to stand by. Don't waste your time or money with them. Plenty of other vendors who really want your business.Piper Lou Collection

Incredibly disappointed. I placed 2 orders. One on November 19 and one on the 27th. I followed up on the first order - was told the color was out of stock. Mind you - I receive no communication from them about this - I had to follow up. The first order arrived on Dec 7th, Second order from NOv 27th - has not been shipped yet. I had followed up on this one as well and was told it could take up to 14 BUSINESS days to ship. Today is business day 15. No shipping information received. No one is answering the phone, or responding to messages via ********* The cups I DID receive were great - and if I had a positive experience with customer service - I would be ordering more.Piper Lou Collection

I ordered 4 tumblers during the Black Friday sale back on 11/26. 2 tumblers had nothing written on them and the other 2 did (not personalized, advertised on the site.) My mom is a fan of the tumblers shes received in the past and I ordered as a Christmas gift. Its been nearly 3 weeks now, and I have NOTHING. Not even an update. I ordered this based off my moms word since shes ordered here before but I wish I looked into it before ordering. I have called, I have tried chat, I have replied to emails and for a WEEK I could not get a response because I ******* get connected to anyone. When I finally did, I was told my order was escalated but the rep ******* give me any information, not even a reference number about it. No turnaround time or anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor which took over 48 hours to get an email saying she put it on her 911 list to up it. Same thing. No information. Ive called multiple times today, Ive sent 3 chats and cannot get anyone on the line or respond to me. My order is clearly not getting shipped out by 14 business days they claim nor do they seem to care about having good customer service. The BIGGEST kicker? You cant send me my order or provide any information on it, but you sure can blow up my phone and email for further promos. How about you actually send the persons order before harassing them to buy more?Piper Lou Collection

I made 2 orders in September both of which had a promo for BOGO and buy 1 get 2 free. The first order was 2 tumblers. I received 1 tumbler and emailed support to let them know. No problem handled and I received the other tumbler. The second order was 3 tumblers (40 oz) and a 12 oz tumbler. When the package arrived it was only the 12 oz. I waited a little while to write because 1 was a custom I just figured it was taking longer to make and they would ship all with the offer. Well the tumblers never came. I wrote again around November 16 and was told they would send off for a replacement. I never received a shipping email so I wrote them again a few days ago so first part of December and I have not gotten a reply yet. At this point I am counting it as a $50 loss for me. Which is why Im writing this review to save someone else. I will say the first order I received and the 12 oz tumbler from the second order I LOVE them and use them everyday. The merchandise you get is great and if I knew I would get my order we would definitely be ordering a lot more.Piper Lou Collection

My account was charged $200! for NOTHING! I did not place any orders yet my card was charged! Called customer service and they dont even have a billing department, or shipping ***** i asked to be connected to some one who can help, ******* said that they are the only ones who can talk to shipping / billing, she said she can provide me with an email. This company has really gone downhill. My last two orders ***** arrived after a month and when I reached out they got lost in the mail. Most recently the tracking never updated so we consider it lost, aka you never created it (because it was never sent to me) or mailed it. Now items are out of stock. Full priced items ship out within a week but sale items are a total crapshoot. Definitely use PayPal when you buy from this company because the burden of proof is on them, and if they cant produce a tracking number its an automatic refund.Piper Lou Collection

Well I had ordered two sweatshirts with cute sayings..... I just started wearing them because it's getting cool in *********. The front of them is all balled up already and they haven't even been washed once. Very very disappointed in the quality for what I paid for them. I would never order from them again.
