I am beyond upset with the service. I had to reach out to them to find out where my order was and they informed me it was returned to que because the cup color was out of stock. I picked another color... waited then asked again.. that color is out of stock.. I went through every color they offered for them all to be out of stock after being offered to me. I just finally requested a refund after being offered a different cup all together. This has taken a month and a half. Poor customer service!!Piper Lou Collection

Ever heard the phrase, 'Communication is key'? Well, Piper *** has not. Either they are totally ignoring me, sending me psychic messages that my brain isn't receiving, or they just never check that email address they give you to say you have a problem I ordered one of their new 40oz cups on flash sale along with a coffee mug, and then an add on for a slider lid that I thought was supposed to be for the coffee mug since their site recommended that I add it on. $4 for a lid that doesn't fit any cups I own. But that isn't my main complaint. My very big complaint is that last Tuesday I sent them an initial message letting them know that the day before I received my package that was supposed to contain both cups and the lid according to the shipping emails, but instead only contained the coffee mug and the lid. The packing slip in the box had a pink highlighter slash and a black marker slash through the 40oz cup, but there was no note as to what that meant. I scoured my emails to make sure I hadn't missed any message to let me know that the 40oz cup would be shipped separately or anything. I found nothing but the shipping confirmation and tracking email. So I waited another day before contacting them for the FIRST time. Nothing.... So two days later I emailed them again with MISSING ITEM in the subject line, thinking that would definitely get their attention, right? I waited 6 days and received no response. I did receive 22 advertisement emails from them in that time frame wanting me to spend even more money with them. I also received 2 emails begging me to leave a review. So yesterday I finally decided leaving a bad review would probably be what got their attention. Instead, they just don't post their bad reviews on their website. So, here I am making sure that everyone can see that they obviously enjoy taking your money and not responding when you want to know where your purchased item is. Wait, isn't that called theft? (GASP!) Sorry, I'm quite fed up at this point.Piper Lou Collection

Ordered 3 tumblers received one in the wrong color. On my third email and still trying to call. No one answers the phone or email. They say they will help fix your order, but at this point I think Ill be done after this order. There seems to be no customer service.Piper Lou Collection

Mail carrier lost the tumbler I ordered. After following the Postmasters instructions, Piper *** replaced the tumbler without hesitation. For me, that speaks volumes about the company. Will definitely purchase from them in the future!Piper Lou Collection

Don't expect to be able to exchange unless you have paid full price. I had ordered one of these shirts before with the round neck, love it. I like the looks of a V-neck, so that is what I ordered IN THE SAME SIZE. V-necks are not as roomy, no matter what piper *** says! Who knew that V-necks were a bit smaller! Because I didn't pay full price I can't return or exchange! I am now stuck with 2 shirts that I cannot wear! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!Piper Lou Collection

I ordered 2 of the new handled tumblers at the end of June. The cups don't keep things cold like it says they should and never received the stickers I ordered. I called got the money back for the stickers. I got online got a return label and sent the cups back for a refund. Here it is August 18 and I'm still waiting. I've sent emails and there has been no response. This is definitely not the same company I ordered cups from years ago. I still have them and love them. I'm really disappointed in the customer service. There is no excuse. Ever since covid crisis the customer service for most companies has been crappy.Piper Lou Collection

Usually have great tumblers, at least, Ive had good luck with my orders anyway. But I have had a couple of missing tumblers or even the wrong ones sent. When I call, I get a foreign person on the phone telling me to email a picture of wrong item, etc. I did that. No response - its 6 weeks later. I also sent emails on missing items. Still no response. Do the bottom line is if you get what you ordered (yes, that does happen) you get a nice tumbler(s) and all is fine. If you dont get the right order (wrong item, missing item) , youre just out of luck. I will say I have ordered multiple times with large orders. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. And shipping? FOREVER!!! Dont order in a hurry because it wont get there in a hurry.Piper Lou Collection

Horrible ***************** Ordered three mugs with laser etching and when the mugs arrived you could not read them. Ended up sending them back and they refused to refund my money or re-do the order. Their customer service is a joke and the response they send are canned messages. So they got paid and received their product back. Hows that for customer service.Piper Lou Collection

Please be patient? That is their response to, you said my stuff shipped but tracking it it still shows it is in their warehouse. My stuff from ***** Im getting faster! Hopefully I get my stuff and I already filed a claim with PayPal against them. I would love to buy from US companies but this is not how it is done!Piper Lou Collection
