      We had Prime Windows installed with new construction. Then had some issues withe the slides. They were professional and prompt to respond to us. Then we had window that the seal broke and needs to be repaired along with the sliding glass door strip that helps the door glide broke.We have call at least 10+ times asking if they could set up a time for someone to come out and repair the problems. ************************* has not returned our calls and or answered our phone calls. We have always been courteous, each time asking how she was. Each time explaining what the problem is. The last time we called we said who we were and she hung up on us.This has been going on since the first part of May. Due to no response.....with the poorest possible outcome I would give the company a "0" if we could.

      Got all new windows and doors in my house about 5 years ago. Supposedly, they have a 10 year warranty, but when you call numerous times to have anything looked at you get no response. My sliding patio doors have not opened properly since they were installed. They tried to blame it on the concrete heaving, but my hose is 48 years old, so pretty sure it would have settled years ago.
      Also, the install was a joke. Bow window was measured wrong and they didn't realize until after they tire out the old one.

      Our builder requested warranty service for a multipanel sliding glass door that was hard to open. Employee was a no show. When asked to reschedule by the builder, there was no answer. When I followed up, they said it would take them 48 hours to respond. They did not. After another follow up they scheduled another tech to come out. I confirmed the date and the builder confirmed the date. The tech was also a no show. When we followed up, they said that we did not confirm the date. The builder followed up copying the confirmation he and I both sent. No follow up or apology from Cascade. The builder eventually utilized another company that came out at their scheduled time. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

      7/17/2023. New owners, cornerstone building brands and just when you dont believe things could get any worse with this troubled business, it does. Multiple lawsuits, you go to the location people smoking by the front door, weed smell EVERYWHERE, What a mess, people cursing and just lounging around. Go to ******** or Avanti you will thank me for saying iy

      Plygem has terrible & disgusting ****************** I think all the employees need to be let go & a new group of people take over that need a job & would appreciate working. I have been trying since the middle part of May to get service for one window where the seal has broken. I sent in pictures & filled out the website form. I have called numerous times & talk to people that send me to someone else. I have spoken to 7 people & to this day now in July I still have not seen anyone. Plygem used to be a wonderful company to work with. Recently the people over the phone all tell me the company is changing. How sad is that! It is not changing for the better. I am stuck using Plygem if I want to use the warranty on my windows which are expensive! I do hope that Plygem gets straightened around & starts providing the excellent service they once gave. Customers need to voice their opinion & let Plygem know how they feel.

      I went to the office in London Ontario and ordered a window. I waited 4 weeks but they ordered the wrong window and would not admit they did the mistake . Not professional at all. Costumer service really awful. They wouldn’t exchange it! I was willing to wait. I paid 500$ for a window i don’t want and didn’t order! Definitely not ordering with them anymore! I lost 500$ but they lost a costumer that was willing to change all my windows!!!

      I have one window of two installed Dosnt close right is crooked in the Frame the installer came out that Dose not fix windows made it worse Can I get someone out to replace it!Turned into the run around!******* Case number

      Cascade windows are complete and utter s*** They have NEVER opened and shut properly. The latching hardware contains plastic parts which break and the latches fall apart within the first mont of use. AVOID THESE WINDOWS.

      This company has the worst customer service *** ** *** ***** **** **** **** ***. The sales department is not competent in their products and they will not offer any compensation if you have already paid in full even if they were at fault. I was in the ****** ******* **** program and was told that my windows and door will qualify for the energy efficiency requirement. After the installation was completed, the energy advisor told me more than half my windows and door does not qualify for the program. I lost the grant amount and also the loan I applied for through the program. It cost me almost $26K and now I have to find another way to fund this loan. I tried to call them and sent several emails regarding my issues but no one return my calls. To make money they are willing to sell you anything but do not honor their service or products. This whole project was a financial nightmare for me. I want to share this story so anyone who is planning to use this company for the ****** ******* **** program, ****** ** **** ** **** ******* ********** *** ** *** ***********

      Worst customer service; the form to fill for warranty is not user friendly and difficult to fill by what if I didnt have a cell phone to take photos, needed to submit form. The rep on the telephone was not helpful; refused to take my request for repair over the telephone. Would ************* another Pyl Gem window or recommend this product to anyone.
