      I get charged for a service, "weekly trash pick-up" when they fail to meet that obligation they refuse to give a credit. Why should I have to pay for a service that they fail to provide? I want to cancel the service at this point, because I am tired of being charged when they are failing to do what they are being paid for.

      We have been trying to cancel service and have GFL remove their 2 yard dumpster from our property since 12/30/24. Each time we call we are told a different thing, our final payment and contract cancellation has been posted to our account per their staff, and they still will not come and remove the dumpster. The last 3 weeks they have promised to come get it and it is still sitting in my yard. I just want them to come remove it. I can forward the email that I attached the screen shots of if necessary. Thank you.

      Local branch has agreed that a refund of $89.14 is due. Initially told it would take 3 weeks to receive back on the cc . As it is 3 weeks, a call was made to determine status. They are now claiming it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get it approved through the home office.

      Trash not being up and then lied about being picked up Also people telling me different amount for container when already paid for service. This has happened more than ******** Trash will be setting out for a week out side can animal will get into .my mother is incontinence

      I have too much trash. It was within the bin but above the lid. So they did not pick up my trash and won't return for a week. Firstly, I have never had a ****** refuse a haircut bc I have too much hair, or a patient not be treated because they have too many illnesses. But the trash collection people don't want to pick up too much trash. Any other week, half of the trash ends up in front of my house on the street, but at least they got some of it. Now, they wont even try. Then I called and asked for them to come get it at ~1645. The lady on the phone says, call back in about 20 minutes and we will see if we get a response. They close at 1700 and you cannot get through. That is classy customer service. Call back after we are closed. I pay for them to get my trash, I need access to a course about what an acceptable amount of trash is. Until that time, I want money back for services I have not received.

      *** missed the week they are supposed to pick up my recycling and they are making me wait another 2 weeks during my next pick up time to pick up my recycling. I called their customer service and they lady was not empathetic and said they will not be issuing any refunds for them missing my pickup date. I paid for a service I didnt receive. The customer service representative then told me I could go take my recycling somewhere to assist with my backup of recycling. I informed her that I pay GFL to pick up my recycling so I dont have to travel to a recycling facility. The customer service representative said they will not come the following week but that I will just have to wait until my next scheduled time which is two weeks away. Very poor customer service!

      The Company (which is now known as ******* Waste *************) has yet to provide the service of trash pickup for, at the time of writing, a month now. We've repeatedly called the company with complaints and are repeatedly told "we have you on the list for next day pickup/your complaint has been provided to the supervisor/we'll have someone out tomorrow". It has been since before Christmas and our garbage is piled up. Our bill is paid up to date. We just want our garbage picked up. Please, help us.

      My garbage bin I put 2 in the road for the regular pick up second week know he only take one so know the garbage over flowing for the pass 2 weeks we pay for the service thru the city and the cat braking bags is a mess of garbage in front of house what going on you guys dont get out the truck like the north and still leave bins full of garbage know is full of magets and if they need video I will up load them

      I was driving in ********, ** just before 10AM on 01/20/2025 and I was on ********** and a driver was was backing out of the church parking lot at the corner of ********************************** and didnt stop and continued to back into the road even after honking the horn repeatedly, my only option then was to drive into the wrong lane. This is unacceptable to have a driver that does not look around and pay attention to their surroundings. I tried to reach customer service to report this and I was transferred 4 times and sent to a voicemail so my only immediate option is to contact law enforcement to report this reckless driving.

      On 12/19/2024 I paid for a year in advance for weekly trash pick up. My trash was picked up on 12/24. After this, for 20 days I had to call every single day, as we were not picked up on specified day and each time I was told someone was dispatched.Finally on January 13th my trash was picked up for the second time. After speaking to a supervisor; I was told I would be picked up again on 1/16 and every Thursday from here on out. Again, I paid in advance for every single week pick up and they missed 3 weeks. Now again on 1/16/2025 I was not picked up! And now again, *** got to use my time and call tomorrow for no reason at all as calling does absolutely no good and I get told someone is coming to no one showing up!We were told on 1/13/2025 an extra work order was in for our address so we would not be missed but we were still not picked up and missed again. Their words mean nothing at this point!If my trash cannot be picked up every week on the day they assigned and they took on business they cannot fill; I expect a full refund to my debit card. As at this point, it would be a stretch to think they could issue a check when they cant even fulfill an order that was paid in full!I called every day 5 days in a row and was told each day that it was dispatched to end up each day without pick up.I am a local business owner myself and at this time, Ive spent so much time on hold and speaking to gfl, they need to start paying me for my time.All that is expected; is my trash is picked up weekly. As again, I paid in advance for this service!
