      Do not use this company operating in ****** ***** , South Carolina. They do damage on your property they put dumpster in wrong area and could careless. My advice if they do damage on your property sue them .

      Have not been able to log into my account in months. When I show forget password, it sends me a verification to my email address and then I put the code in and it tells me a user with the specified credential could not be found,
      They broke the tire off the trash receptacle and I had to call them 2 times and was on the phone on hold for over an hour and then they didn't drop off the new can. Called again and was on the phone for another hour and they told me it would be two weeks before they would drop it off. Well, it's been two weeks and they didn't drop it off. Called and was on the phone waiting for someone to answer for 42 minutes, they get on and say hello we can't hear you and then immediately hung up. I am now trying to call them back and it's already been 30 minutes on hold. I had also sent them a message via the fillable form on the website and have not heard anything.

      Worst service ever. Rarely pick up at the designated day. Today is Sunday. Our garbage and recyclables are still at the curb. Pick up day was Friday, then Saturday. The ******* ******, MD was well served before GFL took over.
      Their bills are always on time though..
      Very unhappy with the service.

      We sat on hold for 1 hr 15 min before we got in touch with the company. Our service is now 4 days late and they said they would pick up yesterday by 7:30. We were told that they did not know it was not picked up and the only way they are aware of it is if someone calls in to report it. When I explained that our trash service is always at least a day late, they said I had to call them every time. They also said next week I can put out an extra bag of trash to be picked up and I can only do this if I call and report our trash service is late. They are closed on the weekends and no one will pick up our trash until they open on Monday, if they even do.

      GFL is the worst trash pickup service provider I have ever used in my entire life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Giving them 1 star is an insult to every company deserving of an actual 1 star review. They simply do not provide the service they promise. Their drivers lie about your dumpster not being at the curb. I ALWAYS leave my can at the curb the NIGHT BEFORE my service day and it's like they skip me more often than they actually pick up. This time was my last. I left for a business trip on Wednesday morning and left my can at the curb on Wednesday morning. My service day is Thursdays and when I return home Friday evening theres the can still full. GFL is going to lie and say the driver said my can wasn't at the curb again. I am done with them. Save yourself the headache and go with a local company. GFL is a massive Canadian company. Buy American, not Canadian.

      4 weeks no trash pickup. Keep getting the run around being told next day. Next day comes it doesn't happen. Stupid questions like is something blocking my bin? Yes more trash! Come get it and refund me my last month's payment or I'm hauling it to your closest location and dumping it at the front door. Changing companies this one is a joke

      We can all agree, the majority of companies in the world are concerned with with one thing...the bottom line.
      Corporate greed is a huge problem in our society. Companies couldn't care less if a widower has to choose between food, medicine, or having their trash picked up.
      This company embodies corporate greed at its fullest.
      The service our family had prior to being bought out by GFL charged a fair price for their service.
      Once GFL took over the price for trash pickup immediately doubled!!!!
      If I could give this company zero stars I certainly would!!
      They have bought out the other two businesses that serviced the area, so they have a monopoly on the entire region. Once the monopoly was in place, they could charge as much as they wanted.
      I for one will be dropping their service at the end of the current billing cycle.

      Our recyclables were not picked up again last week. I emailed and called customer service. I was told someone would come out next day. It did not happen. There was also 3 weeks straight in July after 4th of July that the entire neighborhood was not serviced. Absolutely horrible company.

      Deserves zero stars. Horrible company. The drivers are rude. If your neighbouring property uses GFL for garbage removal they will utilize your property as if it were there own. They will drive back and forth over your landscaping. They will block the road for extended periods of time. They will dump their garbage cans on your lot. They will block entry into your parking.

      My pick up day is every Tuesday. Had my can out on Monday night and it was not picked up. waiting on hold for 2 and half hours for customer service. when they finally answered was told the would pick up either Thursday or Friday. i asked what if you dont pick up by Friday then what told to call back on Monday. I guess for another 2 and half hour wait. well as I write this complaint they just picked up my garbage. looking for someone else to handle garbage pickup. problem is they have bought all the companies out.
