      I received an email for six free donuts for my birthday to drop by the store. I did that, but the store wasn’t able to honor what was offered. The complaint is based on faults and misleading advertising, also known as bait and switch.

      Our organization collaborated with our local Krispy Kreme store to create a fundraiser. We are a public preschool whose population is mostly Free/reduced (high poverty). We use our fundraiser funds to take care of lunch accounts, tuition, supplies and equipment for students or the building. The manager gave us a sell price of $7 with a promise of 50% of the proceeds. Prior to Covid, we have used this store and ran many successful fundraisers. However, when we called to order the 648 dozen donuts we were told we would get no funds because we should have sold them for $14. I have since reached out to the GM of the store, manager of the store and they were very rigid and refused to work with us. I have called and emailed corporate and left numerous messages with a promise we will be called back within 24 hours and have yet to be contacted. All we are wanting is to work out some agreement so this work our students did doesn't go without reward. This is a lot of money that could be used to help our students receive high level of education. We are just looking for a compromise. Especially since this past Monday, each store gave away 500 dozen for World Kindness Day.

      We originally called and talked to John, the General Manager, he told me that a dozen of donuts would be $7/dozen and we would receive 50% profit. When the fundraiser was completed I would need to call at least one week ahead of pickup date to put the order in. When we called on the 9th to place our order they told me it was going to be $4,550 ($14 a dozen) for the order which is the full amount leaving us no profit from the fundraiser.   Attached is all they sent us.  All information was left BLANK on the form and we made the copies ourselves.  (We were not doing the certificates but the actual donuts)

      I was on vacation. Went to my favorite doughnut place. Got back to my hotel room. The doughnuts were very hard. I've been a Lrispy Kreme lover of doughts for over 40+ years. I've never gotten any stale / hard doughnuts before. This saddens my heart that I couldn't enjoy my favorite doughnuts.

      20$ change due was 1.50$
      I ordered a box of assorted dozen , health issues is the nature of the dispute.
      The business has done nothing to resolve the issue . I was a former worker at this location from November 2021 to ending at May 2022 which in today 2023 I’ve reapplied to the job location but was denied any interview. But I had a past to working at the location but due to my schooling I was released from working, due to work schedule. During the time of me working at the job, I was told to work over the hours I had school but was released from inefficiency to arrive to work on time due to school and health. Aswell overworked as a minor (over 12am) I’ve recently during October 24th 2023 I went to the location to order donuts the individual took my order and gave me the box of donuts with no hesitation to come home to find the donuts were dry and hard like it was stale. My stomach bowels threw out for me having to take over the counter medication to remedy my stomach digestion. I’ve recently called with Krispy corporations about my dispute my case # was given to me today as of October 27th, 2023

      Purchased 22 dozen for a fund raiser and went to pick up the next day. The lobby was closed and the manager said she could only give us 10 dozen. She was aggressive and then came and stood by the trash bin outside and stared at us while smoking a cigarette.
      Her behavior was deplorable and concerning. We have pictures of her smoking if you want. All that time she could have boxed up the remaining 12 dozen.

      I placed an online order for $26.65. Upon arriving to the store for pick up, two apple fritters and one pumpkin cheesecake swirl donuts were unavailable. The business refused to refund me the difference of the three items that were not available or replace them. At this point I consider it theft. I asked for proof I did not receive them and the cashier offered me my supporting document reciept.

      Placed order online and used my debit card. Only problem was that it kept rejecting my payment. However I logged into my bank account to find out that I was debted 2 times! I called the store and the person was very rude stating that this was a problem but not theirs! I was furious to say the least! I asked if the had my order and was again rudely said no and hung up on me!! I tried to call back, the phone rang 21 times, was answered only to be hungup on!! I told my husband what happened and he said he would try, phone was off the hook for more than 2 hours!! I live in **** ** and I had to drive to ***** ** only to be told, we don't have your order and they can't help me!! I shows them my online banking to prove this was done 2 times. I was again rudely told to tell it to the bbb like all the rest of the idiots!! First, I'm not an idiot, I am However a very upset customer! Over an hour of driving due to the traffic one way to get nothing resolved! I asked for some apple fritters and the but one get one free deal offer on the email. Again, no! Online only. For real? I am out 2 times the money and no compassion for us trying to buy more donuts! We left the store and went to the bank to explain what happened. I am now waiting for the dispute to reverse which it will. My complaint is the way we were treated and the fact the employees were unwilling to except the coupon since it was the store who kept canceling our order and charging us for the donuts! I feel that we are owe us an apology for this and our donuts! I am so frustrated that all the locations are disappearing and I am wondering if others are being treated like we were.

      Hello,

      I have attempted to reach out to Krispy Kreme over the phone and via their online submission to have my date of birth corrected. It’s been weeks and I haven’t received a response and my birth date is still incorrect in the system. I have attempted to make the correction myself however it will not allow me to do so.

      I already typed this out but I need a refund for my mobile order.  I sent 5 emails and 2 forms already and nobody has responded.  The employee was filthy and touched the trash can and then touched my donuts with no hand washing or sanitizer, and I had already paid online.

      I have sent two different messages via the company’s app asking them to fix my issue logging into their app with my Facebook account, or provide me another way to access my existing account. They have not reached out to me and it appears they are trying to pass the issue along to my local store, who has no control over the function of the app. The fact that they provide me with promotions I cannot utilize due to this is beyond frustrating. I’ve already missed out on my free dozen donuts during my birthday month due to no response…
