Maxlend customer service is horrible. Even with recorded calls they still don't honor what is being told to the customer. I had two different representatives tell me one thing. Then another says they misunderstood or didn't tell me the correct information and there was nothing they could do. He kept saying the supervisors said no even thought it was recorded and I was being told wrong information. Never again. I would not recommend them at all.Maxlend

Any positive reviews are bots. Please, obtain a loan through other means. We are currently paying 420% interest on my $2700 loan.So when I needed some quick cash for something, they were quick to say yes. I was happy as it was in my account the next day. Never was my payment of $478.33 explained to me in terms to be repaid every pay period. (Biweekly).We were led to believe this was a monthly payment. Unless repaying over $10,000 on $2700 loan sits right with a potential customer, beware. ********************** is my next site I am visiting.Maxlend

Maxlend is a predatory lender which exists only to serve itself. 619% interest is 10x what was discussed. They operate in a foreign country jurisdiction as a tribal entity.The representative kept me on the phone ******* for that signature. With no time to properly go over loan documents trust came into play. Do not be fooled, there are lenders out there with high but reasonable rates. These criminals all have karma coming. I wont rest until justice is done.Maxlend
