1 starThis company is a scam. They pretended to send tickets orders and when we could not get them because it was a scam….they had the nerve to tell us to unplug our router and plug it back in and that would fix the “ website not responding with tickets haha. Stay far away from this companyReview fromDeborah d

I purchased Jon B****** tix thinking I was purchasing from the bowl box office as this came up when I quiried the SB Bowl. I paid top dollar for tix just to learn I’m at the back top level as far out as one can be. They wait till 3 days before the concert to release the tix and when I saw the lousy seats I called. Clearly this is an intentional scam as I was told I would get the best seats at that price. They had seats at the front of the venue for half of what I paid and they would not fix the issue.
This company should be shut down for fraud. The website looked like the SB bowl site so they are intentionally trying to trick the consumer.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a leader in the secondary market of ticketing. Our website has a vast partner network of resellers who list their tickets for sale across our platform. There are 1000's of sellers who all set their own prices and deliver tickets in accordance with the the industries best practices. Our customer purchased these tickets online after reviewing a seating chart and selected Section D Row Z. Furthermore, every page of our website clearly states we are a resale marketplace and not the box office so there is zero chance this customer should have thought we were the venue. Lastly prior to completing their purchase online every customer including this one must review their order which includes the price, section and row. The time to purchase better seats , likely for a higher price, would have been before completing the purchase and not afterwards. Tickets were transferred to this customer and we hope they enjoy the Jon B****** show tomorrow eveningReview fromKristine K

I thought I was calling Red Rocks Amphitheatre and didn't realize this was a resale company. As soon as I purchased I regretted it. Prices are overpriced which is one thing but they charge 17.5% service fee and $8.95 electronic delivery fee which I didn't realize until later. I paid for concert tickets but will not receive them until 48 hours before the concert--that is very sketchy and I don't know if I'll actually receive them. I thought I might resell them but will not have time. Paid $290 for 2 tickets and they were $120 for 2 direct from venue. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a leading resale provider of event tickets, selling tickets to over 250,000 customers annually. As a marketplace tickets are sold above or below face value. All customers including this one agree to an itemization of all costs associated with their purchase prior to authorizing their sale. The time to question or stop the process is before agreeing to the terms and conditions and not afterwards. Tickets will be transferred to this customer in accordance with the standards of the resale market industry which is no later than 48 hours prior to the event. There is nothing more this customer needs to do accept to enjoy their event in September.Review fromNorman l

We purchased tickets on Mar 8, 2024. They said we received the delivery online through an email link, but there was no such email link. I spent all day today trying to get hold of someone to find out what happened without any success. All they say is that we claimed the tickets but no such luck. We also had bought event insurance but the level of detail needed and given the time to respond, there was no way we could satisfy everything they asked for. Wasted money and time!!! Avoid buying anything from them. This is a total scam and am very disappointed I fell for it.Box Office Ticket Sales

We appreciate our customers feedback however their story about the events surrounding their purchase are false. Our team has far exceeded the expectations of the customers purchase, so much so that their tickets were transferred to them one week after purchase which was 3 months before the event. This customer or the other person attending the event did in fact accepted the tickets in march and then has accessed the tickets several times again this week. The purchase of event insurance has nothingt o do with our company boxofficeticketsales.com as insurance is sold through a private 3rd party. wether a customer meets or doesn't meet the parameters of the insurance has nothing to do with our company. Here is a summary clearly demonstrating this customer has been in possession of their tickets for 3 months now:

This business is an absolute predatory scam. We started off buying tickets for Roger C**** and the Peacemakers directly from the Angel City Music Hall website, the venue at which they were playing. Somehow we got redirected to this scam business. The first hint that something was wrong is that they charged us hundreds of dollars in service fees and other "surcharges". When we actually received our tickets, they had someone else's name on them, which is when we realized we got scammed and bought scalped tickets for an event that was still months away, but there was nothing we could do because we had agreed to buy the tickets without realizing what we agreed to. Still, the internet forums assured us that even though we got fleeced by these scumbags, the tickets were still real tickets, and would be honored at the venue.
Fast forward to today, when we went to reserve our hotel rooms in Manchester, NH for the night of the concert, and my wife checked the venue to make sure that everything was still on the up and up... only to discover that Angel City Music Hall is no longer in business and the concert has been moved to Worchester, Massachusetts. Obviously, we had never been informed and would have ended up in the wrong state with a useless hotel room. We live in Vermont and have no interest in traveling all the way to Worchester for a concert, plus all we have are scalped tickets with someone else's name on them for a venue that no longer exists. We are out several hundred dollars for tickets that should have only cost about a hundred dollars or so for the pair.
We had always wanted to see Roger C**** and the Peacemakers in person, as they don't make it up north too often, and this predatory company has destroyed any hope of that happening. It was a very expensive reminder that companies like this parasitically attach themselves to legitimate websites, just waiting for the unwary to click the wrong link. Never buy from them, and warn your friends. They are parasites.Box Office Ticket Sales

1 starStay clear of dealing with this company. I would rat this company 0 stars if this option was available. In April I paid $458.00 for two tickets to a show at the Aqua Caliente Resort in Rancho Mirage, CA, October 30, 2024....you can currently buy the same tickets for $240.00 directly from the Venue. I think the name "Box Office Tickets" is how I made this mistake so don't be fooled by this rip off outfit.
I tried to unwind the transaction right away but Box Office Tickets would of course not let me out of this transaction.Review fromClarence C

I could not access my tickets due the venue I attended in Columbus Ohio did not provide wi-fi access to retrieve the tickets on my phone. The box office at the venue even attempted to retrieve them. I ended up paying for another set of tickets. I am a senior citizen and tried to get my refund. Box Office said it was my fault that I had to pay for two sets of tickets. I am senior on a very tight budget and this really hurts, I paid $185 for tickets I did not get to use. The management showed absolutely no mercy or grace towards a senior citizen. I want a refund.

Thank you for contacting Box Office Ticket Sales. We sent our customer very detailed instructions via email on 2/20/24 with a secure link to access their tickets and detailed instructions on how to gain admittance to their event. Tickets were not transferred via TicketMaster nor did the instructions reference ticketmaster. Our customer was advised they would need to access their tickets through the attached link :

Had our customer simply followed the instructions provided we are certain they would not have had any issues. As we delivered our tickets to this customer on 2/20/24 we see no reason why the customer would be entitled to a refund.

Ordered and purchased tickets in November of 2023 to see Andrea Bocelli on April 14, 2024. On April 5th, I get a call and email telling me the tickets I purchased were no longer available claiming they were a second vender, and the tickets could be sold or there was a mistake. They couldn't even give me a good explanation as to how this happened back tracking a couple of times when I called them out on the different stories I was told. In speaking with the Customer Service my options were either a full refund or they offered other seats at a discount. However, in looking at the new seats they were not as good as the original seats I purchased and then looking at the seats they were offering I could get them cheaper buying them from Stub Hub. The customer service rep could not provide me with anyone to contact. They say this rarely happens (how can I believe that) and essentially lost my seats less than two weeks before the concert and all they can say is sorry. I do not see how this is ethical. Do not buy tickets from this vendor. Planned ahead and saved to buy really good seats that cost me over 1,000 to have them taken from me.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales works with a vast array of trusted ticket sellers that we rely on to fulfill the orders of our 25,000 customers a month. In rare instances tickets become unavailable after purchase. Our seller did offer our customer alternate seats at a discounted rate however the customer declined and chose to be refunded in full. The refund was processed on 4/7/24Review fromSherry S

3/6/2024 Tickets to Keith Urban's concert in MI went on pre-order sale. I called to order tickets right away to get good seats for my birthday. I unfortunately called Box Office Ticket Sales. Keith was the salesperson. He talked fast and not accommodating with my purchase. I expected good seats purchasing tickets 10 minutes after the sale began. Keith just asked the amount I wanted to spend. I told him as close to $200 as possible for 2 tickets. In that price range, he had available tickets $206.50 each. I agreed if that was the best I could get. He said closer to the stage was over $300 He told me the price of the two tickets, the $8,95 delivery fee and a processing fee of $29.50. I agreed to the total. I looked at my emailed tickets. The seats are only 6 rows from the hill. My credit card company sent me a message stating I had a charge over $500. I reviewed the invoice for the tickets. I was not charged a $29.50 processing fee, but a 29.50 percent processing fee which totaled $123.61. I called the customer service number listed on my invoice. I tried to have a conversation with someone in customer service named Jessica. She was extremely rude which upset me more than anything. She told me there were no refunds as I verbally agreed to the total. I explained how upset I was to find out I paid $63.50 more for a ticket during a preorder sale and ended up with lousy seats. I explained I did
not hear Keith say I was being charged a 29.50 % processing fee but thought he said $29.50. She said, "You are an adult and should be able to hear". I was appalled I told her I would have to call my credit card company and dispute the extra charge. She then told me if I do I will be blacklisted. Then she hung up on me. I am very disappointed how this whole thing was handled and at this point, do not even want to go to the concert. I think this is an awful way to treat and speak to someone who is almost 63 years old.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a leading resale marketplace. Every single customer of the 25,000 customers we sell tickets to each month has to absolutely agree to an itemization of all pricing per ticket and service fees. This customer did that. Additionally, our service team delivers outstanding customer experience and this customers recap of their interactions with our team are false. The 29.5% service fee is a resale ticket industry standard.Review fromJay Z

They allow ticket scalpers or are the front for these scalpers to sell tickets on their site using other peoples stolen credit card information. It's a total scam and it's ultimately costing true non-profit organizations thousands in revenue loss when the stolen card holder realizes they have been the subject of stolen credit card information. The chargebacks do not go directly to boxofficeticketsales, but the organization who is hosting the event. This isn't like a resell site where if you get sick and want a platform to resell the tickets, this is something else all together. BBB, please do something about it.Box Office Ticket Sales
