      I was charged on January 8th, 2025, for an order I did not place. The website said I would not be charged unless I hit the place order button, which I had not done. I was exploring options for groceries and they required you to put your card number in to explore the website further. I did not place an order, yet was charged. Customer service was contacted but they simply said I missed a 30 minute, super early morning cancellation period that I had no clue existed and said they could not cancel the order. Their customer service phone number also does not work. You either have to talk to a computer or through an email that they don’t send until it’s too late to do anything about.

      I was signing up for the service but last minute decided against it and never completed the sign up as I decided against it last minute. However, a few days later I was charged a little of $42. When I went the website to login and cancel the account I got an error message saying there is no account. So I tired to create but got an error message saying my email is already registered. I have emailed their customer service 3 times and have not any reply. I need this fixed. It ridiculous to be charged for a product Im not getting and cant even cancel.

      I was interested in finding out more about this grocery service. The app forced me to complete all the fields & create an account just to get enough information to make a decision. There were no prices on items, nor was there an option to cancel the membership. I emptied the cart, thinking that would be enough, but just got a text that my order is going to be shipped - with their choice of items! Forcing curious potential customers into a paid subscription service is a scam.

      Misfit Market charged me in the middle of the night when I wasn't able to cancel. I didnt get sent any other notification that i would be charged until i actually got charged. They also added stuff to my cart that i didnt add myself or confirm. They have no way to contact them via phone or to speak with someone via chat. I am trying to get a refund and for my entire account to be cancelled.

      I had not ordered anything yet and was just window shopping foods. I saw it on TikTok and it looked interesting. I wake up this morning and was charged for my order that was placed at 3 in the morning its 6 and now too late to cancel because of there short cancellation window. How am I supposed to cancel when Im sleeping. Or even know that Im going to be charged that day when I never confirmed anything. There is no phone number to call when things like this happen. Also the subscription price was never shown when signing up and the payment logistics is not cut and dry. So charging me ***** at 3 am is literally a joke, I couldnt cancel even if I wanted too

      I am filing this complaint regarding Misfit Market's unauthorized reactivation of my subscription and subsequent charges, along with their complete lack of customer service response.
      My Experience:

      Initially subscribed to Misfit Market's service approximately two years ago
      Cancelled service due to consistently poor product quality
      Moved to a new address after cancellation
      Recently discovered Misfit Market had:

      Reactivated our subscription without authorization
      Charged our payment method
      Attempted delivery to our old address

      Multiple attempts to resolve this issue have been made:

      Tried to contact customer service through their official channels
      Made repeated attempts to cancel the unauthorized subscription
      Received no response to any communication attempts

      Requested Resolution:

      Immediate cancellation of subscription
      Full refund of unauthorized charges
      Written confirmation that our account has been permanently closed
      Assurance that our payment information has been removed from their system

      This company's practices are concerning as they:

      Reactivate cancelled subscriptions without customer consent
      Charge customers without authorization
      Ignore customer communication
      Continue attempting deliveries to outdated addresses

      I want to warn other potential customers about these deceptive business practices and seek immediate resolution of these unauthorized charges.

      I am rejecting this response because:



      We tried reaching out to the company many times via their contact forms and we asked them to DELETE our account but they kept failing to do just that. This is another promise that they wouldn't keep.

      We need the account to be closed permanently so they don't keep activating the account arbitrarily. This closure needs to happen before we approve this resolution.

      I signed up on Misfits Market to see what items they sold. I did not see anything so I did not order. They took other upon themselves to send a order that was unwanted and charged me $70. I did not agree to or confirm i want this service.

      I decided to give Misfits Market an other go. I did not sign up for rotation. I picked a box or 2 but when I didnt pick one they sent me a random one every week. I thought maybe I did sign up for weekly. I canceled misfits market. I have an email verification on the date. When I canceled it said if it was after the time to pick a box for the week I would still get charged for the box. It was not after but I still got a box and I was like ok. The next week I got a box I checked my email verification that it was canceled. The next week I got another box. I looked for a number to call them and could not find one. I removed my debit card off their site I still got another box along with all the changes. I have cancer and it is hard to get out I called my bank to cancel my debit card. They could not do that over the phone. It took a week or 2 before I felt strong enough to go to town to the bank. The checked they were billing my bank account directly not through my debit card. I had them blocked. I never could find a phone number to get my refunds since I had the verifications that I canceled and the charges to my account each week. I lost my job as a RN (nurse) due to my cancer money is tight which is why I decided to give Misfits Market another go (I used to get it and had no problem before) it would up costing more than the groceries at the military base which is why I canceled. I would like a check to refund me for the boxes I was charged after I canceled. It would have to be in the form of a check because they are blocked from my account. Can you help me with this I can provided the email which has the date I canceled and all the charhes in my account that was charged after the cancellation.

      I just went on to browse there products and was charged. I did not authorized my credit card to be charged and want my credit card refunded immediately. There is no phone # to contact this company.

      Taking a look at your account history, we see that a weekly subscription was chosen during the sign-up process. Since we're a subscription service, this means we curate a box of groceries for you each week and you're welcome to customize the order, leave it as is, or skip it altogether. Since this order wasn't skipped, it went through as scheduled.

      We also see that you reached out to our ************* Team on 10/2/24 and they responded on the same day to let you know that they've reimbursed this order in full. You should see that charge headed back your way within 5-10 business days. We can also confirm that the team has since cancelled your membership as per your request so you have no future orders scheduled.

      charged my card without me starting a new subscription and they do not answer email and they do not have a phone to call. this is absolute theft and fraudulent activity. I don't want the food, I want my money back.
