      ** purchased an ** 77" C4 ******* from **** Club. ** installed the TV and it does not work. It will not turn on. ** have gone to **** club and they do not have anymore TVs for us to exchange it with. ** have now been told to call the manufacture. ** call ** and get put in contact with a warranty rep. ** 1, don't receive a call like we were told so we had to reach back out. Then once we get a hold of someone, they tell us we bought a dud of a TV and we are basically out of luck. He said they will not repair a TV that is a dud and we need to just return the TV and get our money back. He said he will not help us repair it or even look at it because it will cost him money. ** bought this TV on clearance and the retailer no longer has this TV, so basically we are out of luck and over $800 for the SAME TV from another retailer. To say we are disappointed on how this was handled is an understatement. It has been over 2 weeks of the run around. ** purchased a TV that never worked and now we have to suffer for it. I cannot believe ** handles a situation like this. What a joke.

      ZERO stars if it let me. Refrigerator around 10 years old that was still under warranty for compressor not labor stopped working. Their website offers a price for fix anything for a flat fee. Paid the fee and a technician showed up and replaced some parts. Three days later after loading the refrigerator it fails again. Technician shows up again and says a valve failed letting the freon out. Makes a repair and the unit works but noticed 5 days later ice cream was never solid but soft and thermometer never reached the setting of -4 and rarely dropped below zero but stayed around 0-10 degrees. The technician indicated cheap ice cream doesn't always freeze solid. I should have pressed further until the unit my 84 year old mother uses was fixed correctly but I let it go. Bad idea because 100 days later outside the 90 day warranty for repairs the unit fails again. Fortunately a ******************************************** the laundry room and we did not lose too much food the three times it has failed. This is a slip shot company and their repairs are garbage. No ** anything in the future and we are about to upgrade our TVs and some other appliances including a refrigerator. Do yourself a favor and buy a new unit when your ** garbage appliances fail.

      My ** refrigerator, less than three years old, broke 53 days ago. It took them 15 days to assign a repair company, over 250 miles away, to fix it. They give me a repair date, and on the day of the repair, send an automated notice cancelling the appointment and delaying it for a few weeks. Four times now. ** will not replace the refrigerator or hire a repair man closer to my house, despite my pleas they do so. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES WITH THE ** LABEL OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Look on any social media platform and you will find hundreds of stories very similar.

      **************** is terrible. Extremely difficult warranty process. No communication or follow up on the process. Escalation and case numbers do nothing to improve the process. Over charged credit card and refused to refund. Promised and lied to multiple times. ********* failed in 3 months. Authorized credit less than the amount of a replacement because I bought the unit on sale.

      We purchased an ** refridgerator in July 2024. Last week (Friday) we were having issues with it cooling properly. We tried to use the online customer service chat and the incompetence was flabbergasting ! I disconnected and re-connected 4 or 5 different times because of the shear stupidity and robot script reading to trouble shoot EVEN THOUGH they were told we've already done this step... I finally called the 800 # for repairs and got a run around and transferred 4 times to get repairs set up. THEN they wanted to charge us a flat fee of over $300 (pre-pay on CC) before they even came out to diagnose the matter. WE TOLD THEM WE ARE UNDER LABOR AND PARTS WARRANTY !! We were told a repairman wouldn't be out till the next week !! WE WOULD LOOSE ALL OUR FOOD BY THEN. I called today to cancel the appointment because we never heard from anyone, this was an emergency, and we were told the repairmen don't work on weekends.... then all of a SUDDEN (after I cancel) I start getting texts from Dosyak Appliance asking for the Receipt, Make and serial number of our fridge. Then another text saying that **** from Dosyak would be out ON FRIDAY (8 DAYS LATER).....When I looked up this company and phone number that texted me - They are out of PA and only serve NY NJ and ** - SO WHY THE H3LL WERE THEY TEXTING ME, We are in IL ?

      I bought a refrigerator and it is under warranty. I called the call center 4/24/25 it is in the ***********. My case was sent to a local repair ****** Appliance. They have come out to my home 7 times and for repairs 6 times. According to ** I have not provided them enough repair attempts. Like 6 repairs are not lot. I have been without a working refrigerator for 7 weeks. I have been in constant contact with ** call center and a Presidential Liaison **** that has repeatedly miss informed me of the next steps. I have requested to speak with a person in their legal team for weeks with no avail. The last call she actually hung up on me. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I have been patient with process but it is not easy being with a non working refrigerator. You can't buy groceries or put anything away. I am considering legal action myself. When you buy something this expensive you have an expectation of good will from the company but I guess ** does not honor their own regulations.

      Purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from ** on May 12. The dryer showed up damaged at the first delivery attempt. Visible scratches and dents on the outside from the shipping company. ** sent a replacement dryer that also showed up damaged. Now it is taking weeks to get an approval for another replacement since their policy is if the second appliance arrives damage, they just refund you. Which is a bizarre policy... We purchased these appliances during a sale and cash back offer. If we were to take the refund, we would lose out on hundreds of dollars. I have no dryer and it is taking weeks to get an answer from ** about a replacement. This is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is horrible, and I truly hesitate ever purchasing another appliance from ** again.

      Worst customer service ever. Been trying to get a dishwasher under warranty fixed for four straight months. All I get is the runaround. The agent barely speak English and they make promises. They never keep.
