1 starMy daughter was in the process of gutting their old kitchen and updating it with new appliances. My husband and I decided we would buy then a package deal offered by ********** of l. G products. This included a refrigerator freezer, a range and a dishwasher. We paid for it in full from ********** and it was delivered, april twenty seventh purchase was in march. Upon arrival, the 3 items were put in the house, but not in the place. In the kitchen. The reason why they were not hooked up right away is because the kitchen was being remodeled in piping had to be relocated. On May 10th, the stove was connected. But at that time, my daughter did not use the oven. A few days later, she went to use the oven. It would not light, I contact it ********** and was told I had to contact l g. A technician was sent to the house on may fifteenth. At that time, the technician said it has a faulty valve that he has to order it. On june fifth I received a call stating that their technician will be out to install the new part between eight and five ******** The technician never showed up he text a message saying the part that he has now is it's not the right part and he has to reorder it. He stated in his text that my home visit has been canceled. I immediately called ** and ask what the hell's going on? They had no idea. I spoke to 13 people, including 3 calls back to **********. ** said they would have to call us with this digital number. ********** had no idea what I was talking about. I told the woman the story she said she'll get back to me which he did. She told me that the technical department from l. G was there on thursday, june fifth, that was a total ****** one came there per the text that hit the technicians sent. Today I get a new date now. They're coming june twelfth with the new part. I am very frustrated. I will never buy another l. G product number 10 was my last time. The technical department is a bunch of a*******. Total lack of communication.Review fromZoe M

1 starI ordered a washed and dryer on *** website (instead of from another retailer) on 6/4/25 because of the advertised delivery date being so soon. They promised delivery and installation on Saturday 6/7/25 and promised me that someone would reach out to me to schedule the time on 6/7. Tracking was unavailable on the website. Because no one reached out to me until the morning of 6/7, on 6/6 I had to cancel all my plans for the day of 6/7 to be able to receive them at any time. In the morning of 6/7, they told me my delivery would be between 6-7pm that night. I drove over to receive it by 6pm, but at 6:04pm I received a call saying actually it would be closer to 8pm. I drove back again at 8pm to receive it, then found out they were one stop away in the adjacent town still and would likely be there soon. I waited until 9:14 at which point I called again to find out they would not be able to deliver that day at all and they could not tell me when theyd be able to deliver and also ** is closed on Sundays so I have to wait 36 hours to talk to ** about rescheduling. This was false advertising and so disrespectful of my time. I wasted my ENTIRE day off waiting for this delivery and still dont know when my washer/dryer will be delivered. Their excuse was being over capacity. Why did they let me book delivery for that day then if they were over capacity? 1 starCancelled an online ******* order from ** partner store before it was shipped. They still delivered tv wall mount after couple of days which came free with the tv and only refunded partial amount ($3184.50) instead of $3,615.53. It is by far my worst experience with any retailer since I had to call several hundred times from past 5 months and still only received partial refund. When I call and follow up for full refund the online *** will say a case has been initiated and then nothing happens. I've tried emailing them but poor response there as well. I wonder if anyone is even looking at these emails. Never ever purchasing from ** again.Review fromBob S

1 star** makes you sign in with some obscure procedures that have created total frustration with **. I will NEVER purchase another ***** as long as I live. It is totally frustrating to have a TV paid for that I can't turn on and use. The applications require a large amount of time updating to newer versions. On top of that ** wants me to grant unlimited access to my data...there is no way to opt out. This company is ****.Do I need to say more? ** requires more upkeep than all the appliances, home insurance, car maintenance -- and everything else totaled together. 1 starOver 6 Months Dealing with ****** and ** Over a Leaking Washer I have never had such a terrible experience with a warrantied product as I have with this ** washer. Nine months after purchase, the washer began leaking from underneath the drain pump. Since then, it's been nothing but a nightmare.** has sent out three repair **********s. The first claimed the issue was the detergent drawer. The second told me I was using too much detergentapparently, one pod was too much. The third ********** was the only one who actually disassembled the machine to investigate. However, he never submitted his report.After that, ** kept me in limbo: wait 48 hours, then 35 business days, and finally, up to 30 days to see if the ********** resurfaces. Meanwhile, nothing got resolved.Costcos ********************* acts as a middleman. Theyre friendly, but ultimately powerless** keeps giving them the runaround, and the washer remains broken.** even asked me to tear off the serial number and mail it to them. They now claim theyre processing a replacement washer. Im not holding my breath.Its clear ** is relying on consumer fatiguehoping we give up before they have to honor their warranty. My advice: do not buy ** products. Their warranties are worthless, and their customer service is a maze of delays and excuses.There need to be legal consequences for companies that push defective products and fail to honor their warranties. 1 starRefrigerator stoped working after 6 years. Keep in mind I paid over $2000,00 for this appliance. My family lost over $400.00 worth of food. The service tech which they sent out was her 4 times over 2.5 weeks. He declared the refrigerator unrepairable.** has not been helpful and after about 10 hours of phone calls and being tossed around like a hot potato they told me their was nothing they could do and I wasn't entitled to any compensation or a replacement. They then just stopped talking to me and wouldn't provide real names or employee numbers.I went 3 weeks without a refrigerator and of course had to buy a new one.** has had more than 1 class action Law suit against them and continues to provide poor customer service and sell products that they know are of inferior quality. They claim that their refrigerator will last 20 years but refuse to stand behind any of their words.This has been the worst customer service experience of my life and of course a very costly one. all the while dealing with a cowardly supervisory and management team.Awful experience. if I could rate my experience and this product with a 0, I would.Review fromAshley H

1 star** does not care about their customers! I've had my refrigerator for 1 year in the freezer fan motor went out. It took them 38 days to fix my refrigerator! The first ********** they sent out, never even showed up but told ** that he fixed it. They didn't believe me! Then it took another 25 days to get them to send someone else out to actually fix the refrigerator. They refused to refund me any grocery bills lost. Even though I was told that I would be refunded in the beginning. Every time I called, they would say there were no notes under my account, even though I had called seven times! It took me requesting several supervisors to finally get my appliance fixed. I will never in my life, purchase another ** appliance as long as I live. Stay away!Review fromLogan H

1 starIm in disbelief. They practically extorted this poor worker that messed something up in our fridge. Instead of ** addressing it, it appears the maintenance worker was left to either fix it himself or pay for the damage out of his own pocket and on his own time. Is this even legal???? Terrible refrigerator too we bought two and they both broke. Oh and dont even get me started with how long it took to get someone to come out and try to fix it. Ended up just getting a new fridge and fixing the floor that got destroyed after they tried to fix it. Terrible company, terrible refrigerator, TERRIBLE ethics.Review fromKalina J

1 star**************** issue. I have a broken machine, and they refuse to send out someone to take a look at it despite it being under warranty still. My warranty expires in 2 weeks and I suspect that they are trying to ride that time out. The first call I made to them was April 8. It is now May 26 and I still have not been able to get someone to look at my broken unit. When I asked to speak to a manager, the customer service agent put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up. I received multiple "call backs", but there was no one on the line. I waited for many minutes and kept saying "hello". After about 10 minutes they hung up on me.Review fromGALINA F

1 starI am a licensed physician and purchased an ** refrigerator (Model: LRF0C2606S/00, Serial Number: ************, manufactured 11/2022) that contains a known defective linear compressora problem ** has been aware of for years based on widespread complaints and lawsuits.The compressor failed, and I lost all refrigerated food. Despite reporting the problem promptly, ** took over two weeks to send a technician. Throughout this time, I endured incompetent, rude, and dishonest customer service. I was repeatedly refused access to a supervisor until I insisted, at which point I was connected to someone named ***, who hung up on me. When I called back, she claimed the call dropped, yet offered no reason for not returning my call despite having my phone number and all my case information.Even worse, the supervisor gave me false information, claiming I would hear back from ** by May 29three weeks after I first reported the problem. As of today, my refrigerator is still not fixed, and ** has provided no resolution, no apology, and no compensation.This is not just poor serviceit is negligence combined with deceptive and unethical business practices. ** continues to sell defective products and mistreats customers who suffer as a result.
