Scam! Scam! Scam!!! I tried to add my conversation with them as a screenshot but couldn't. When I asked about where my cards were.....they said, "You unsubscribed to us". Lol. My bank is refunding my money. How there could be this many complaints to the BBB and still be operating is beyond me.FirstEnroll

BEWARE OF FIRST ENROLL AND THEIR CHEAP PLANS On march 8, I applied for health insurance from First Enroll thinking I was getting a comprehensive plan starting starting march 9. After discovering plan was not a comprehensive plan, I decided to cancel policy before their 30-day free look period was up.On April 6, they received my cancellation request. On April 7, I received a cancellation confirmation letter. On the 3rd page of Welcome Letter their 30-Day Free Look paragraph states:We want you to be happy with your coverage. If you find that you've purchased your plan in error or it's just not the right plan for you, you can cancel your plan at anytime within 30 days and receive a full refund on all ****iums paid as as you have not utilized benefits and submitted a claim. Just give us a call and let us know how we can help.Nowhere in Welcome Letter does it say I need to submit a written request 15 days in advance.First **** was deducted on the effective date of plan. After disputing the both charges I discovered First Enroll mislead my bank to believe I received documents that contradicted their 30-day look free section in welcome letter. In another section they require a 15 day in advance notice to refund the ****iums.I called within the 30-day Look Free policy and they do not want to give me a full refund.Well I'm not done with First Enroll.In one of the documents that was sent to my bank but not me,It states that First Enroll LLC specializes in provided valuable , convenient and affordable benefits to members such as healthcare, life insurance, ...I discovered that their health plan was not valuable and not a comprehensive plan.FirstEnroll

I sent this message to them:Who are you people? Why did $139.98 come out of our account on 04/27/23 and then again on 05/29/23? The money shows it went to BCBSND; We live in North Carolina. Furthermore BCBSNC stated this morning there is no record in my file they received any monies from you.I purchased the insurance through Marketplace. Marketplace does not charge money. BBB will be notified.
If Market place made me go through a secondary company, then I was never notifed. I spoke with the insurance rep at the time and paid. On our account, it shows $266.53 was sent to BCBS of North Dakota. I am NOT enrolled for autopay and want to be sure this is NOT reoccurring, yet no one can provide an explanation. BBB needs to address this companyFirstEnroll

Our system indicates that on June 1, 2023 you requested to be reactivated per your agent, please contact your insurance company if this is not the case.
Our records indicate you have two policies per signed agreements with your agent. One is for medical coverage and the other one is an add-on for that coverage. Our billing records indicate that there were two transactions for $139.98 only to your credit card -- one in April and one in May.

This company guilty of deceptive practices. I had somehow got thrown over to their site and I thought I was dealing with an exchange in **. The sales person(Scammer) sold me the world. Went over everything and said all the right things, I asked for a print out of my EOBs I was emailed a list. after review it said many things that are important are not covered so I called back to question the salesperson on these items and was told that once I got into the system they all would be covered.Fast forward to January 2023 I had to make a brief trip to the *** I gave them this card and they had no idea what it was or who this company was (Sovereign ******************* All went well I was home in an hour. A week ago I receive a bill from the hospital for $3,703.60 because my ER trip was not covered after being told by First Enroll that these things are covered. I then called the ***************** and was directed to the ********** of ********* services. They looked ** the insurance company and told me that they are unregulated in *** and for me to file a complaint with them and the ******** Attorney generals office which I promptly did. First enroll is selling products in a state that has no regulation over the insurance company they are selling and the salesperson (scammer) is just telling you what you want to hear to make the sale and get their commission. I will say They where very quick to ask for payment at First enroll, I certainly hope others who have been scammed by FirstEnroll can seek financial and legal remedy , they need to be shut down.FirstEnroll
