      This is a scam!!!!!!!! I signed up on 01/31/24. The agent stated that I was getting ***** for apples when switching from *********** That was a total lie. I have since been in contact with them to find out why my policy changed on 08/15/2024 without my knowledge and my signature was forged to change the policy. They then started double billing me for two policy's. not to mention that my medications are not covered either. Now after paying deductibles at my doctors office, I am receiving medical bills for the full amount of each visit. I will be looking into a class action law suit against this third party affiliation with Covered **********. I have retained a law firm to start the proceedings.

      Had to renew my health insurance called MassHealth number on the web redirected me to 732-***-**** spoke to a woman she sounded like she had no idea about any of the questions I was asking her told her I wanted to renew and stay with the same health insurance I have health connector by MassHealth he says absolutely no problem since I didn't renew it before November 17th 2024 I would have to pay $450 to reactivate it and next month another $400 and I will be it and when I do my taxes I would get the money back and I asked her a bunch of times you are renewing the same health insurance that I had before the health connector by MassHealth she says yes she asked for my full social security number date of birth all my information obviously I gave it to her because she said she couldn't activate it without all that information took the money for my credit card right away this was on a Monday I was on the phone with them literally Monday through Friday from 9:00 in the morning till 5:00 in the afternoon because they said it was active I went to *** throughout the week and got rejected 18 times all they did was transfer me from one person to another went to the MassHealth building that's when they told me I got scammed they signed me up with TDK 2 H/insurance she know exactly what she was doing this place uses third parties to find people up for their company all based on lies just to get them to sign up they took $850 from me trying to get my money back in cancel it now everybody's playing dumb this might be a legit health insurance company but they use third company scammers to get people to sign up with them still trying to fix this mess and it's been 2 months I see them apologize to people on this website I don't need an apology actions speak louder than words I want this fixed and for this not to happen to anybody else just doesn't get fixed I will take legal matters and spend as much money as it takes this is wrong what they're doing and they know it unacceptable

      This company engages in deceit. Their sponsored ad on ****** is disguised to make you believe you are contacting the legitimate healthcare marketplace. They have a lot of your info so you are led to believe what they're telling you is true. The *** we spoke with said due to our income we would have to purchase a plan. Our income rose from the previous year, about 5k, so we believed him. He also told us we would be uninsured at the end of Nov 2024 if we did not sign up for a plan. He made a nice ruse "looking for the best deal". We signed up and were charged $347.50 immediately, and $320 in Dec '24 and Jan '25. In the meantime nobody is asking for new insurance info when filling prescriptions and going to Dr. ************* Then we get a notice in the mail from the actual NY State of Health saying your insurance ends Feb 28. Re-enroll Now! The Firstenroll *** had told us our insurance would run out Nov 30, 2024, remember? My wife decides to give NY State of Health a call. It turns out we are still eligible for the free insurance. This company, or it's ***, encouraged by commission no doubt, tried to rob us of $1000! I've contacted my bank to dispute the charges and closed the card out. There are several threads on Reddit from people with similar experiences, so I don't understand the BBB's "B" rating of this company at all.

      I signed up for dental and vision insurance on December 13, 2024. They told me that the insurance plan that I signed would be through *****. I waited a whole month, and the health insurance cards never came. So, I called Aetna, and they said that they have no record of me in their database. I called First Enroll Health and asked them for my insurance cards because they never came. They sent me a discount card. I was then told that the plan that I had, which was dental and vision, didnt require an insurance card. Its a SCAM!

      Dispute of charges:I called the ************ to get health ins. For my daughter at the end of March 2024. Two weeks later she enrolled in health insurance through the state of ******. I gave her the phone number they provided at the time of sign up to cancel the health insurance. She called on April 18th at 4:30. The call lasted 6 min. from her phone ending in 5317. Information provided by ****** XXXX, representative from the ************. I went to check my Discover card balance at the beginning of January to find that the health ins. money was still being taken out of my card. I called member services on the 16th of January an was told the policy was still active an had not been cancelled an no record of any phone call cancelling it. I had my daughter conference call member services with me. We made sure that it was cancelled right then. We was told they were emails sent out to me, which I never received. I had her send an email while we were on the phone. I did not receive it. My daughter gave them her email address an sent something to her with a CC send to me. We both got that one. I spoke to a supervisor named *****. I explained the situation. He said that they had proof that the emails were sent to my daughter with member cards an other info from March until the day it was cancelled. That is impossible, they did not have her email address until the 16th of January. I never received an email until after the 16th of January. Her nor I ever received any type of member info not even through regular mail. Absolutely no contact. I have called an talked tho ***** several times. He refuses to cooperate in any way. He is a very manipulative type an has a superiority complex. He said he would welcome to talk with anyone an prove he is right. xxx-xxx-xxxx. He said he would check into the other companies involved an never did. All I know is she made the call to cancel an it was never cancelled.Thanks

      The agent for this company over the phone claimed to be with LA Care When paperwork were sent to me I found out the company name was not LA care and he was trying to sign me up and have me sign the documents claiming they are someone else. They had my cc and personal info claiming to be someone else

      Total scam I never signed up for this insurance. I didnt receive any invoices, nor did I receive health cards I dont even know what they are taking money out for. Its seems a lot folks are having the same amount taken every month that I am being billed for. This should be fraud.

      Do not go with first in roll health . They enrolled me in a dental and vision plan I did not ask for then took out $96.98. The second time it was taken out called to talk to someone. I was transferred to a second ****** who promptly told me they would cancel my insurance with them Did not offer me a refund and hung up on me before I could ask to speed to some who had the authority to give me a refund. Do not take this insurance they are scammers.
