I fell victim to their health care scam. I thought the number I called ######### was a legitimate government-run health care clearinghouse, because the website said "OBAMACARE" but I was fooled. I told the agent that I am disabled and am on a fixed income and I thought she wanted to help me. But she said the cheapest plan available to me was for $221 a MONTH, plus a $100 ENROLLMENT FEE! I knew something was fishy, but she said I wouldn't be charged the first month, that I would only be charged on the 29th of January. Guess what? I was charged the moment I got off the phone (30 December!) As soon as I saw that, I put a hold on my credit card so that these people can't scam me any further, I disputed the transaction with my bank, and I called the company to demand a cancellation of my policy and a refund. I understand this company has a reputation for NEVER reversing charges, so I may have to take further action, including pursuing legal ********** I am leaving this review with the Better Business Bureau so more people cannot get scammed or deceived. Why did they present themselves as being government affiliated when they're not? Why would they try to take advantage of disabled people like me?FirstEnroll

I lost my job in July 2024 and wanted to keep coverage for my family when I came across this SCAM. When is too good to be true, it's because it is... I'm not sure how I fell for this, but I was desperate without a job and needed a cheaper solution. I signed up and spent four weeks talking to different people on coverage of medications that I needed which they said it was covered to get me to sign up. I tried week after week and didn't go anywhere. It's like they steal your money without any conscience. On the fourth week since nobody couldn't help me with my meds coverage I called to cancel. They supposedly cancelled and I still was charge for the next month. I called again to cancel one more time... I still get charged once again. I put a dispute complain with my credit card company and they were able to get me a refund. A couple of months later I see two charges for almost 1k in my credit card. I called the credit card company to see why they allowed another charge, I told them to block this merchant because I had attempted to cancel my membership to this **** and the credit card company told me that this ******** said the charges were legit. I called credit card company again to open up the case and asked them why they let them charge me if I told them to block this scammers. It's very frustrating because I'm not sure, how the credit card company that is supposed to protect you allowed this charge when I asked them to block them. Do not fall for this ************ if you don't want to go through some headaches and no coverage to go to a doctor.FirstEnroll

1 star****! ************** I got connected to them through marketplace while looking for a lower insurance plan. I have one doctor I go to and I asked the *** to check if they were covered. *** said they were, I asked that I not be charged for a few days so I could confirm everything. Turns out, my doctor is not covered. I called back to tell them I dont want the plan since my doctor isnt covered, I was told I was incorrect and I was telling my doctor the wrong plan name. Called my doctor with the name *** suggested I use, still not accepted. I called back and spoke with someone who said they would mark it in my file to not charge me and to cancel my account. Of course, I get charged $451. I called them to get a refund and confirm no future payments would be made and was connected with *******, who was one of the rudest humans I have ever encountered. Was fighting with me, trying to sell me back the plan, and was interrupting me the entire time I spoke. Actually said to me are you done? Im waiting for my turn. He told me after not even 5 mins of speaking that he cant help me and he will have a manager contact me to issue the refund. No one called me. This is complete scam. I purchased insurance for my son on Nov. 26, 2024 and after telling him about that he did not want that insurance. So, I cancelled it by filling out a form and sending it on Nov. 29, 2024. I called after 1 week and they told me that they need to make sure there are no claims before giving me a *********, I waited 1 week and called again. I was put on hold for more than an hour and after that I received the message that the business is closed for the day.Every time I call them, they put me on hold for a long time. Finally, I got tired of calling them and contact Amex and they gave me a refund.This company is complete scam. SCAM - they charged me over $500 and when I tried to cancel, they claimed they cancelled my plan and then transferred me to another department for a refund but the call never went through so I was not able to speak with anyone regarding a refund. I have done research and everything I see online is about them charging and not issuing refunds when they tell you you can cancel any time and my coverage hadn't even started yet. Their insurance cards are a joke - they say they'll mail them but only send it electronically. I reported the charges to my bank and am being issued a new card. PLEASE do something about them, horrible ppl scamming the working class. Also -5 starts if I could.FirstEnroll

Scammed. Contacted health care marketplace, was somehow directed to this company. When I cancelled my plan, I first contacted **** and was directed to cancel at the marketplace (since that was who set me up). When I contacted them, it was cancelled and when I asked if I needed to do anything else - no. The next 2 months I was charged $219. I tried contacting **** and marketplace to see why I was being charged. Finally after a month of trying to figure it out, a *** from marketplace told me I was being charged by the agency that signed me up. I thought they had signed me up, but they said to call the number on my bank statement and try to get refunded - and to call bank to dispute it if I couldnt. Bank said I couldnt dispute it, so I called the agency once it was within their business hours. Got transferred to cancellation department where I spoke to a very rude supervisor who told me I didnt cancel the plan, I didnt read the document I signed through them, and I was not eligible for a refund. He did cancel so I wouldnt be charged anymore, but $438 for absolutely nothing. That money literally went nowhere, as I had already cancelled that **** plan. Why is there no chance of refund? What a sticky sneaky money trap. This agency has to be held accountable somehow, they just snuck into my search for health care and started the scam immediately.FirstEnroll

Complete SCAM!!! The *** said all of my current conditions, meds and doctors were all covered by this SO CALLED health ins when in fact non of it was covered. Huge run around trying to cancel. Ive made dozens of calls and been told they were cancelling the fake ins but they never do and keep billing me. The customer service ***s enjoy giving the customers a hard time and refuse to actually do anything they say. Stay away from this fake ins company.FirstEnroll

I moved to ************ and needed to cancel my legit insurance from *******. I tried to get on the marketplace for ************ and came across a number of a guy who gave me his credentials and all. I signed up for this insurance which promised it was under the ***** umbrella. But when I went to ****************** it was not accepted. I have tests lined up and now I realize this was a scam. Im thankful to *********** who caught this and I ended up here. This is crazy, and this company needs to be shut down.FirstEnroll
