I participated in a focus group study/interview on October 20, 2023 (Study reference: ***********). After contacting the company, $300 incentive was put into my FocusGroup Wallet on November 19, 2023. I tried to redeem the incentive with a Amazon.com Gift card ($200 on 11/19/23 - request id ********* a Target ecard ($75 on 11/22/23 - request id *******), and a Starbucks e gift card ($25 on 11/22/23 - request id *******). The status is still "processing" on each of these requests - and it is well over the 10 business days the company says it could take. I have submitted an inquiry through the website, sent an email to the 'help desk,' and called the company with the number they provided and left a voice mail. I have received no response. I was hoping to use the ecards to buy Christmas presents and I'm frustrated and disappointed by my experience with this company.Business Response

On 10/27/23 I participated in a study titled "Artificial Intelligence Tools". The study reference is "***********". On 11/24/23 I received my payment for this study - a $60 incentive added to my ******* wallet on schlesingerwallet.com, otherwise known as SGPayment. This $60 can then be redeemed for different kinds of gift cards.
On that same day, I requested a $60 ******* ****. When I went through the process, it said that it could take as many as 10 business days to process. As of 12/18/23, it is still processing.
On 12/12/23 I emailed helpdesk for an update on my gift card. I received an automated response but no human reply. On 12/16/23 I emailed them again - still, no reply. I cannot find any phone number or any other way to contact them.
I just want my gift card processed. By their own standards it should have been processed by 12/8/23, 10 business days after 11/24/23. The AI study I participated in was also riddled with issues - lack of communication, activities being emailed out days after they were supposed to be, etc. Please, just provide me my **** gift card so I can put this behind me.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However I am unhappy with the fact that my incentive was only processed after filing a complaint with the BBB - it is unsatisfactory that study participants have to go to these lengths to receive compensation. It was still processed over a week late, and I never received any communication before filing this complaint, which seems to be very common for this business which I consider to be unacceptable.

I received **** points on 11/20 for a Focus Group. I attempted to use those points for an Amazon gift card. After 10 business days, I contacted customer service who claimed they can't help me since the request is still processing. I have attempted again, since it has now been almost a month, and no reply. I did a survey and study for this business and have yet to be paid from either one.I redeemed my money for giftcards because that is the only way to get paid and it said up to 10 business days which it has been well over that.My one giftcard has been processing since Nov.20,2023 and its only 9 dollars.The other payments are ****** worth of giftcards.I did a job and they haven't paid is the way they conduct business.I just want my money for doing what I promised.I have sent so many tickets and they only responded to stating to contact **** but nobody answers you at Sago.I see there are so many people with the same issue so why hasn't anything been done about this? On 11/25/2023, I used my $120 balance to request a Schlesinger Group/Sago Virtual Visa Reward. It has been more than 10 business days since my request, and I have yet to receive my Visa reward. This site has focus groups and surveys that you receive an incentive for. You then can redeem for gift cards and are supposed to be redeemed within 10 business day. I redeemed for an Amazon Gift card on October 3rd and still have yet to receive this redemption. I have submitted multiple inquiries and this issue has not been resolved as of yet. Request *********. I've called directly and left messages with no call backs. I've emailed support only receiving the automated request received response. I redeemed my points on November 20 and it's still processing today, almost a month later. I don't think it should take that long to process a simple virtual card. On November 16th I participated in an online interview that Sago said it would pay me $100 to do. On December 2nd I was in formed that my incentive for participating was available in my focus group wallet. On December 3rd I redeemed the 10,000 points for a $100 Virtual Visa card at that time I received a message saying I would receive the card via email in 2 days. It's been 30 days since I did the interview and I haven't received anything not even a response to my inquiries as to the status of my incentive via the help desk portal or the 2 messages I left at the phone number listed on the website.(which is never answered by a human and only says to leave your name and number and someone will return your call). I would like to recieve the virtual Visa card I requested. It's been 30 days since I did the interview and I know it does not take that long to email a Virtual gift card.Business Response

I participated in a study and was told I would be paid $150. It's been weeks after I requested my payout via e-**** card and they still haven't sent me my compensation. I can't get in touch with anyone and they don't respond to emails or voice-mails which I have left quite a few of each. This is beyond ridiculous.Business Response

I participated in a Lottery Study with Sago in early October 2023. The incentive was promptly added to my wallet in the estimated time they specified. However, I redeemed the entirety of my wallet on a gift card on Nov. 22, 2023. They mentioned it takes up to 10 business days in times of high volume redemptions. However, today marks the 17th business day since then and I don't have any sort of information from them. Everything still shows as processing. I reached out to them through the Contact Us option. It has been a week since reaching out and I have received no response.
