At the begiining of Dec 2023, I had over 7000 points (70.00), in my account. On 12/5/23, I logged into my account to find only 5600 points (56.00) with no explanation. Sent email and called all known numbers, of course no response as has been lately. Got an email this evening stating my $100 from an online study had been posted to my account. Logged into my account tp redeem, somehow 1300 points (13.00) has disappeared from account. So, I have requested a $143.00 physical Visa Gift Card tonigh..but still no explanation as to why 2700 points (27.00) just vanished from my account.
At this point, I just want the $143.00 Visa Gift Card mailed to my home address and I will consider this issue resolved and will no longer attempt to surveys with this company. This was very good for a while until they were bought out and now...nothing...survey taker beware.Business Response

I have done a few reviews in the past with this company and have never had an issue being paid, until recently. I have been trying to be paid out on my bank in form of gift cards(Amazon and Target) with one request dating back to November 18, 2023. I have emailed this company to check on the status with no response and still no pay out. I would just like to be paid appropriately.Business Response

I did my first study with Focus Group on Friday November 17. It was three hours long for a $275 incentive. On 11/20/23 and 11/21/23, I requested three separate gift cards. The email address is use for Focus Group is: *********************** As of 12/12/23, I still have not received my payout, I have emailed twice and called every phone number I could find! This is WELL past the ten business days and I can't believe it has taken this long to get a payout.
I was referred to this service by a friend, but honestly wary of doing another survey with this company. Especially seeing after all of the similar complaints on their profile here. I would just like my incentive that I was promised.Business Response

I completed an internet assisted telephone interview November 9, 2023 with a promised honorarium of $120.00. On November 24th I recived an email saying my "incentive" was ready. I redeemed said honorarium using the virtual card option. The instructions indicated it would take up to 10 business days during high volume for the card to be issued. It is December 12th and I still have not received my virtual card, it still indicates my request (request id ******** is still processing. It has been 12 business days. All of the other platforms I use to complete surveys issue payments promptly, especially virtual cards. I have attempted to reach out to this company to inquire about the status of my card but have not heard anything back. I've noticed many people have had the same issue and I dont know how else to get a response, so I am filing a BBB report.Business Response

I took part in a study by the company Sago. This company gives people compensation in exchange for their time and input. I took part in a study ahiut the **************** and never received my payment. The payment was supposed to be $150 worth of credits on their website (Sago) that I can use to redeem gift cards. So this is my second time approaching this situation because I cannot get a response at all from anyone when I have an issue. This group took forever to send me my incentive options regarding gift cards and then when I was sent those options, it said it was processing. That was the day after Thanksgiving. Its been 17 days and it still hasnt processed and I havent gotten my gift card. And the card is digital so it should have processed quickly. I didnt ask for a physical copy. I find this strange, I feel like this company is scamming me, I cannot get responses AT ALL and at this point I just want my 150 gift card and I will no longer participate with this company. You should not do this to people. If you dont have the money, dont ask people to do the survey. Id like the money thats owed to me or Im going to court with this.Business Response

I completed a two hour long survey on 10/31. It took weeks to get compensated which turned into points that I had to then turn around and request again to be paid. I did so on 11/18 and have received nothing. Ive emailed them several times with absolutely no response. Ill be filing with the attorney general and the **** next due to lack of action and lack of response.Business Response

I particiapted in a focus group on October 9th. The email Irecevied beforehand said that I would receive my incentive no longer than 4 weeks after the study and that I should reach out if I dont get paid by then. It has now been 8 weeks since I partiicpated and I have yet to receive my compensation. All of my attempts to contact someone about this issue (Either by email or through their ticketing system on their platform have gone unreplied. I would like to receive my compensation for my participation ASAP.Business Response

I received 125,000 points on 11/19/2023 for a study I completed. I requested a 125.00 gift card for Target on the same day. It says it is still processing which is way over the 10 business days. I have left emails and voicemails with no response. I want my payment for my participation. I don’t know what is going on with this company. They used to be responsive…..no longer. On November 20, I redeemed points for virtual gift cards and was told it could take up to 10 business days. As of now, the gift cards have still not been processed and I provided services to them for the gift card points but they are not honoring their commitment.Business Response
