I attend 2 Focus Group studies, and submitted my request for payment redemption via the Focus Wallet. My oldest request is from 11/16/23 and today is 12/8/23 and it's still processing. I also sent an email yesterday requesting the status but of course, no response. And please don't give me that crap about 10 business days because it's been 14 business days and that's not including Thanksgiving or the day after Thanksgiving . I don't understand the delay and your lack of communication during the process when we're pending payment. This process makes me not want to participate in any more Focus groups going forward. On 11/29/2023, I used my $275 balance to request a Schlesinger Group Virtual Visa Reward. It has been more than 9 days since my request, and I have yet to have my Visa reward processed. I am worried because I know peers who have waited for much longer and have had no results or heard back. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. On 11/21/2023, I participated in a 3-hour long study by the group. I had never done a study before, but I was offered $275 in exchange for participating in this study to make sure that I was compensated for my time. I quickly received the link for where I could redeem compensation. By 11/23, I had redeemed a Schlesinger Group ************ Reward. However, I waited the **** business days for the virtual **** gift card, which was the time constraint under which I was supposed to receive my reward, only to see that nothing had been sent to me. I have tried to contact them and have gotten no response. The Request ID, if needed was *******.Business Response

I redeemed points to receive a virtual **** gift card as a reward. Their site shows that this processing period should take 3-5 business days to receive my reward. I spoke with someone on the phone, and that person told me the rewards typically take up to 10 business days to process. I requested my reward on 11/21/2023. It is now 12/08/2023. Not counting the Thanksgiving holiday, or the day after in case that was also considered a Schlesinger holiday, it is now 12 days. You cannot reach the payment department on the phone. If you call one of the branches, you have to press Option #2, and that leads you to an automatic voicemail, where they claim that they will get back to you within 48 hours. I have left voicemails on 12/01/2023, 12/05/2023, 12/06/2023, and again today on 12/08/2023. None of these have been returned. I can speak to a front-desk person at a branch, but since their payment **** is offsite, they are unable to transfer me to anyone who can help. I see however, that representatives tend to be active on here, so it has led me no choice but to file a complaint.Business Response

I had done a focus group with ********* and received a $150 debit card for the same. The card expired in 04/23 without me using the funds since I had lost it. I recently found the card and am asking ********* for a replacement card, but they say that they cannot issue a replacement since it has expired. I am checking to see i they can do that. I am rejecting this response because:They asked me to send a bank statement showing the transactions on the debit card.It took a lot of work and requests to get the statement from the bank but I was finally able to do so and forwarded the statement to ********* showing that the debit card had no spend transactions on it.They said they were going to look into it.I have emailed them several times for a status update but no response from them.

I participated on a paid study through SAGO on 11/21/23 for $275 and requested the payment in the form of a physical **** prepaid card. It says it shouldn't take anymore than 10 business days It has been almost three weeks and it still says the status is processing. I completed a research group project for Sago on November 2nd, and was supposed to receive my incentive within two weeks. It is now over a month later, and not only has my incentive not been provided, but the company doesn't respond to emails or helpdesk complaints.
