I did a focus group for them and requested a payout from them for the focus group for $121.00 that I was entitled to and never received it. I also requested an amazon gift card for $40.00 that I was *********** and never received the payments for my hard work.Business Response

This page has dropped a lot in quality, I am totally disappointed because I had been using it for about 5 years when it was previously called 2020 panel and I never had any problems...I participated in about 8 surveys giving my high-quality opinions and investing my time and I never received even a gesture of compensation They asked me for my ID for verification, I sent it, they told me they couldn't verify it, then they asked me for my passport, I sent it and now I can't even log in!I am totally disappointed, I literally wasted hours and hours of my life doing surveys and I didn't receive a single cent I can understand that perhaps they have security measures or something similar, but my main complaint is that they never paid me for the studies where I invested my time, I feel 100% disappointedBusiness Response

Schlesinger has been known for their slow or unresponsive customer support service however the studies themselves have been wonderful. I participated in a plant-based food study USQ2315312 on the 31st of October, got sent some points to my focus group wallet on the 17th of November, I also participated in a personal opinion study USQ2315555 on the 1st of November, got sent some points to my focus group wallet on the 21st of November. I tried redeeming my POINTS but its been PROCESSING forever. I even called one of the recruiters for help and I still havent been paid my incentives. Support responded after several days telling me to wait 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Why would I have to want to participate in studies if its takes almost another two months to be paid. Please BBB, take action because this has been going on a long time and it needs to be stopped.Business Response

I did a focus group November 8, 2023 and two weeks later recieved points in my wallet and cashed out. I waited 10 business days and still have not recieved the $100 payout. I have sent three emails in the last two weeks and no one has responded. It says still processing when I check the status.Business Response

I submitted a request to have my gift card processed as payment on 11/15 and it has still not processed 14 business days later. Furthermore, when I try to log in now, I am told that there is a technical issue and I should escalate to customer service.
