I signed up to attend studies for research purposes both in person in Philadelphia and virtually. The studies are compensated. My most recent study was done on November 9th about Social Issues. I received an email on November 14th that confirmed that I had completed my study with a Study Reference of *********** and I processed my request for my payment of $150 on November 17th. That same day, the website that is used to claim rewards provided a request ID of ******* and displayed that my payment was processing. On November 27th, I sent an email to their help desk, using the same request ID number that I was provided, stating that I have yet to receive payment and I got an email back the same day stating that my request, which is numbered ******, was received and would be reviewed by their Panel Services Team and that a representative would reply to me shortly. It is now a week later and I have gotten no correspondence from anyone and I have not been paid.Business Response

I have requested my payment thru 3 different e-visa cards. The first for $100 on Nov 18th the other two $125 and $150 were placed on Nov 19th. It states it should only take 2-3 business days. I have emailed, no answer! I have called and left a message, no call back. There is no way to speak to a human or clearly even get a response from them. This is beyond ridiculous. The people working for them are great but business wise this company is lacking, SEVERELY!Business Response

I participated in a baking study on Nov.6, 2023. I received notification of my incentive being available Nov.16th. That same day I selected incentive to be processed as an Amazon Gift Card reward of $125. It is now Dec.2,2023 and I still have not received my gift card or any monetary payment from participating in this study. The company does not respond to any of my 3 emails or voicemails.Business Response

Ive been during the focus groups for over 8 months now. I did a focus group 11/13, cashed out the points for the virtual card 11/14 and its now December 1st with no payment of $150. I have called and left emails and voicemails with no success. The payment is still processing. I spend out of pocket to get to these focus groups so I am frustrated that I havent received the virtual card yet.Business Response

I participated in a survey on Animal Health on 11/17 with the promise of a $350 incentive. I redeemed my DIGITAL gift cards 11/24 and they are still processing a week later. How is that even possible in this digital age? I have sent an email to their help desk EVERY day for a week with no reply, not even a simple "this should process by this date" so I am not having to check the status daily. They certainly reach out to you prior to your scheduled survey date to make sure you will be available. Seems as though they don't care what happens after that. Very unprofessional. I would appreciate gift cards being redeemed so I can use them or at the very least a reply to my emails/help desk messages. I will never do business with your company again.Business Response

Did a study with this company and while my incentive was in my wallet it has been over 10 business days and my request for a virtual **** is still processing. Like other complainants, I participated in a study and am still awaiting compensation. I received my Incentive on 11/13, and requested a virtual **** card. I STILL have not been compensated, and even with the 2 holidays, it should have been sent. I called my contact on this study, who claimed 'she is driving, and please text her my issue'. 2 Days later, no word, and when I called again, someone ELSE answered! I was supposed to receive $475. I contacted the Focus Wallet people, they told me to contact the place where I took the survey. This place has gone WAY down.Business Response

In August of ************************************************************************ to sample for three days. I provided input via an app and was promised $200 for the study. I emailed numerous times and no response, nor payment. I participated in additional studies valued at ****** points in their rewards system, resulting in a $100 amazon gift card that they said was processed and paid however I never received the card, or electronic gift card option.Business Response

I participated in a study on 9/5/2023 and was on the phone with the screener for over an hour, but the host of the study (third party) never joined the call. I fulfilled my study duties (per the screener, and obvious time-spent waiting in which I otherwise would have been participating in the study, had the study host joined the call) for the first time on 9/5/2023. I was told I would be paid for that session and that they would likely want to reschedule. I was then rescheduled to 9/7/2023, participated in the entire study, and only ended up being paid for one participation, not two. They still owe me $125 and have ignored 4+ contact submission requests (over the course of months) and don't answer any telephone lines or respond to any voicemails or emails.Business Response

I've had rewards reading as "processing" since Oct 4th and another from 11/14 that reads the same. I've used the on-site Contact Us form as well as sending emails to the Contact Us email and have heard absolutely nothing back. Discouraging when I also have funds sitting in my account waiting to be redeemed and I've never had an issue with their in-person studies.Business Response
