      This is in regards to Study Reference # UIG23800865 Topic: Current Events.I participated in this study April 20th. On April 28th I received a notification that the redemption had been added to my focus group wallet. I redeemed the points for a $200 virtual gift card, that shows it was paid but I never received the rewards email with the code. Since that time I have left voicemails and sent numerous emails seeking help from Schlesinger. All I receive back is an automated email stating that they have received a larger number of responses and appreciate my patience. This is unacceptable. I have done studies with this company before, but this will be my last time seeing how they handle problematic issues. Please have someone contact me regarding my payment!

      I took part in a study in March and was paid via points into my account. I have redeemed it for a physical gift card. When checking online, the status shows as paid but I have yet to receive anything in the mail for my payment. I have attempted to call and email multiple times and have never received a response or a call back.The resolution I would like is that I receive my payment, or provided with an explanation as to when I should be expecting it since my emails have gone unanswered.

      On Tuesday May 2,2023 I did a "Mock Trial" in Manhattan after the triaI was told I would be paid via a "online Incentive" called "Focus Wallet" it's now been a week and a few days and I have not received ANY incentive.I have called customer support and have received nothing but "The Ring Around The Rosy" hopefully this issue can be resolved.

      I was accepted for a paid study at Schlesinger group's facilities in Manhattan on the 11th of April that took 3 hours with the promised payment of an incentive of $275 dollars. After numerous attempts to contact them through their helpdesk and emailing them I haven't received any answer whatsoever to my request of payment. I have left several messages on their members website and also emails. They said that the payment would appear in the Focus group's wallet on their website but there is still nothing there till this day after 6 weeks have passed since the paid test study. I just want to get my incentive as promised. I believe this company takes extremely long to reward their study subjects and members and also seem to forget to pay them as I see in numerous complaints here on this site. Please pay me as soon as possible. Thank you.

      I checked my focus group wallet and there was nothing there and there hasn't been any thing there since the day of my in-person study at the companies facilities in Manhattan. I see this as a lack of respect on their part at this point taking me as a fool saying they paid me when they haven't at all. I need my payment of the incentive asap since it's been over 6 weeks.

      On April 24th, I was confirmed to participate in a focus group on April 27th in Chicago, Illinois. I went to that study on that day and when I arrived to the location they informed me that I was at the wrong location and to contact sago for any further information. I did that and they told me to go to the correct location I participated in the 90 minute study I was supposed to have been paid 350 plus $25. I was told that I will see my incentive by noon that Friday. It is May 8th and I still have not received my incentive yet. I have called and email. They email me back one time telling me my money was processing and it will be available within three business days. It has been 3 business days and now they are not responding

      I was recruited to complete a survey for the Schlesinger group to be completed on April 25 2023, My first question to the over the phone recruiter was how and when will I be paid and was told that the survey was on a Tuesday give it until Friday of that same week to process payment for everyone who participated in the survey and that we should all receive our virtual payment cards for $125.00 by April 28th and if we haven't received them by then I should call. Today is May 6th 2023 and I haven't received any form of payment, Upon calling you're informed that payments take between 4-7 WEEKS to be processed but that wasn't conveyed to me upon recruitment My issue is you're told one thing to get your participation and then ignored and delayed in receiving payment I have left voicemails that have ignored

      I participated in a study on 20-Mar-23 and when I received the payment notification on 26-Mar that they payment was in my wallet I was unable to retrieve it. I opened multiple tickets over multiple weeks and have still been unable to retrieve my payment. I'd previously used this company for research studies and was impressed and paid promptly but since it's been sold to Sago I'm incredibly disappointed. I shouldn't have to wait more than a month, send multiple emails, and finally have to submit a BBB review.

      This firm asks individuals to respond to surveys for points which can be redeemed for gift cards. I dutifully did so for a number of different surveys accumulating more than ****** points. On February 24, 2023, I redeemed ****** points for an Amazon gift card in the amount of $120. (Payment Request # *******). I have never received this gift card even though the company's website said it was paid. Three times I have written via email to the firm's helpdesk (Helpdesk Reference Number ******) without an answer. In the past, I would receive redeemed gift cards in a matter of days. I am seeking my Amazon gift card in the amount of $120.00.

      I redeemed pionts on 04/05 and 04/29 ***** + 700 for a $23.00 Amazon gift card for online surveys I completed. I have emailed 2x's but no response. If you can please contact them and find out why the delay.

      I completed a research study worth $250. I was notified that this was added to a virtual wallet, however I am completely unable to access this wallet. I have tried for last month to login to their website, but nothing seems to work. I have tried to reset my password, contact the company numerous times from their "contact us" page, and tried to call any number I could find for both Schlesinger and Focus Group. It is almost as if the company has disappeared. All I need is the ability to login and withdraw the funds owed me. But after numerous attempts and wasted time, I can think of no other recourse. Please contact me and allow the withdrawl of funds.
