      Excessive phone calls from multiple numbers never the same number. I have blocked 13 different phone numbers. This no doubt, makes Momentum Solar look like a scam company in my opinion if there are multiple numbers.I have caller ID. When I see they are calling, I just ignore it.But to have been called 13 times since April 3rd with no answer, or not leaving a single voice mail messages, makes me very suspicious about this company.After *********************************************************************************** a solar system.Give it a rest would you.       On 11/22/2019, we were solicited by a representative of Momentum Solar to install Solar Panels on our home, for the exclusive purpose of generating Solar Energy.We agreed to move forward on November 22 2019.Upon further review, we cancelled the agreement to install the solar panels on our roof via email to ****** ***** (the office representative) on November 26 2019. On the same day, November 26 2019 we received a text from ***** (the sales representative who came to our home) acknowledging our decision to cancel.On December 13, 2024, we went to the Town of ************************ Department to obtain information as we desired to install Split Heat Units for heating and cooling in our home. Upon reviewing the property file at the Building Department we were surprised to see that Momentum Solar had filed an application to the Building Department dated November 27t7th 2019 for the installation of Solar Panels on our home. When we cancelled the contract on November 26th, 2019.However, upon further review of the filed application we noticed that there was a signature on the application which was not that of myself or my wife. This signature was also notarized by a ********* Weisbury, a person/notary we do not know and never had any contact with now or after. This application should not have been filed as we had informed the office team and the sales representative on November 26 2019 that we will not be going forward with the agreement, and they acknowledge our cancellation.On December 18 2024 we mailed a letter via certified mail and regular mail to Momentum Solar. The letter was addressed to Mr. ******* *****, Director of Sales Momentum Solar ****************************************************************** detailing our *********** date we have not received a response. Kindly help us with this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Momentum Solar has not addressed the issue of the complaint,which is why they signed our name to an application, and had it notarized by someone we have never met.  The said application they submitted to the county office to obtain a permit which resulted in a violation from the County.

      The last communication from Momentum Solar was April 25th when they said they had submitted our concerns to an internal team.  To date we have not received any other correspondence.

      Momentum Solar has been in communication with the homeowner and has confirmed that all necessary authorizations and signatures were secured prior to the homeowner's request for cancellation. According to our records, the permit application was submitted to the Department of Buildings (***) on the morning of *****************. The homeowners cancellation request was received later that same day.
      The project did not proceed beyond the initial paperwork phase, including the permit application. No permit was issued, and all Momentum Solar activities were halted immediately upon receiving the cancellation request.
      The current violation on record pertains to an unrelated, unpermitted structure and is not connected to any work performed or initiated by Momentum Solar. Therefore, Momentum Solar is not liable for any costs associated with these violations.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We disagree with Momentum Solar statement regarding securing all necessary authorizations and signatures, because of the following reasons.
      We did not sign any permit application; a signature was affixed to the permit application (not our signature) and said application was notarized by a notary named ******** ********.
      We did not appear before the notary who signed the permit application, Momentum Solar indicated in a phone call that they know the notary.

      We disagree with Momentum Solar statement that the permit application was submitted to the Department of Buildings (***) on the morning of *******************.
      Our investigation at the *** confirmed that the permit application was filed with the *** on *******************, not ************* and Momentum Solar confirmed that our cancellation request was received on November 26th, 2019.

      We disagree with Momentum Solar claim that they are not liable for any costs associated with the violation.  Because had they not filed the permit application when we had cancelled a violation would not have ensued.  Momentum Solar is liable and responsible for the cost, and we expect to be compensated.

      At the time of this project (2019), our standard practice was to obtain a written authorization from our customers to submit permit applications on their behalf. As of this moment, because of the age of this project and changes to our internal systems, we are having difficulties obtaining copies of such documentation associated with this particular project.

      We have been working with Momentum Solar since October 16, 2022 and have yet had the project finished. They have given us all kinds of excuses for why they have not finished the job and not tied the system into our electrical provider. We have paid them $8,000.00, paid $14,000 to Abacus for electric panel upgrade, paid $560 to J.Q. Brick ***************************** due to damage to the brick siding with the removal and replacement of the electrical meter. Additionally, we have gone without the financial benefit of the electrical energy produced by the panels on our rooftop.

The homeowner has completed the necessary electrical documentation, and the submission is currently under review by the utility provider. Upon approval, we will proceed with submitting the application to obtain Permission to Operate the solar system. Momentum Solar will continue to provide updates and maintain communication with the homeowner.

      I have contacted this company several times to complain that 5 panels are not working right. They sent a service person here and never went up to the roof to check the panels because they stated there is no error in the computer! Meanwhile I have 5 panels not working right and paying con Edison $ 425Jan and Feb and 75/month March and April when my typical bill is $18-25, they refuse to go in the roof and they state that their computers show my roof is functioning. They do not offer any help. Several times teaching these people that basically don't care to be of assistance yet they were quick to call me when they wanted my money. Now nothing. Unacceptable behavior from a company that promised to value it's customers. Please help.me.get a service technician to the roof to evaluate the 5 panels.

      Sign the contract 7/2024, as of today 04/15/2025 the panels are not working yet cause of their incompetence to comply with all inspection codes, with that Ive been charged by Eversorce + the ************ (**********************) for the solar panels ($332.10) x 4 = $1,328,40 in which the Momentum Co says it would reembolses me cause the fact of the panels are not working yet. Unfortunately I cant cancel them, but I would if I could or can I? Just need the panels working as quickly as possible and get paid for the months that wasnt working. Can you please help me with this issue?

      They continue to call my cell phone (9 times today so far). I've asked to be added to their do-not-call list on multiple occasions, but the calls keep coming. I've started blocking every single number (they call from a different number every time), but calls still get through. This is harassment. I'm looking to see if there is a class-action against them in ** (i know there is in other states). I'm shocked they are still in business with practices like this.

      In the past 30 days I have been getting a ridiculous amount of phone calls from this company trying to sell me solar energy. They call me morning noon and night. I have attempted to block the numbers they call from but they have a numerous amount of phone numbers that they use to call me from. I am being harassed and I simply want them to stop calling.

      Company continues to call multiple times a day. I see by the remarks that this is a ongoing problem with this company. Is there any way to fine them? I also wrote to the ***.
