    I was received letters in the mail from Superior Servicing stating that the payments would consolidate my student loans. I started being debited of $300 a month from my bank account In November of 2023 then in February I began being debited $49 a month but none of this money was applied to my loan. I tried to reach out to them via phone but all I got was hold music and voicemail.

    I was contacted by the company saying they were going to consolidate my loans and it would be i pay $799.99 for the first payment and then $49 per month paying towards my student loans for 240 months when i contact the people who have my loans they say they have never received any payments from me this was a scam and i would just like my money back i was just trying to get my student loans to a reasonable payment and they told me they was a legitimate company but my payment have been going nowhere please Im a single mother and that money could have been used for my real student loan payments

    So this company superior services sent me a letter regarding my student loans. I called them and had set up an initial payment of ***** on Nov 6 2023. Then another payment of *****0 on 11-20-23. Then monthly payments of ***** starting in December of 2023. All of these payments were sent in under the agreement that they were going to paying off my student loans. The agreement that I agreed to was that if I made the initial 2 payments of *****0 that I would pay 49$ monthly for a period of 20 years and at the end of that the remaining balance would be forgiven of said student loan. Well today I find out that none of that money has went to my student loans. This company is out scamming hard working Americans out of their money.

    Hello. The initial contact I had with this company was in October of 2023. They came up with an arrangement that after paying $299 I would only pay $49 a month every month for the next 10 years to pay off my student loans. Every 27th of the month since October 2023, they have taken $49 out of my bank account now totaling close to $300. I discovered in April that this was a scam/fraud since I was getting letters from EdFinancial that my loans were not being paid so on top of the $49 I was paying to Superior Servicing, I was also still paying my loans. The company let me know I needed to send documents in order for the service to start however I never sent those documents but money still kept being taken out. I attemped to call the companies number multiple team, each time being sent to voice mail.

    Like many others have stated, Superior Servicing LLC misled me into thinking they would be paying off my student loans for a small monthly price of $49 until my loan was ultimately forgiven through the SAVE plan. They have not made any payment towards my student loans and have continued to charge me a monthly fee despite not rendering any services. While I acknowledge I fail for this scam, I have yet to be able to stop these payments in any meaningful way. I have not been able to get through on the phone, I have no contact information, and the company is otherwise unreachable. I have not heard from them since we first consolidated my accounts, and while I thought my monthly charge was going towards my student loan repayment, this has not been the case. I would like for them to immediately cease charging to my account and have been in touch with the appropriate departments within my bank to prevent this from happening moving forward. I am now hundreds of dollars behind on repayment as a result, not to mention the amount of money Superior Services charged me while presenting itself to be acting as a government authority with complete access and knowledge of my accounts. This practice is predatory and while they may squeeze through every small legal crack available, the fact that they have ignored my written request to end payments despite indicating within the contract that's exactly what I should do is beyond acceptable.

    Student loan scam

    Loan scam advised of lower monthly payments and would transfer loan. Never did anything and stole $850

    then somehow obtained other bank info and started charging monthly. Reported this as fraud to my bank for refund.

    I was contacted by Superior Servicing LLC on 8/28/2023 regarding my student loans to consolidate and get a payment reduction. I contacted them thinking this was to help with my student loan repayment. I got everything set up October 2023 paid $799, with $49 monthly payments starting in November 2023. I started receiving letters my students loans saying I was delinquent and late. I contacted them and they said that superior service is not an affiliation with student loans and it is a free service for payment plans. I contacted superior service back to cancel and the representative stated no we are affiliated. We charge a fee upfront for the documents to be pre-paired and insisted to help me send the documents again. So I proceeded and then another two months go by and letters are still coming from my student loans of no payment. I have requested a refund via email and cancellation. No response. I have also called numerous times no response. Finally got a hold of someone to explain the situation again to get the same process to help me send the documents again. This company needs to be shut down. Id like my refund of ***** and my account canceled.

    Company contacted me about saving money with student loan. Told me that they had a plan to save me money being with a *************** and that it was government plan. Took three installments of $299 and then started taking$49 every 15th of the month. Noticed that my student loan amount was never changing. Contacted them and they told me that the money was never to go to my student loan. That is 100% how they told me that my money was for and why I did signed up for the program. Contacted them again about canceling and were my money for my student loan was and how I get it back. Once again was told that the money did not go towards the loan and that whoever told me that was wrong. Asked them how that could be if this loan is all about student loans. No good answer. Company told me that I could not be refunded money and that the money was for their services of the paperwork. Just want to see where to go from here no what I need to do.

    I was first contacted by this company back in November about how I can file and sign up for this program in order to have my student loans reduced, they also told me they were affiliated with Mohela. (Which is where my student loans are currently are). I was told that if I paid $800 up front it would help lower my monthly payment and I would only be charged $49 a month for 120 months, then my student debt would be cleared. I signed paperwork and paid the $800 fee on November 17th, and since the $800 payment in November I've paid $49 a month from December until May. A total of $1,093.00. I contacted ****** yesterday to let them know about my previous payments, to help reduce my upcoming charges and the representative said they were confused and not affiliated with Superior Servicing and told me to file a claim. The *** associated with the account is: ********. I gave them all of my personal information and they are still charging my account. What do I do? How can I be refunded?

    I understand that I signed the contracts - I also shared that with you as well. But I was told they were affiliated with Mohela. ****** told me they were not affiliated with them, and the money I paid towards Superior Servicing has nothing to do with my loans. So they are taking money out of my account, and I have paid them $1,093 for nothing. - It did not help in reducing my loans, or does it go towards it. So why can't I be refunded what I paid, and them as a company be penalized for offering false advertising? This is disappointing because the servicing program that actually has my student loans clearly stated they have nothing to do with Superior Servicing and that I need to get my money back. They also still have access to my checking account. Please help me.

    Superior servicing LLC sent me a notice in the mail (picture of original document is in the album)which is included in the album. I called and they promised me that if I qualify (I told him my situation on the phone and if they confirm the info is correct then I would qualify) for a 10 year $49.99 a month service that would completely pay for all of my student loans at the end of the program. This also comes with a $799.99 application fee. I verbally confirmed with them that what he was saying was true and he confirmed it every time. He sent over the documents (also included) and I needed to print them off, fill them out, and send them in for them to be approved and then the services would start. They called numerous times about the status of my application. I called and asked about the status of my application because it had been passed the time frame in which it should be validated and they said I sent it to the wrong address. That I used *** instead of the US post office and thats why it went to a different location. I never sent in the second application because I researched the entity at that point and found out that it was fraudulent. They still deducted both charges from my account despite the fact that they received none of the physical paperwork. Ive called twice in the last 5/6 months and they said that the $799.99 was for them to send me the paperwork. They said they dont actually service the loans they just make sure I am eligible (monitor my account) for a different loan forgiveness program that has nothing to do with them. Thats what the $49.99 a month was for. So they lied. I tried to get them to reimburse me after receiving none of the services and they said I was past the reimbursement window. Once I said that I dont want to be a part anymore they cancelled the contract. Convenient. Many people have had nearly the exact same experiences with Superior Servicing LLC just with different prices; most likely had to do with their student loan debt. There are multiple different numbers for the entity and I believe I have never talked to the same person. I did sign a contract which was verbalized to me the same way it was in the beginning. Once I questioned them on their services thats when they told me what they actually do. So they lied to me about their services, took $849.98 from me, and refuse to give it back albeit no services were granted.
