      On March 24, 2024 I placed an order with Instatints for a full tint package to fit a ***** Element. (Order #****) A few weeks later I received an email stating they did not have anything for the windshield, and how I would like to proceed with my order. I asked them if they could change my order to fit a 2012 ****** Frontier, and they said they could do so. I paid $169.99. I received absolutely nothing, not even an email for four months. After I emailed support, I was sent a tracking number for a shipping label. It is now nearly 2025 and the tracking still shows that **** hasn't received any package. I have received zero correspondence beyond their marketing newsletter, and have not gotten the tint I ordered or my money back. Many others seem to have the same issue, but Instatints seems to have no problem continuing to take people's money.

      I ordered tint for my windows. The tint arrived. The product is not as described, as it does not work. I have repeatedly contacted the company via email and text. I have requested a return label. They have not contacted me back regarding this matter. The only correspondence I have received after my request for a return label has been sales pictures.

      I purchased my window tint from Insta tent it showed up damaged. I contacted them asking for a return or replacement. They offered a replacement and then they have had no contact with me since and I have never received my replacement. I just want my money back so I can be done with it and go somewhere else. They have ignored all my messages. I have all my messages saved

      I ordered two window tint kits and two of their silk-lined window tint holders. When I ordered it gave me a timeline of two weeks for them to be shipped. When the only thing that I received was two flimsy soft shell cases. I contacted them and the response was we are overloaded right now and we are working hard to catch up. And we will have all of the pending orders shipped by the end of the month October The first week of November passed and I still hadn't received the tint kits, so I contacted them again their responseonse one again im sorry but we are overloaded with orders. So I gave them another 2 weeks before contacting them again. Same old story sorry but we are behind so at that point I requested a refund I was told I could not get my order canceled also they do not give refunds until after the customer receives and returns the products. At this point I want a full refund and a prepaid shipping label so I can send back their covers. Thanks for any help you can offer. ***** ***********

      I received the first solicitation email on 10/08 and 15 more following before I finally made a purchase on 10/18/2024. I purchased a full set of their precut custom made tints for my 2014 Ram 1500 REG CAB for promo in the amount of $149.99 (50% off) AND ADDED A LIFETIME WARRANTY ADDING $9.99. Totaling $166.15 ) ORDER Confirmation #*****. After which I received roughly ************************************************************************************** any information as to the progress of my order on 11/14/2024. When my order finally came I was excited to see what it looked like so I rushed out to make install them. What I quickly found was that it looked to be cut for a 4DR and nothing lined up. I took pictures and sent them in a email and request they be corrected. From then on all I got was mail box clutter and nothing to address my problem. The second email I sent explaining all the above issues only gave me was a generic thank you for your feedback, use this code for 15% off uour next purchase. So now its been about 6 weeks since my original purchase, and what makes it even more upsetting is being ignored as a customer *** ************* tactic and I paid extra for additional lifetime warranty and I cant even get a response, and there isnt even a number to call and the emails to customer service ends in even more unanswered requestsBUT THEIR SITE BOASTS AN A listing from BBB! All I want is to get the purchase I paid for!

      Placed order on March 17, 2024. Still did not get the product. I requested for refund still did not get it. They keep on saying it is in process, etc.

      I purchased tint from this company and did receive the items as promised, however I received a possible fraud alert from my ************ a little over a month later in regards to a random $29.99 charge by Instatint to my debit card that I had used for the original purchase. I have not made or authorized this purchase. I was given phone numbers by my bank to contact Instatint but they seem bogus. I left *** but no return calls received. I have emailed and requested a chat, neither of which have been successful. There is no contact phone number available on their website or on the original order confirmation. I will have to cancel my debit card to avoid this company stilling additional money from me Is there any help that can be provided?

      This is an international order placed on 3 July *************************************************** on 29 July 2024. Was informed by AI bot "***** ****"/ "Chel" that Instatint will guarantee delivery within 1-2 weeks and tracking number will be sent in 13 days. So I chose to wait. I sent in chaser emails on 8 and 16 August and was met with no reply until my next email on 22 August, where "**** S" and "Chel" arranged for a 20% refund if I choose to wait, and was also told that my order "will be shipped in 1-3 days and will be delivered in 1-2 weeks once it is shipped". I received the 20% refund (***** USD) on 8 September 2024, but the promise on delivery is total ******** as I have yet to receive my item. There was again no further follow up to my unfulfilled delivery order until my email on 2 October 2024. "**** S" replied:"I'm sorry to hear about the delay with your order #****. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to have waited since July without any updates.Given the situation, I will forward this ticket to our relevant team to ensure that they address your request for a full refund promptly. They will review the case and do their best to process it according to the policy." It is now 25 November 2024. No updates, no action on full refund. Get a human agent to follow up on my order instead of an AI bot please.Just refund my balance money paid.

      I placed an order for window tints with one carrying case. While checking out it asks me if i would like to accept an offer for a reduced price for the carrying case, and I click yes. Without any confirmation it completes the order and buys me a second bag instead of discounting the one already in the cart. I emailed them to let them know i only wanted one carrying case instead of two and to please refund the one. I never heard back from the company and eventually tints show up at my door with not even one carrying case, but i paid for two. I used the tints for 3-4 days after following the install procedure and the film is too thick and causes a jam and reset on the windows in my brand new vehicle. After re-installing multiple times to correct the issue, the windows will not function with the tint and one tint has even gone into the window motor destroying the tint. I have tried emailing the company to be within their 30 day return window and cannot get a response from anybody and they have no phone number listed anywhere. I believe I have scammed out of my money. They did send me a product but it is an extremely subpar excuse of a product and there is absolutely no support to resolve any issues and get a refund on either the parts I paid for and never received or the parts i did receive that do not work.

      Placed an order for tint on 10/24/24. Reached out to customer support on 11/4/24, you can only email them, asking about shipping information because I never received a email with link as stated would come. I never received a proper order number until I contacted. They shared a link on 11/5/24 and told me it had shipped. I immediately emailed back asking what day it officially shipped because **** was showing the label was created but not shipped. Verbatim:Sometimes, theres a delay between when the label is created and when the carrier updates the tracking status in their system. This usually takes 2-3 business days, but it can vary depending on the carrier and their processing times.Once the package is in transit, typical delivery times range from 3-5 business days based on your location. Ill keep an eye on the tracking and will update you if I see any changes.Basically, it had not shipped yet. I inquired again on 11/6/24 what actual day it shipped. Crickets. I emailed again on 11/11/24 informing that shipping had been updated. And the main reason I was asking because the tint I purchased for the vehicle was a deemed a total loss by insurance. I knew it was way too late to cancel the order. So, I was inquiring about a refund and to return their product. I was told they wouldnt be able to offer a refund or return unless it was damaged in transit. I offered to provide a letter from my insurance company stating it was a total loss. Crickets, again. Emailed again on 11/13/24 explaining I had received the package on 11/12/24 unopened and offered to provide proof again from insurance. Once again, was told they wouldnt be able to offer a refund or return without a valid reason. At this point I gave up. Ill just eat the $156.**. Today, 11/21/24 they charged my card for $29.99. I received an email thanking me for my order. I, of course, emailed back and messaged through instagram. I now have blocked any transaction from this company.
