      I placed an order (9/1/2024) as a gift in good faith, noting the shipping and return policies posted on the ******************** website. After 3 weeks (9/17/2024) with no update, I attempted to cancel the order altogether as it was intended as a gift and would not arrive in time; my request was denied. I finally received the package an additional 3 weeks later (10/8/2024). It remains unopened and my requests to make a return have been repeatedly denied (or unanswered), which directly contradicts their advertised policy which states "Buy without any risk and worry about your money - we have a 30-day 100% money *** guarantee that offers free product exchanges and returns. Just send us a message on our website and we will process your return request quickly." My claim focuses on false advertising of return policy, the fact that my order took significantly longer than the 14 day window for shipping (even with the maximum 10 business days processing time), and the refusal to honor advertised policies.

      I paid for the order on October 10th. The website says to show 2-3 WEEKS before it ships. On October 31st, I sent them an email inquiring on the status since it still had not shipped. They said it would ship this week. On November 7th, I emailed them again asking why it has not shipped. They said it would ship this week. On November 13th, I sent them an email requesting a refund since the order still had not shipped. They replied saying that they could not issue a refund because the order had already been processed. The order is still showing "confirmed" as the status. The same status it has showed since the night I ordered it.

      On 10/17/24 I purchased tint online and was advised I would receive my order within 3-4 weeks. After 3 weeks I checked the order (*****) and saw that my package was delivered to an address in **************, **. I do not know anyone in ************** and put my home address as the shipping address in *********, **. On 11/11/24, I contacted the company and explained I never received my order and the following day I got an email saying they would investigate what happened with ****. I sent a follow up email on 11/14/24 with no response. Please give me my money back as I never received what I paid for and ordered!

      I ordered tints from this company on August 19th and I have not received my package. I emailed the company multiple times and just got the run around and now there is no response from the company.

      I purchased tint film from insta tints on September 6, 2024 in the amount of $119. I purchased this product based on positive reviews and the promise of a money back guarantee if I was not happy with it in any way and there would be no questions asked. After purchase, I did not receive a shipment email until October 26, 2024. My order finally arrived at my residence on October 31, 2024. Upon receiving the product, I immediately applied it to my vehicle and was not happy with the fit nor the appearance of the tint. I reached out to the company immediately and inquired about a refund as I was not satisfied. In response to my request, insta tints claimed they had updated their policy and could not offer me any sort of a refund, only an exchange for a new product. Their website still boasts a 30 day money back guarantee. I am not interested in a replacement as I am not happy with the product in its proper form. My order number was #*****

      The product does not work on the new Bronco years 2021 and on, as the door is frameless, the tint material is too short for the window and does not go into the door enough to pass the weatherstrip. When the window is wound down the tint material binds on itself and kinks, destroying the product.The company does not answer email or chat requests, responses on their social media is also ignored

      The product sent to me does not fit my car as ensured it would. I have sent pictures proving this and now they have become unresponsive. I originally would have been satisfied if sent me a correct replacement but do to their unresponsive nature I just want a refund

      I purchased auto tint from InstaTint in August for $134.99. They said the order should be delivered within 3 weeks. I have not received the order, nor an update on whether it has been processed. I have contacted the company and they have told me that the order was being processed and would give me tracking info when ready. I have not received any response yet. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored.
