Ordered from insta tint back in nov 2024. Suppose to take 4 to 6 weeks. Going on 6 months now. Contacted them many times only to be told their running behind to its shipping in a week. I'm out around $300 Canadian.Customer Answer

My order # ***** did not fit my vehicle, support said on 11/19/2024 I would get replacement. The replacement was never received. I reached out every single month since November. In February 2025 I was told again I would get a replacement and never did. I bought the lifetime replacements with my order. At this time I am requesting a refund of my purchase AND the lifetime replacement. **************** is not responsive and they already told me my issue was escalated to a manager in November. It's now April, and it's been almost 6 months with no resolution. I paid about $155 for the tints and $9.99 for the replacement package. I would like it all refunded.Customer Answer

Date of transaction 2/22/2025. ORDER #***** Shipping was expected within 2-3 weeks. Nothing has been shipped or update given. I have multiple email exchanges asking where my product is and they are saying theyre processing it soon and had a delay with production. I want to know if this company is real or is this a scam. This business committed to give a ******************************************************************* December 2024. I didn't receive a tracking number in 20 day so I reached out to them to cancel my order and get my money back. Which was guaranteed. They didn't honor this because the item was "in transit". 3 months later I received the item after asking to cancel. Purchase was made on March 6th. After no update or purchase details an email (only form of contact) was sent 9 days later asking for an update. No response from the company after another week and a refund was then requested. The company said they'd offer a discount and you will get your product in a few weeks. Refusing to refund as well as no tracking or order details are ever provided. Over $110 was purchased via their website. I've attached communication. Window Tint for **** Explorer was ordered back in January this year. I never received the product even though my credit card was charged. I ordered tint from them at the beginning of February. It is now almost all the way through March and the most I've gotten from them is the tracking number, which I had to reach out to them to get! They dont reply to emails or anything. I want my money back
