      I ordered tint for my vehicle on 2/22/2025 today is 3/20/2025 I have yet to receive my order that been paid for for a month now! $138.00 worth of tint for my ***** 3! I have reached out 7 times asking for tracking number all I'm being told is my order has been manufactured and they are working on shipping my purchase out yet won't give me tracking information and I have not received my items! Horrible business

      On February 11 th 2025 I bought window tint from a company called instant and they said it would take up to two weeks to get I paid $119.98 for it and I would like my money back since they have not sent me anything or responded to any of my emails. Now my emails are coming back as failed.

      I ordered window tint from this company on 2/18/25. The website states that it takes 2-3 weeks total time from order to received. At 3 weeks (March 3rd), I emailed them to inquire about my order and was told that it was still in process. At 4 weeks, (March 13), I contacted them again and I was told that the order was done and was just waiting to be shipped out. I then asked for a refund as the 30 day window for return/refund is from the order date, not the received date which makes it March 18th. I was then told that since they already made the item, I can't get a refund.

      on 2/11/2025 I paid $139.97 to Instatint for an order I placed online. Order # ***** It is now over a month and they have yet to provide tracking or status of order. I've contacted them numerous times saying they are behind due to increase in orders. I've requested a refund but was declined.

      We purchased a package of instatint window tinting for our 16 year old for a Christmas present. This order was placed on December 16th and we have yet to receive it 3 months later. I have reached out and been in contact with the company multiple times and each time I've been given an excuse. Over a month ago I was given a tracking number for **** claiming it was shipped, but the tracking number has always said "label printed, package not shipped". At this point I requested a cancellation of the product and refund which they denied me of, saying the item was already on its way. Yet again, when I recheck the tracking it says item not shipped. This was the main Christmas present that our child was supposed to receive and now they are not going to get anything since the item isn't shipped and they will not refund. I strongly suggest staying away from this business.

      I placed an order for tint on February ******* and i was very patient with the process and checked weekly for updates. I contacted there email provided **************************** and got an update email from 2 different people. But when they couldn't give me a solid answer i requested a refund and was told they couldn't do that. On the website it shows 30 day money back guarantee and they still keep denying it. I still dont have my order or anything that has changed on the tracking

      I made an online purchse with instatints in November 2024 and didn't receive them until almost 2 months later. When received, they weren't sized right to fit my car and they were bent and couldn't be put on the car. I contacted them and they said that they would send a replacement since December 2025 and it is march 2025 and I have not received anything. I've been in contact with them and today, I emailed them again and I received a message that the email no longer exists ******************************* Please see the email communication, along with the purchase order.

      I was told my order shipped and was provided a tracking number. When I was informed that the package was delivered, I realized it was delivered to me. I contacted ***** who told me the address on the label associated with the tracking number Instatints provided me was not my address. I contacted Instatints and have requested a replacement or a refund. The only response I am getting is that they are looking into and thank you for my patience. It has been over 3 weeks of multiple emails and I have not received a proper response.

      I involved my credit card company and they secured a credit fir me from instatints. I still never got any reply or communication from instatints.

      Placed this order on 01/29/25 and billed to my credit card on 01/30/25. It is now 03/05/25 and I have not received my order and they will not respond to my emails.

      I placed an order on 10-12-2024 about 2 months later I started emailing them about an update on shipping and it would take a long time for a response and it was always the same that they will give me an update when they know. I emailed every couple weeks with the same response. Then a couple days ago I was fed up and asked for a refund and they responded with it was delivered 10 days prior a d someone had signed for it. So I did my research and tried to file a complaint with the shipping company but come to find out I can't make a complaint because the addresses don't match. I finally got the address that they delivered to from the delivery company and went to the address and it was an old couple that didn't have a clue who the person who had signed for it was and never saw a package. I explained this to insta tint t and they responded with me confirming my address which I did and said that is not the address they delivered too and I have not heard back from them and it's been about 5 days and I have sent about 4 more emails asking how they were going to resolve this.
