I received an offer by phone from the company to test out 3 of their clubs. A deposit was required up front just in case I wanted to keep the clubs. After two months (October 2024), I returned the clubs. Repeated phone calls have established that they acknowledge the return of my clubs and they claim a refund is in for processing. Three months have passed and I still have not received the refund.Business Response

Upon researching this account, it appears the clubs were sent back without an RA# thus it didn't trigger an refund alert. We are unable to refund back to credit card as the time allotted by merchant has expired so we will be cutting a
check and mailing it to the address on file. We apologize for the frustrations and wish customer all the best.

Purchased golf clubs on 4/30/24 which was supposedly a free driver. Was told I would have to pay for and evaluate 3 more clubs and pay for up front (******) with the understanding that I would receive a full refund if I returned them with 40 days. Called within the 40 day window and was told they were unable to take the clubs back..The **************** *** then pressured me to accept a deal where they would issue me a partial refund plus send me another club. Never received refund OR club. This was 6/27/04. Called again in August and demanded a full refund (and no club) which they agreed to. It has now been 6 months and after numerous phone calls and being told every time it was being taken care of, and receiving no refund, I have decided to file this ***ort to several agencies.Business Response

I placed an order may ******* for 4 golf clubs. I received these and decided to return them as part of their return with a refund policy. I returned them in the correct time frame and know that they received them. I sent an email asking about this refund and they told me it should be 1 or 2 billing cycles which at the latest should have been November 2024. I still havent received a refund after multiple phone calls to the company and telling me it should be sent within the week. I have talked to customer service multiple times in the past couple weeks and have been told by at least 4 of their people that it is getting resolved that day and nothing has happened. I talked to them on the phone and through email and they always assure me that it is getting taken care of and i ask them what the next steps are when i have to call back because i tell them i don't believe them that they will send me my money. Every time i have been forced to contact them again because this continues to not get resolved.

Initially called about a free offer to try their golf *****. During the call I was offered to try their fairway ***** with the "unconditional" money back guarantee. After trying them for a couple weeks, I decided to send them back and talked with their sales **** ***. He begged me not to send them back and kept offering a partial refund that grew each time I refused. I reached the point of exhaustion and feeling bad for ***, so I agreed on a $380 refund to not return them. Refund still hasn't shown up after 6 months of calls and assurances that "you'll see the refund in 3-5 business days" each time.Ironically, I never even received the golf ***** that I called about in the first place...Business Response

I tried out a set of clubs as part of the deal. I paid for them in advance to try them out. I returned the golf clubs and the amount of time that was provided. I am rejecting this response because:The use of violent words triggered my PTSD and is unacceptable and wrong. I'm worried that this employee will seek retribution in some way. There should be a letter of apology sent to me from this company.
Now, when I use these golf clubs, I think about how this company threatened me. I can't even play with the I did buy now. Essentially these clubs are useless.
Yes, after 3 months and many phone calls I did get my refund, yet why did it have to take so long and only happened after I sought support from my credit card company and the BBB.

Opted in to do a 3-month trial with full refund if dissatisfied with product. Initial order placed on 7/6/24 and a partial refund was initiated 8/8/24. Returned golf clubs within the allotted 90 day trial time period. Patriot Golf confirmed receipt of the clubs in acceptable condition in mid September. I have been calling monthly and they still have not processed my refund. Minus the shipping and processing fee, they owe me $447. Patriot golf offered a free driver, needed to test for up to 60 days their 3,5 &7 fairway *****, for which they charged $500. Within the 60 day period (early June this year) called to arrange a refund and return of the fairway clubs. During the talk it quickly was clear they did want the clubs back, offering me, rather than a refund, a set of irons or a putter etc. After convincing them I wanted NO more product, the person claimed he talked to the business office and I finally agreed to a refund of about $320.00 and I keep the clubs, they said my credit card would see the refund within two business periods. When that did happen, I called and eventually talked to a ****** ****, to whom over the ensuing 6 months I have had, on average 3 phone calls a month. At least twice he assured me the check was in the mail. It strikes me that this company keeps delaying the refund process until you tire of the issue. The last call, Mr **** offered be a set of Irons, a putter and head covers ( which he claimed was over $1000.00 value) if I would stop calling. All I want is for them to honor their obligation. Hmmm, this is the first comms I received. The only info I have from Patriot Golf is in response to a phone call to a person named ******, who, seemingly is above ****** ****. This was a week or two ago. He promised me that he would go to *********************** to try to get them moving re refund. Whatever he tried did not work. I called on ***** he was supposed to call back but didnt, expect he will tomorrow(1-2). So, as far as Im concerned the issue has not been resolved.

I placed the order October 29th. I called November 4th to cancel. After quite a exchange with one of their sales person I was finally able to get the order canceled. I had to tell him 3 times all I wanted was the order canceled and my card refunded. I got the runaround about it having to go through all the channels before it could be sent. We'll here it is the 10th of December and after 4 calls I still haven't seen it. It took them about an hour to get their money from my cc but can't seem to get my refund. I truly believe this so called business is nothing but a sham operation. I have downloaded the formal complaint form of the ************************** in the office of the **************************. If I haven't seen that $555.38 in my account by the end of this week I'm sending it to ************ I think the ************************* will be able to get my refund.
