    I am not very good at online awareness, I was trying to apply for my passport online and when searched was directed to this site. I provided all of my personal identifying information (SSN, DOB, etc). I completed the purchase and the transaction is reflected on my bank statement, however I did not receive what I paid for. My daughter has informed me this is a scam, so based on the fact that I did not get the service I paid for, I would like a refund in full of $88.00 USD plus any taxes, fees, etc. I was charged. I would also like all of my personal information deleted from their systems and any affiliated entities that may have access to the information as well.

    On 11/21/23 I requested an EIN from this company and paid the $329. This company poses as a government site. I could have gotten the number for free on IRS.gov. Within a few hours after realizing this on 11/21/2023 I contacted them via email requesting a refund - they refused via email. I believe I have the right too cancel this transaction within the given time frame. Can you help me?

    This company charges $300+ for a service that is entirely free through the federal government and then pays to be the first search result when looking to file for an EIN, making it look like they are the official place to apply and even have “IRS” in their domain name to further disguise this. Now my personal information is in some unknown company’s hands and I’m out $244 because I’m new to business tax process and got preyed on by these scumbags.

    I put my information into this site thinking it was the IRS but it was a scam. They charged $329 and said I’d get an EIN but now I have frozen all my credit and canceled my debit card. It is not the IRS and is misleading! They take your SSN.

    I was applying for an EIN for my sole proprietorship when I realized that this business' website was not the IRS' website. At this time I stopped applying through their website. Now, I have received follow-up emails from them and I wish to have my Social and other contact information immediately deleted. This is very concerning!

    Company poses as IRS website. It takes your personal information for god knows what purpose and wants to charge you for a service the IRS does for free.

    I am furious that they have my personal information.

    The information includes:

    social security numbers for myself and my father, addresses, email addresses, birthdays, date of death for my father, and more.

    I thought this was a legit website for a passport application but it is not. It is a scam. I paid $88 for nothing but paperwork filled out and my personal information--social especially, was already entered. I would like information deleted and refund.

    I applied for an EIN number through this site just to realize after entering my personal information and payment information for $329 that I was charged for something that I can get for FREE directly from the IRS page. I would like all of my information deleted, my "order" cancelled, and a refund to be processed ASAP. This is very worrisome!

    I was applying for Global Entry when I realized that this business' website was not the official ** government website. I did not realize this until after I submitted my application. I wish to have my passport number, drivers license number and other contact information immediately deleted. This is extremely alarming. This website is deceitful.
