    I was applying for a passport renewal and did not realize this was not affiliated with the US government. I entered a lot of private and personal information on an application and I am extremely concerned that it will be used for fraud or identity theft. When I went to process the payment it did not go through. However, I'm still upset that I provided the personal information.

    I was filing for a new passport and didnt realize this was not a real website. They now have my money, card info, address, ss number, names of family etc. i would like it all removed and refunded.

    I applied for an EIN and paid $329 . This company poses as a government site by using the words like IRS and "govt". I could have gotten the number free on IRS.gov but I paid the $300 thinking they would file my TAX ID (LLC) but when i reached out weeks later they stated they completed service by giving me the tax id but when I told them I know getting a tax id is free they stopped replying to me and refused to give me a refund. I want a refund! I am not sure if my information is safeguarded with them. I gave them my SSN and used the last but of money I had to start my business. I have 2 small children and I lost $300 trying to start a business to provide for my family,

    I needed to get an EIN for an estate. I gave this website my ss# and another ss# along with my personal info. After paying for the service I realized they were not a government site and now I am extremely worried that my identity will be stolen!

    On 10-30-23, I applied online for an EIN for estate using Govt Assist, LLC. I completed their application, but stopped at the end when payment was requested. Knowing this is a free IRS service, I realized I had been misled. I've tried calling them to get my information deleted but they don't answer their phone and I don't have an order number required to leave a message.

    This site is the first to populate on goodgle beware this is not a government site and continually charges you for the *** of which I did not use for my business. Once finding it out it was a scam I have called THREE separate times to request my money back. When you call the speak to customer support they do not say who they are or have a formal introduction. I received a confirmation number and promise of refund but no refund back to my card! Over 500 dollars unsettled with them. very dishonest company charging people for *** processing

    I was under impression this was government issued site. Thankfully my credit card was declined, but i have concerns that i have been scammed and all of my personal information has been now compromised. I want and need it deleted ASAP.
