I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[ I have attached a copy of the new shipping label that has insurance and also is still active.  I have sent the same label to the merchant. Lets see what excuse he can come up with  PLEASE SEND ATTACHED LABEL TO THE MERCHANT ]

I am writing to formally address an issue regarding the payment for two cell phones I sent to NYC Phone Buyers LLC on October 7, 2024. The transaction was made under the agreement that payment of $824.00 would be completed by November 11, 2024.
The Phones were delivered to the NYC Phone Buyers LLC on October 12, 2024 at 11:01am, as confirmed by USPS Tracking # **** **** **** **** **** **. However as of today, I have not received payment for the two cell phones. Despite my several previous attempts to contact NYC Phone Buyers LLC, the matter remains unresolved.
To settle this issues promptly, I request that payment in full be made immediately or my two cell phones be returned to me immediately.

I reached out to NYC phone buyers: A store to sell or trade in electronic devices. I sent my 3 i phones in September (with flawless condition) to sell it for $ 174 each phone as promised by their website. On 9/25 they received my phones but dropped the price for each phone to $80 stating that it has scratched. Upon asking for video Feldon R******* shared a video of only one random phone with a lot of scratches all over the screen which is impossible to be found on all my phone which were in good conditions like new phones. Then I asked to provide me video of all my 3 phones but I got no response for that. Finally when I have agreed to receive less money for my phones, he initially provided delayed responses giving random excuses and said he would pay next week but his next week is never coming. He stopped responding to my emails and not giving me my money for the phones that are already in this possession. He literally scammed me! I called him on 11/12, he said he will send money next week but I am still waiting.
Also, according to the store's promise as displayed on the website, I should also receive $10 for providing them my phone number.

Non-payment of $385 trade-in. Business has kept the phone and is non-responsive. I expect the payment to be sent via a guaranteed method such as ****** or ***** (as previously agreed).

This business has multiple complaints and reviews indicating the same issues (bounced checks, delays, non-payment).

    - Oct. 2024: iPhone 14 Pro sent for trade-in.
    - Oct. 14: Counter offer received from NYC Phone Buyer (business) for a substantially lower amount.
    - Oct. 16: Negotiated counter offer of $385 accepted. Business states their ***** account is blocked (despite this being the pre-selected payout option). Mailed paper check was only option aside from ****** (which incurs added fees).
    - Oct. 29: Paper check received and deposited.
    - Oct. 31: Check bounced, due to insufficient funds. Contact made with business, claimed this has happened to others and offered ACH transfer (which would expose my banking details) or ****** (with added fees).
    - Nov. 1: ****** selected and instructions sent.
    - Nov. 4: Follow up. No response.
    - Nov. 6: Follow up. No response.
    - Nov. 12: Response stating ****** information was incorrectly recorded. Correct information re-sent.
    - Nov. 15: Two follow ups. No response. Advising phone must be reported stolen.
    - Nov. 18: Final follow up. No response.

    The original offer was $516.99.
I sent the phone in 9/26/24. They received the phone 9/28/24 according to tracking number **********************. They waited until 10/3 to let me know they were dropping the offer to 424.99, so be it. I agreed on 10/7 to be paid by *****. About a week later with no payment I tried calling and sending emails every now and then with no answer or reply. About 3 weeks later someone finally picked up the phone and said that their ***** was having issues and to give them my bank account info for a direct deposit. It is now another 3 weeks later with no payment and no email reply and no one has picked up the phone again or responded to voicemails.

I sold my ****** ** phone to NYCPhoneBuyer, Mr. Feldon R******* for $200.00 (business transaction ID "*******") on Wed Oct 16th, 2024. The payment check sent I received (picture attached) was returned by my bank due to "Non-sufficient funds" from NYCPhoneBuyer bank account. I am seeking payment for the phone that Mr. R******* has now kept unpaid and by illegally sending a bad check. I have emailed and called this business several times since Nov 14th and have yet to receive a response.

I sent in two ****** to NYC Phone Buyer LLC at the end of September. After 6 days, I received a confirmation that they had received the package and that they would be inspecting the items soon. Nine days later, I received an email stating they had inspected my devices and revised the offer for both devices. Both devices were in excellent condition, but I agreed to the lower amount knowing that they would either not return my devices or would return them with damage done to them (Do something that I didn’t: take lots of pictures before sending any device for trade in!). With the lower offered accepted, I was notified that payment would be made “soon.” I waited 10 days for the payment to be received and nothing ever arrived through the agreed upon method of *****. I followed up and was notified they would need to look into it, but no further communication was received. I have sent multiple additional follow up requests and have yet to receive any additional communication. I no longer have possession of the devices, nor was I paid for the devices I sent in.

The business has stolen my phone.
September 14: I received a shipping label from them to send my iPhone X in response to their offer to buy it from me for $126.
September 17: They acknowledged it the shipment was on the way to them.
September 20: They acknowledged that the phone had arrived and would inspect it "soon".
October 1: I emailed saying it had been 10 days and had heard nothing.
October 1: They responded saying they were backlogged because of the new iPhone release instead of business 3 days to process it would be 5 (It had already been 7).
October 1: I responded noting they had my phone before the new iPhone became widely available and it had already been longer.
October 1: "Feldon Richards", the supposed owner, responded with a new excuse, that the phone inspector had been on bereavement leave.
October 1: "Feldon Richards" then offered to pay me in full while they tried to find my phone.
October 7: I wrote that "Feldon" never paid me.
October 7: "Shannen" responded with the bereavement excuse and that the phone was still "under inspection"
October 7: I responded to that one saying "Feldon" had offered to pay me.
October 7: "Shannen" responded she'd ask "Feldon" about it and email when she heard from him.
    That never happened.
October 8: They sent me a Revised Offer for half the agreed to amount.
October 8: I asked to see pictures of the damage they claimed justified the reduced offer
October 9: They responded it would take 2-3 days
October 14: They finally send video. It doesn't show any "heavy signs of use"
October 15: Feldon offers to negotiate a price. I respond I have another $95 offer.
    Eight days later, no offer.
October 24 I give up and send them a shipping label to forward the phone.
October 24 They claim to have shipped it.
UPS NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE FROM THEM. I am out $95.
