I want to cancel this subscription and have tried several times but they intentionally prevent the subscriber from cancelling. All the email addresses provided do not work and an email is sent back stating "address cannot be found, or is unable to receive mail. This service is terrible, poor quality, and continues to charge large fees but does not let you cancel the subscription. A complete waste of money. I have emailed and searched for ways to cancel and have been unsuccessful.Customer Answer

Hello, I recently filed a complaint with this company for posting information about me on their website without my consent and with completely incorrect information about me. It stated I worked at a location that I no longer work. Additionally, it had a completely false profile about me that is completely incorrect about my credentials and scope of practice. After my first complaint the company did remove my information. I did verify that they did so. However, I recently discovered the previously deleted profile has been put back up. It is still published without my consent and still contains incorrect information. I do not want this profile on your website. It is factually incorrect and something I did not consent to have published. I have attached a recent screenshot to prove the profile is still currently up on your website, restored after being previously deleted. Delete this profile from your website once more. Delete the profile and information permanently and do not publish another profile for me again.Business Response

I cannot get in touch with anyone from this website. They purposefully do not allow you to cancel subscription on the website and have no working emails to contact them. They do not provide the service they advertise and continue to collect monthly.Business Response

This company calls random doctors throughout the country and deceives them into publication for excellent care but then publishes only for fees which they do not disclose upfront. This is my case: They contacted me in Sept 2022 for a magazine interview and promised me to be published IN PRINT. The only reason why I even agreed to the interview was because of a printed magazine offer. However, the company only published online. After asking for delivery of their promised product they declined, stating I had to pay for a printed magazine which had not been explained to me upon first contact nor prior to agreement to the interview. Despite the deception I succumbed and decided to pay. I am currently still waiting ( 20 months later! ) for my printed magazines.Every 4-5 months I speak to a representative, I get a different excuse:"I was never supposed to be in print magazines.""I am not in the current print schedule.""The magazine are being printed overseas.""The printing process takes months.""I can assure you."I requested a refund of my money or delivery of the goods.. They then applied "a discount" to their product, which I have never received. I got interviewed in September 2022.Business Response

I have had so many issues with this company continuing to post my personal information under my professional name on this site. I have contacted multiple times to get it taken down, only to have them take it down then put it right back up days later... It is now only partially removed, where my profile is taken down but my name is still indexed on their site.
I have asked repeatedly where they get their info so I can contact the source to remove my information, but it continues to show up.

Best in ***** magazine called to interview me. I agreed to ******* charge for diamond program which includes a plaque and magazine feature as well as listing in find a top doc on February 21, 2024. The magazine then called and requested my resume for the aforementioned magazine article and listing on find a top doc on Monday March 18 this week and proceeded to charge me an additional ******* on March 18 without my consent using my credit card info from February 21 for an unknown product/ service. When I called to question the charge -they said I had agreed to an additional charge for a press release that I approved , which is pure fiction. I never received or approved a press release and did not agree to any additional charges. Then they said maybe you did and you just dont remember. This is purely fraudulent behavior. I thought physicians were selected based on merit as a Best in ***** physician ans was told as much. As it turns out there are several editorials online discussing how this business has no metric or even confirmation that a physician even has a license, they simply call up doctors to manipulate them into paying these fees as a money making racket. In fact, they have bestowed the decree of best in ***** physician to a journalist who simply paid the nominal fee.Business Response

While you cannot control whats on ******* you can control that you continue to keep listing my information. This is the 5th time I have contacted you to have my information removed only to find it back up within days. Blacklist my name from your site please; your information is flawed. This is my fathers information, and I am not a practitioner in ********. That is his home address, where we rent to a young family.
