    I filed a previous complaint where the business removed my information from their site, and the case was closed. Now it is back up on their site again. I want my information PERMANENTLY removed from their site! It is listing my fathers home address in a state where I am not even licensed to practice!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The reason it is no longer on is because another representative from FindATopDoc erased my information after my comment on here yesterday. While you cannot control whats on ******* you can control that you continue to keep listing my information. This is the 5th time I have contacted you to have my information  removed only to find it back up within days. Blacklist my name from your site please; your information is flawed. This is my fathers information, and I am not a practitioner in ********. That is his home address, where we rent to a young family.

    My information is listed on this website, claiming me to be a licensed medical addictions counselor, which I am not. It lists me being located and working at a mental health care business that I am not currently employed at/ seeing clients at. I believe this is harmful to me as it provides incorrect information about my current location of work. It also is harmful because it incorrectly states my qualifications as a professional, possibly placing me at risk for being deceitful because of the incorrect information presented. I did not put this information on this website and I did not consent to my information to be placed on this website.

    I noticed this issue about 4 months ago when running a ****** search on myself. This website came up: **************************************************************. I clicked it and was surprised to see **************** address and my personal cell phone listed, attached to my health care license and NPI, both of which are no longer valid. I am not practicing anymore, and my father's personal contact information is being given to the public without permission/consent. I have contacted them twice, and each time, they tell me they will remove it. I cannot even register ownership of my own profile, because their website demonstrates an error during registration. I would like to be able to have ownership over my own profile, so I can update the information to not include my father's house and personal contact information. Additionally, I would like to inactivate this profile, so people do not continue sending messages for information, when I am no longer practicing!

    I have not been able to contact this business to request the removal of my information from their website. Currently, I am not providing care in any of the clinics or hospitals on the page, nor am I living in those areas. I believe this is misinformation, confuses the public, and hurts my business by directing potential clients to inaccurate locations. I would appreciate it if they could remove my information from their page, as it was obtained and published without my consent.

    This site published my personal cell phone number without permission and in healthcare this is extremely unprofessional and downright dangerous. I will give the benefit of the doubt that they somehow pulled the information from some date leak or other data collection site, however I have made multiple attempts to contact this company to get this information taken down, with no results. I attempted to make an account to correct the information, which appeared to be a phishing scam, and was never able to even "complete the account" after entering in all my data. I called their privacy practices number listed on their website, and it routes to a call line about an "exciting opportunity for people 65 years or older," with zero other options to talk to a representative or address privacy at all. I am in the middle of a stalking case and I need my personal phone number taken done ASAP. This appears to be a scam site.

    After a phone call to cancel services I subscribed to in the past, I was asked if I was interested in purchasing other services. I was not, and did not agree to order any further services or products. Recent charges on my credit card show a $2,068. 97 charge from Find a Top Doc **** I am asking that the charge be reversed immediately, and that the company cease using the credit card.

    I received a LinkedIn message that I was being chosen for a find a top doc award from Texas Monthly. I was asked to make appointment and they interviewed me and charged me $640 for this "award". Turns out it was not from Texas Monthly. They were dishonest and very pushy. I told them 3 times I did not want it. I also have never authorized recurring payments which they are trying to charge my credit card

    As per telephone conversation with your magazine I have paid the initial sum of $1365.11 for my subscription, along with plaque shipping fees. I was told there will be additional 3% marketing fee on the initial sum and no other charges. To my surprise, on 11/10/2023 I been charged an additional $1340.33, without any prior notice or authorization. I want to emphasize that I do not consent to nor authorize this additional charge of $1340.33. This unexpected transaction is not only inconvenient but also goes against the terms initially communicated to **** kindly request that you promptly investigate this matter and provide a thorough explanation for this unauthorized charge. Additionally, I expect the immediate reversal of the unauthorized amount back to my account.I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to a ****************

    This company charged my credit card $816.62 without my approval. When searching online to figure out how to cancel whatever account they have, it seems to not exist. They never had my authorization to charge my credit card. I want a refund and any account canceled.
