      My flight TK 0192 was canceled on March 24, 2024, and TK rebooked my ticket for March 25, 2024, I was told that the cost of transportation from the airport to home and from home to the airport would be paid by the Turkish airline but up to now whatever I have uploaded the scan of invoices from *********** shop in the airport but ** has sent a reply to me that those invoices is not acceptable you tell me other than the scan of my bank statement for Uber payment what else can I submit?

      I have had several bookings in the past with Turkish Airlines, all of which were unable to be taken. Per their terms, the credit on these flights is available if the flights were unable to be taken. I reached out on all flights without full completion of the credits being added to my account. I have continued to escalate the same per the below flight details and ticket numbers with Turkish Airlines without a response. Given that Turkish Airlines did not properly communicate via tickets or credit my account per their terms when these issues were first raised (tickets from 2022 can be seen on my account but are not provided below), I need these flights properly credited. Please advise right away. The agencies who have booked these flights have deferred to Turkish Airlines' policies as these flights fall under their policies at this point:Unanswered ticket numbers are TK-******** and TK-**********. There were 2 bookings made for 2 flights that were not taken, one on Sep 16, 2022 (booking reference number: *************) for $392.80 and one on Sep 21, 2022 (booking reference number: *************) via ****.2. There was 1 booking made for 1 flight that was not taken on Jul 24, 2022 (flight ticket number: **********) for $511.60 via eDreams.

      While I was in ******** on May 4, 2023, I took TourIstambul tour. My had luggage, a small blue suitcase was loaded into the tour bus, and it was subsequently lost by ************. I was seperated from tour group and I called TourIstambul and they were not able to pick me up. I had to take a taxi back to the airport at my own expense. When I went to the TourIstambul desk to collect my baggage, I found out that the suitcase had dissappeared. Neither TourIstambul nor Turkish Airline has helped me recover my luggage despite several attempts to contact them.

      I will be making a complaint against 2 airlines because both are guilty of wrongdoings. I had tickets for LOT polish airlines for 4/20/24 JFK-******** ,******* ,and they were delayed at *** so LOT PUT ME ON FLIGHT with partner in alliance, Turkish Airlines(**). ** was suppose to deliver me to ******* with a connecting flight in *********. **12 diverted to ******, ******** on 4/21/24 causing a delay that made me miss the schedule connecting flight for **271. Ironically, tk271 was delayed 2 hours and I could still make it if they put me on it. Regardless , if i didn't make it I was suppose to be put in a hotel/meals , get 600 ** compensation and next available flight, **269. ** instead didn't board me on any flights. I was told I can only leave ***************** if I bought a new ticket, and I was forced to do so(either that or live in dangerous airport). They never gave me hotel/meals/email, etc as required by law. My understanding is the boarding passes given to me at *** by Turkish airlines had 080 which is LOT code, and not the ** code which was excuse for not accepting boarding pass in instanbul for second flight, but legally they have to accept it, it is how things work with ***************** and LOT said ** was wrong. I want you to get the charges back on my credit card that i was forced to buy in instanbul. I also want legal compensation of 600 Euro for the delay and refusal of boarding. I also want LOT to accept responsibility as well. I used my husbands **** to buy a ticket from LOT. Ultimately they are in breach of contract because they put me on another airline and didn't get me to my final destination. LOT owes me over 1000 dollars for ticket/seats paid, and by ** law compensation as well since I paid to be on their airline, an ** airliner. ** is worser though because they lie and commit fraud even.

      My daughter flew to ******** from *******. They broken her luggage into pieces litarally. We have gne to the AirPort 2 times but they told us to file online. While we were calling and trying to get help so many people from airlines called us with no Resuldr. When I finally did it online, it says 7 th day has gone they dont accept. They are super dishonest terrible airlines

      I am trying to recover miles from a Turkish Airlines flight in December 2023. Ticket number ************* (booked through a US Government travel system, booking locator ******). I asked for this flight to be associated with another Star Alliance program, my United Mileage Plus account **********, per the advertised rules published by Turkish Airlines and United Airlines. The outbound flights on Dec ***** (IAH-IST-VKO) were added to my United account, but the return flights on Dec 22 somehow were associated with Lufthansa LH*************, by no request of mine, and against my wishes. I have been trying to remove this flight from this Lufthansa account for four months now so that it can be added to my United account as originally requested. United Airlines is unable to add the flights to my Mileage Plus account until it has been unassociated from other membership programs. I have spent many hours on the phone with Turkish, United, and Lufthansa, and have an open feedback ticket with Lufthansa trying to resolve the issue. The issue was originally caused by a Turkish Airlines agent incorrectly associating my ticket with Lufthansa. Both Turkish and Lufthansa customer service have been dismissive and unhelpful.

      This airline is acting like a thieving thug. It is unfortunate and pathetic when you consider that it bears the name of a country and a nation. I wanted to make a change to the return leg of my flight. When purchasing the ticket, they mentioned a fee of $135 for such changes which I agreed to. When I tried to do it on their website, in the last step I got an error asking me to call them. When I called, the representative told me there was that fee plus a difference in the airfare which would come to a total of $820. That is a blatant LIE because the price for the new date was actually lower than the original date according to their own website. When I told the operator that, he gave me a nonsensical answer about the prices going up and down and being different in his system. Asking for $820 to make a change is ridiculous since that is almost as much I had paid for the whole round trip. It is so much cheaper to go ahead and purchase a new one-way ticket. There is no other way to put this; Turkish Airlines is committing theft against its customers. NEVER do business with these lying thieves.

      I have purchased seat assignments for my flights for me and 2 kids (paid extra to select favorable seats in the plane).Turkish Airlines changed the seats to much inferior ones than the ones purchased and refused to issue refund.Shame on this company, never again!

      I purchased a ticket with reservation code ****** from Turkish Airlines a month ago for a flight scheduled on May 10th at 08:25 from ********** to ********. However, I was informed that my flight had been canceled. Turkish Airlines offered me a refund for my payment and suggested purchasing a new ticket, but unfortunately, there were no available flights that would align with my next itinerary.I contacted customer service immediately and subsequently wrote to them seeking a resolution. On the same day, I had another flight scheduled from ******** to ******* with reservation code ******** at 14:10. I requested to change my flight to April 9th at 20:00 to ensure I could catch my connecting flight. However, instead of providing a solution, I received a response on April 7th with reference number TK-******** # ***********#, indicating that due to purchasing an economical ticket with limited seating availability, it was not possible to change my ticket for a new one.Following this response, I contacted customer service again, and the service representative informed me that I could be placed on a standby list in case any seats became available.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Turkish Airlines regarding false advertisement and unfulfilled upgrade promises. My interactions with Turkish Airlines have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about their business practices.I have recently experienced repeated difficulties in attempting to upgrade tickets with Turkish Airlines. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to secure upgrades for at least ten tickets, resulting in the loss of vouchers. This issue is compounded by the fact that Turkish Airlines advertises upgrade benefits without consistently fulfilling them. This misleading advertising has led to financial losses and dissatisfaction among loyal customers like myself.Furthermore, I recently purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for $1740, while I discovered that a similar route with Portugal Airlines was available for only $700. This price discrepancy raises questions about the fairness and transparency of Turkish Airlines' pricing policies.In addition to these issues, my attempts to seek clarification and assistance from Turkish Airlines' ************* have been met with evasive responses. For instance, when inquiring about the possibility of upgrading tickets before purchasing them, I was informed that this could only be checked after purchasing the ticket from Turkish Airlines. This lack of transparency prevents customers from making informed decisions about their purchases and suggests a deliberate attempt to mislead consumers.Given these circumstances, I believe that Turkish Airlines' practices violate consumer rights and constitute deceptive business practices.
