      Despite having a full vaccine record, which the alliance website deemed as one of the options to fly, and despite that the destination was ****** which were the vaccine record was obtained allowed its residents to come in with only the vaccine record, Turkish airlines employees rudely misinterpreted the regulation and refused to allow me to fly, which caused me significant monetary loss, furthermore they informed me I can use my ticket within a year (sep 20 2022), despite constant request to arrange a new flight with their various departments this was not done until the ticket expired, which at that point Turkish Airlines was stating that my ticket expired and they wont be able to allow me to use it!!!

      I was given a $600 voucher to compensate me for overbooking. I tried redeeming it immediately at **************** at the Turkish Airlines help desk, who told me to contact an office in th **. *** attempted contacting the ******* office *** over a month. No response. I want my vouched sent to my home address in check form. Voucher attached. To follow up with this claim, email is the best contact. Thank you.

      I am trying to purchase plane seats for disabled people and Turkish Airlines customer service puts me on very long holds and eventually hangs up the phone on me. They have already charged me extra for normal seats without extra leg room. They told me they would not issue refund for the seats which I do not intend to use. I purchased those seats due to the fact that their online seat map was extremely misleading. My flight is in 10 days; they are not selling me seats for the disabled people who are traveling with me. It sounds like they do not even understand me and they continuously hang up on me. Their website does not allow me to select seats.

      My family traveled to ****** on 8/4/22 and I was supposed to fly in order for me to bring my wife and 3 kids under the age of 4, I had a chance to go earlier than the booked flight, so I changed the flight and paid the extra fees which was actually a new ticket! When I arrived to ********, the ******* authorities asked me to go to ***** and come through the land border, so I bought a new ticket from ******** to ***** through Istubul, and I paid for it, now I found out that my ticket was completely canceled, on top of this they lost 4 suitcases for me, no one is answering my calls! My luggage worth $10,000 of gifts and personal items!

      They are taking so long to respond,rhey havr asked for the cost of my luggage I have sent them a list and informed them that I have receipts of everything because most if what I claimed was gifts, no one discussed the ticket that they canceled on me for absolutely no reason, they contacted me through their portal but no one contacted me through the phone l, the last communication was about a week ago, I asked for a status update but no response

      I sent the below-attached complaint to the *** on July 21, 2022, and was given case #*********** on August 11, 2022. The *** then reached out to Turkish Airlines, and I received an email that they " received my complaint from the ******************************** on August 11, 2022. We will start investigating your case *****************) and respond to you by the ******* required deadline (which is 60 days)." I emailed the gentleman back to update him because, within that timeframe, I had been communicating between ********* and Turkish Airlines to use the "airline credit" I was given in March after having to cancel the rest of our flight due to the incident. I notified him, " I was able to get my resort voucher back for later use, just not a refund. I am currently trying to book a new flight using the airline credit I received from *********, but I have had no success being able to use it. Between July 29, 2022, and August 9, 2022, I have been calling ********* and Turkish Airlines to figure out the situation, but neither of them has been able to figure out who can honor the airline credit. ********* is saying that Turkish Airlines is supposed to honor it because I took the first leg of my flight. Even though they have tried on multiple occasions, they are receiving an error message when trying to confirm the ticket after payment.On the other hand, Turkish Airlines is saying because I bought the ticket through a third-party agent, the third-party agent is to honor it. ********* sent a request to Turkish Airlines asking for a refund of the remaining amount of my credit (August 9, 2022), but they said it could take up to two weeks for an answer." At this point, I have already paid for our new tickets with a different airline and would like the partial refund I am owed. Still, Turkish Airlines is not returning any communications to *********, and it has been well over two weeks, and I was told today, August 30, 2022, by ********* to continue to wait for a response.

      I booked an all inclusive package to ******** from sept **** for myself, ***********************, ***********************, and ***********************. Due to an emergency we have to cancel. My dads brother is dying and we cannot leave the country. Conf code : ****** ticket #: ************* *************** was kind enough to give us a full refund but Turkish Airlines is not giving us the same curtesy during a medical emergency. Its completely unethical and unacceptable. The entire trip cost $6,883.08. The hotel gave us a full refund of ******. Turkish Airlines needs to refund me the difference, $5909.88.

      I have contacted Turkish Airlines on numerous occasions and they refuse to talk to me on the phone, only by "feedback" via website where they will email you and say we looked into it and found nothing to be wrong. Straight scam. Where is the recorded phone call? Long story short, my fianc, 2 children, and myself had business class reservations with a small layover flight. I called in to make a small change to our layover flight from one city to another. They said ok, we only have economy available for the connecting flight (1.5 hrs long), that's fine, I'll take it. Hours later looking into my email confirmation, they downgraded us within our whole reservation into economy class without our knowledge! Best part about it is, we paid ******* miles plus $1500 in taxes for business class and they have not refunded us a single cent. You cannot even connect with them via phone. They hang up on you, speak rudely to you, talk down to you, don't even apologize or acknowledge their mistake. The saddest part about it all is my family and I worked very hard to purchase these business class tickets because my husband has a terrible medical condition that does not allow him to be sitting for such long periods of time. I have doctors papers. We got business class seats specifically for this purpose. Our flight is supposed to be in less than a week and we're are so disgusted and don't know what will happen. They do not respond to any customer complaints. We contacted them on every platform possible. They won't provide us with another flight. They will not refund us our money. The reviews all over the internet speaks for themselves. They are the biggest scam artist airline. Please look into all the customer complaints about this airline. They are taking peoples money from every angle and are getting away with it. Whether it's flights, bag issues, cancellations, they are DOING IT. Report to **********

      I booked a ticket with Turkish airlines months ago two way to *********************** I paid about 800 dollars for each ticket for my whole family, I have a lot of medical issues so going back on time is important to me as I go to the hospital weekly, on the way back from ****** I get to the airport carrying all my baggage having left my house and returned my rental car I find out my trips been cancelled without any notice after hours of talking to the employees they find me a flight 2 days later with a 9 hour delay in turkey after reaching turkey one of the employees offered us 600 euros to stay on day and get everything paid for if there was not enough space of the plane I asked several times if this would have any effect of our seats and assured me it wouldnt and that we would have the same seats, it ended up that there was space on the plane which I was fine with but the he took my tickets and started giving me random seats and after telling him I wouldnt be sitting except in my seat he started threatening me and telling me hes calling the police.

      Hello,I bought two round tickets, for my daughter and I, from Turkish airline for our trip from: *** to IRK and return back home from IRK to ***. In the destination airport two of my new luggage of value $250 were broken (pictures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and I reported the damage to the authorities in destination airport (picture 6; Case ID: ************ *** ***** *****). According to the instruction on the airport damage report, I had to file a claim on Turkish airline. On the Turkish Airline claim website, it asks whether the passenger has the proof of purchase or otherwise the price of the damaged luggage. Since I did not have the receipt, I just reported the luggage value ($ 250). Surprisingly, the Turkish airline evaluation team use the initial information about the luggage and the receipt just to fool travelers and to cover their own mishandling the luggage. In the evaluation letter reads that since Turkish airline has to keep their purchase for their tax purpose, so the travelers should have all proof of purchase for their damaged items and otherwise they dont do anything (see picture 7)!! What a nonsense! It is just a cheap way of escaping from being responsibilities and covering up the airline mishandling the luggage. If you purchase anything by cash or by store credit and dont keep your receipt you cannot provide the proof of purchase for them.I followed up with a complaint on their evaluation and then they updated my account with an offer of $140. Such a shame! They broke two of my brand new luggage of value $250 and now offering something around half of them. I am in the middle of my vacation and have to spend a couple of days of my vacation and pay for taxi to buy new luggage. If you are fair and honest you should pay me at least $300 for luggage and the trouble that I am facing to spend my vacation time and taxi for re-purchasing the luggage.
