      Needed 2 New tire for my car I made a appointment for the next Day the staff was very pleasant and friendly They check my wheel alignment for free Highly recommend this Business they were the lowest price for my tires

      I have had awesome experiences with our Yulee store and they continue to shine! Ms. **** and ******** are the ladies that make it go, they have a great group of guys that are always on top of there craft so keep the great work up. I came in for tire mounting and balance on all 4 wheels.

      Went to Mavis to have a tire repaired (nail). They refused to repair it since fix-a-flat had been used as a temporary repair and insisted a new tire was needed. Then went to a reputable tire store and had the tire repaired and cleaned for a nominal charge. I do not recommend Mavis.

      To make a long story short1 a/c repair costing over $2000 done incorrectly caused 2 transmissions blown, several tows, time lost at work and major headaches. All stores involved are under **** ************************** or shops that he chose. At first **** was pleasant and took care of everything. After only 2 weeks, I was stranded again, with transmission fluid everywhere. I texted **** that there was a problem. I also called the transmission shop, ********************, that **** had picked to put in a rebuilt transmission the 1st time. It was towed back to ********************. I was informed by them that it was the same problem as the first time. This is when **** and American Auto Repair began fighting about whose fault it was (putting me in the middle). I just picked up my truck again and neither **** *****, Regional Manager at Mavis/Tire Kingdom or American Auto repair would pay for the rental I had for 4 days. Very disappointed and not at all a satisfied customer. I will not be using any of these companies again and suggest that other people BEWARE and dont either.

      Did $400 worth of work on my car I didnt approve. Gave me a flush I never approved or asked for. My bill was $734. I approved $300! I will never go back to them.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would. My family has been going to Mavis Discount Tire locations for years and has never had any problems until I took my car to this location. I brought my car to get new tires and a wheel alignment. I had pre-ordered the tires and they did not have the tires I requested even though I set an appointment well in advance. Additionally, this location told me I needed a plethora of repairs on my car and quoted me over double what I expected to pay for just my tires. I took my car back until they could get the correct tires and had my local mechanic fix the car. I also got an oil change and all other maintenance at a fraction of the quote. I then took my car back to this Mavis and they were able to change my tires. They overcharged me for the tires and I had to get a price adjustment for the correct price. All was fine until I got in my car and realized that they cracked my windshield. I notified them that they did in fact crack my windshield and they said I needed to reach out to the regional manager. The manager and regional manager claimed they did not crack the windshield, which is laughable as the crack was by the oil change sticker which I had done the day before getting my tires replaced and my car was left with them all day. It has been over a month of me going back and forth with the regional manager to see the footage. I was told the footage is kept for only 30 days and I believe the back/forth and dismissive abysmal response from the regional manager has been to prevent me from seeing the footage and for the company to relinquish any liability. I even offered to come in and look at the footage with the regional manager and he never followed up. After this farce and being so preoccupied with the windshield debacle, I also noticed my tires were never aligned. This location has inconvenienced me at every turn and I would never take my car here again. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location and company.

      2025 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I purchased brand new tires and the passenger front tire kept losing air, CONSTANTLY.. although they were nice about putting air back into the tire. they never replaced the tire .. Eventually the tire had enough and went flat and bubbled forcing a replacement that I had to PAY for because the warranty has so much trickery and slick wording it prevents you from utilizing it!.. SO I PURCHASED ANOTHER NEW TIRE paid IN FULL from HEATHER * MAVIS TIRE SUWANNE GA and was told it would arrive in the morning by 8:30a I arrived at 9:30a NO TIRE it has been CANCELLED!! and the other employee a white guy, couldnt find my purchase at all and told me I had to wait for ******* to arrive to work, I requested my computer printout and my order history for YEARS including the day prior, it was there (HE LIED) about not seeing my order being placed or paid for ******* arrived, she told me as well it had been CANCELLED and I was told I should GO HOME and she would call me when the tire came in, but HAD NO IDEA and NO TIME when that would be! I informed ******* I had to work, she didnt care about my job only her own.. Its 2025 there are many options and competitors waiting to serve us and treat us right as customers I CALLED ******************** TIRE, they had the tire in stock I REQUESTED A REFUND from MAVIS TIRE, took my car to DISCOUNT TIRE and was in and out in 33 minutes AND the TIRE COST LESS MONEY than MAVIS TIRE I contacted the tire manufacturer BLACK HAWK AWAITING A RETURN EMAIL no number listed on their website Dont settle for mediocre move on to the next company

      The worst place to change your tire. I have purchased the tire from here and with in a week I went to ******* of ****** for my car service and thread count on the tire was 7 instead of 10. I got shocked how come with in a week the tire thread teared out from 10 to 7 and when I went to mavis tire store again after that they have said nothing wrong with tire and ****** of Rosewell is wrong. I went to another store after that for second opinion and found that ****** of Rosewell was right. The tires only last for 27 k miles.

      It ***** to receive a bad review and y'all deserve worse than a bad a review for what you did to me. My brakes were not acting correctly and after your assessment, the bill came to $6,800. $3,800 for parts and $3000 for labor? So I called them out on this price gouging and instead of owning up to this problem, the manager, ***** pointed the finger at his employees and said he wasn't aware of what had happened and when he came in the next day he saw this massive job, it was "strange" but still didn't do anything about it.Directly across the street, there is a very reputable company called ****** Auto body who did the job for less than half with double the warranty. I'm not necessarily saying stay away from Brakes Plus but this could very well happen to you when you do business with a place that lacks integrity.

      I'm giving them one star because there are no less, but one is too much for these incompetents. To summarize! Bad customer **********************, lack of punctuality, they tried to change things that weren't wrong and to top it off they promised to deliver my car on time for my 2 1/2 hrs trip home. But no! They didnt delivered they promise and I had to stay in ** with my work team for the night, paying for the hotel and food for 6 people! It's a disgrace for a company as big as Mavis!
