      I am giving Mavis poor review for length of service time. I made an appointment but when arrived to a busy shop the service manager advised that it would be over an hour to get 2 new tires on my SUV. I asked about rescheduling the next day at which he said come in at 12:30 when there was only one other appt scheduled. At this point its been 4 HOURS and I am sitting here waiting! When I commented the same service manager said someone had called off work. I had a 12:30 apppt! He should not have taken walk ins ahead of my vehicle! Never a **** again with Mavis!

      Had my car at Mavis off ****** *** ***** ********** ** it rubble when i hut the brakes.... Mavis tire company ****** *** ***** ********** ** stated that i needed STRUT... told me that it would be ready the following morning... just to learn that they fix the wrong thing REAR BACK BREAKS.. my car still did the same thing rubble when brakes apply was SCARED to drive call IMMEDIATELY of situation brought car back to get STRUT on the 30th of Dec... as of the 4th of January my car still not FIX and learn parts were not order still in a rental this is very unorganized no one wants to be accountable for keeping my car for 6 days car rental bills for a 2hr job per representative at ***** **** ****** *** ***** ********** **

      Absolutely, Beyond horrible service They come up with all kinds of excuses to replace your tire, even if its just a simple patch.

      Don't go there. Charged $190.99 for a tire that *******, and three other tire stores within 3 miles sell for $117.00 to $119 same size and exact same tire. Total bill for $117 tire ended up being $235. Took advantage of my son while on vacation that needed a tire patched. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right do not trust them!!! Send your loved ones a few miles away to more reputable place...

      Went to Mavis on 12/28/24 customer ********************** was wonderful. ***** is so nice and funny. He kept us entertained while waiting for my ****** service didnt take too long. I will definitely come back again for service.?????????? S price

      Charged me $90 to mount and balance 2 tires. Will not go back.

      On December 11th, my 2007 **** Expedition's **** sensor indicated low air. I stopped at **********, where I bought the tires, and was told my **** sensors were faulty. ***** Club doesn't install these sensors, so I went to Mavis Discount Tire nearby. After speaking with *** and *****, the store manager, I agreed to have Mavis inspect my truck. They found all four tires were dry-rotted and the **** sensors were broken. I needed new tires and sensors.On December 12th, I instructed Mavis to install four new tires and sensors. Later, I noticed each tire had a different manufacturing date: 10/19, 10/22, 43/18, and 38/19. I contacted Mavis and spoke with *****, who refused to look at the tires and said those were the available tires. Unsatisfied, I disputed the charges with my credit card company because I didn't receive brand new tires as requested.I want buyers to be aware when purchasing new tires. The tires you received may have different dates, and the company will not tell you that the tires are outdated.

      They were completely honest with me about everything and did not do anything with charging the amount given incase we wanted to get a second opinion i did not catch the name of the guy i talked to but he had a deep voice. but i would suggest this company to anybody!

      I had gotten front tires put on 12/21/2024 and when I was on my way home from work 12/23/2024 my whole tire was slanted in and I lost control of my vehicle. The ball joints, Wheel bearings, tire hubs were completely shot and my tires were about to fall off. These issues should have been seen by Mavis when they were changing my tires.

      If I could give no stars, I gladly would! These people are the most incompetent idiots I have ever dealt with! I went to have an oil change and they were training a mechanic. What should have taken maybe 15 minutes turned out to be 4 hours! They told me I needed brake pads because they were getting worn out. I just had that done a year ago! Recently, I tried booking an appointment for an inspection and they told me I didnt need one. I could just bring it in and since there was supposedly no appointments booked I would get right in. Well, the place was packed and there were no mechanics on! They told me there was no guarantee they would even be able to book me because of the upcoming Christmas holiday! So I wasted an entire day trying to get my car inspected before the end of the month as it would expire and I would be driving an uninspected vehicle! They just lost my business as I will be going elsewhere where I wont be ripped off! There is absolutely no excuse for this nonsense! They need to get their act together and get trained mechanics who actually know what theyre doing and treat their customers the way theyre supposed to be treated! Total scam and a waste of time!
