      *** told me all 4 of my engine mounts were broken then proceeded to quote me $1800. The unfortunate part was 1. My engine mounts were brand new 2. She assured me that women were not taken advantage of and gained my trust. Unfortunately for her I double checked what she told me. If you are a woman who does not have the means/ knowledge to double check their work do not give them your business. They also charged me $675 to replace a wheel bearing. Every quote they gave me was grossly overcharging. Therefore I am filing a formal complaint.

      This place is a nightmare. I came in for a tire patch repair and they broke the lug nuts off and had to go to the dealership to get more. Ive now been here over 2 hours. This is the store on ******* in ***********

      This Mavis Tire Center in Pooler did more damage to my car and cost me another $500 to correct their incompetence. They mis-threaded one of the lug nuts on the left rear tire and tightened it down so that the stud had to be broken off in order to remove the tire. I ended up going there 4 times because they screwed up my alignment, broke a TPIS sensor and caused me to go to another tire service facility, (Discount Tires) to fix my car.
      DO NOT EVER GO TO MAVIS TIRE !!!!!!!!!!!!

      Did not give a warranty on tires. Do not buy tires from this company. It's has been 1 year and 2 tires are bald.

      Very poor customer service. My truck was ready, but the bay my truck was when a tire delivery truck blocked the bay door my truck was in , so even though truck was ready. I had to wait an additional 20 mins for the delivery to be completed. They could have simply communicated with the driver to wait like 2 minutes to remove my truck from the booth.

      I took my car to get a oil changed and the employee took it for a ride and crashed my 2 rims and 4 tires and broke the nuts that holds the tire and was no told about it, then a day later the same employee put donuts on the car and took it to his house. The donuts was too big and had holes in the tires. I. Then called corporate office and the manager and was told by the manger to give him 400.00$ to get rims from the marketplace. After a week of lying to me and about 100 calls I finally called my insurance company so they can battle this out.

      Awesome, BEST customer service at ** ****h, Tuscaloosa + GREAT PRICES ,QUICK SERVICE. THEIR PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE GREAT BUT THEIR TECH GUYS AND GAL'S WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL OF YOUR OF AUTO NEEDS WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK..SCALE 1 THRU 10 ,THEY ARE A 10+

      Don’t come here unless you want to die from a mechanical failure induced car accident. I would never trust Mavis to work on my car ever again after they put my life in danger. I originally went to their ******** ***** location and spent $1600+ on brake services (including calipers, brakes, and rotors) recently just to find out they left out a whole bolt out of my car, causing my caliper to move around and my brakes not functioning on one wheel.
      I knew something was still wrong immediately after my service because of a noise I heard so I went to Mavis in ********* to get a second opinion and because I did not feel safe driving. After explaining the situation, *** acted unprofessionally asking me “Would you like to fix other people’s problems?” On top of poor customer service, they failed to catch the missing bolt, which caused further damage to my vehicle and was told I needed a wheel bearing replacement on the same wheel with the missing bolt (which I did for an additional $400) and the issue still persisted.
      Long story short: Mavis failed me not once but TWICE and put in me in a highly dangerous situation for months. My issues were never taken seriously until I provided photo/video evidence from an ACTUAL EXPERIENCED Hyundai mechanic.

      Last July Mavis did not pass my car for State safely due to "Control arm bushings rotting and tearing". I took the car to another mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with the car and passed the car for State Safety. I showed the scar to a different mechanic who confirmed that my car did not have any safety issue as mentioned above. Now I know why Mavis has such a low rating. Please STOP cheating the public out of their hard earned money.

      Ignore all these negative reviews, Ive taken my ****** Corolla here several times for various repairs and maintenance each time theyve always done an excellent job and they have always been honest about actual necessary repairs, unlike the ****** dealership who tried to get me to replace things that were not necessary, Id rank this location 10/5 stars
