*************, ******* location provides excellent service. We went in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The cashier explained the wait time would be approximately 2 hours; he was correct. During our stay, the cashier provided tips on additional repairs and gave us a discount for the extended wait.

I would give them no stars if that was possible. I took my car because my brakes locked up. Cost me $1350 and they told me it was fixed. I needed to change the front calibers and my front wheel hubs. Drove it a couple of times and the brakes locked up again just like before. I paid to have my car towed and this time Im told it my brakes lines. Charged me $300 and said it was fixed. Picked my car up on Monday and the very next day my brakes locked up again. Im having to pay to have the car towed to the shop again. Im beginning to think none of the Mavis Tire Stores have a clue about fixing a vehicle. Im really tired of them scamming me out of my money because they sure has not fixed my car.

this is for ******************************************. Mavis always overextends to please this customer. the manager is knowledgeable and competent. employees are friendly. even though there was a 2 day mechanical falilure at his store, the front end manager was very helpful and accommodating to me, making suggestions to fix my problem, which he did. Thank you agn for a very positive experience even in the face of pressure and problems beyond his control.

Terrible job, over sold my elderly uncle on a service he didnt need and the tire replacement was shoddy so he ended up with a flat tire which he brought to his automotive service center who fixed the valve that had not been set correctly STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

I had an oil change and I requested a regular oil change and I was quoted for $60. When the work was completely, the store charged me over $100 and said it was for synthetic oil change. I told the store that I didn't request for that, just the regular oil change. The store said they would have to remove the oil and replace with the regular oil and said it would take longer. I didn't have a recourse but to pay for the service which I didn't order since the work already done. I had oil changes with this store before and this is the first time this happened. I believe I am being cheated it. I will stay away from this store from now on.

Took my car to the location on ********************. Asked to get my front brakes ************** Instead of changing the front the back brakes were changed without my knowledge until after it had already been done. When I drove the car I immediately took it back because the car was shaking when I applied the brakes worse than they were when I took it in. The *** told me that the back brakes were worse than the front so thats why THEY CHOSE to change the back but for another $700 they could change the front. This was just a ploy for me to spend more money. After reading the reviews I see that Im not the only woman that this has happened to. It seems that they selectively choose which women to rip off. I WILL NEVER USE Mavis again! I dont trust them!

They put the wrong alternator on the car with us not knowing. The car lasted 2 weeks before it drained the battery dead and wouldn't start. Had to have it towed to **** Dealership. Took the part back and they refused to do anything. Said we should have brought it back for them to fix. So out a tow bill for incompetence and also the cost of the part. When you loose confidence in a company why would I go back?

Wish I could give 0 stars! Normally they've taken pretty good care of me, but this last time takes the cake. Took my Wrangler in for tire rotation/balance and alignment (bought one of their packages years ago) and was told it took 2 hours to align because of rust and that I was going to need new torque bars. Driving home it felt off, turning radius to the left was off and I had some vibration but thought it was from the tire rotation as the tires were evening out. Started driving my fiances car to save on gas, next time I drove it, got the death wobble and almost no left turning radius. Called my work (dealership) and they said bring it right into service. Upon getting it onto a lift, we found that my tow bar is completely bent, the outer parts of it completely out of alignment, my front tires angled OUT, and there are fresh witness marks where they clearly used a wrench on 2 different bars and not only mangled them, but clamped an area for a special tool shut. It's now been over a week with promises that they'll have it towed there to "diagnose" whether it is a "preexisting issue". I talked to their regional manager last week who claimed to be standing in the location and authorized all of this, told me he refused to pay the $2500 it would cost to replace everything when "they could probably do it for $400" (after all, why on earth wouldn't I let the people who screwed it up fix it?). After not hearing from them to tow it, I have now called every day and yesterday was told that they didn't have authorization yet from corporate, and that their regional manager who I apparently talked to was not their regional manager and they had no one by that first name in the building in the last 6 months. So...who did I talk to? I've now threatened to hire an attorney - which got them to agree to tow it, which was supposed to happen today - but recieved a phone call that they can't tow it until tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. I will more than likely be hiring an attorney.

DO NOT USE THEM. I went to ***************************************, **, now a part of Mavis. 2 days trying to get my car fixed and they couldnt do it. Wasted several of my hours and ruined my travel for Thanksgiving Eve. Broken molding on my drivers seat, broken glove compartment. When I got there, the workers were outside and I smelled weed. They are nice, but not competent. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

WORD OF CAUTION! DO NOT USE ***ANY MAVIS LOCATIONS *** FOR ANYTHING. EVEN TIRES! CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE, AND REGIONAL GUY HAS NO AUTHORITY TO FIX ANYTHING.Spent almost $2,200 at one of their ****** locations in May 2024. Brought the car in because of misfire and rough idle. Part of the work was to replace spark plugs to fix the rough idle. After plugs were replaced, they still didnt fix the rough idle (the original concern). They managed to find many issues with other items that added up to just under $2,200. Right after leaving the shop the car was still rough idling and showing the same symptoms. Was told they are at their limit as far as their diagnostic ability. After taking the car to another shop, the second shop found that when Mavis changed the plugs, their technician failed to re-plug one of the wires back in, causing the car to run on 3 cylinders. After paying for the second shop to fix Maviss poor quality work, the store manager at the time, *****, got approval from corporate to refund me what the other shop charged. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, the car started to mis-fire, rough idle, and hesitate at low RPMs. Decided to take the car straight to the second shop. No surprise, they found the plugs that Mavis had replaced are all fouling out, causing all the symptoms to return. Upon replacing the plugs AGAIN, the car runs just fine and the check engine light hasnt returned. Mind you, the check engine light never stayed off after my $2,200 visit to Mavis. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE MAVIS!
