      I was charged for work, I didn't going for. Then told sorry, because they still worked on the work part again. Then I had a car accident because they failed to correct the my brake fluid right after two attempts. Now when I call customer ********************** about an out standing bill that the manager told me they would correct. I am forced to repeat the event again each time I call which is 5 times now, while the collector is calling me on a bill that I didn't go into the shop for. They replaced all the Managers at the shop. So now I'm only to deal with customer **********************, who opens the case and close the case after I get off the. I paid for rental while waiting to get my car fixed, ************ went up because the got into accident because they didn't bleed the brakes right. And now they are destroying my credit because they billed me on work I didn't go into the shop for... Worst shop and customer ********************** ever. Stressful that I have been going there for years and treated in such a manner the staff was rude from start to finish making insults.

      If I could rate them lower, I would. They put wrong tire on my car!Bought all 4 tires 7 months prior. 1 went flat and got damaged. Called for an appointment and took off a half day of work to get fixed. Arrived and told I wasnt in the computer and had to wait 3 hours to get it fixed. I paid for an **** to go home. Next day came in to get my car, paid $200, and the wheel lock was missing. Took them 15 plus minutes to find. Was offered a warranty on my tires as an apology but I would have to pay EXTRA for it. Drove car onto highway when dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Went back to shop where it was discovered the wrong tire was installed. Waited another 30 minutes for repair. Spoke to manager and was offered an oil change for my trouble. Really??If you value your safety, stay away!!

      Our 2006 Scion XB was brought in to fix a a metal scratching noise every time you take a right hand turn. How is it possible that even after all these service charges the problem still exists? Did I even need half of those parts replaced? How do they corelate to the metal scratching sound that the car was brought in for? Now I bring my car back in so they can say, "Oh it wasn't this, but now we think it is this?" Then what? I have to pay more?       Brakes plus put me and my childrens life in danger. I was having problems with my car dying, so I took it into brakes plus and had them check the alternator where they confirmed that the alternator was bad, and needed to be replaced. They charged me $1200 for the parts and labor. The next morning I was driving my 3 year old daughter and my 1 year old son to daycare, and I live up the ***************, so I have to take some steep mountain roads to get into town. As I was coming down the hill next to ********************, my power steering went out and my ABS system went out, as well as my accelerator. I was going ***************************************************** proper braking, and I had to pull like h*** to get the car to turn around the switchback on the south shore. Luckily, we didnt go off the side of the steep cliff into the reservoir below, and I was able to coast to a full stop on the side of ** ** *. I called a tow truck and waited with my kids for 1 hr with no heat, since the car was completely dead at this point. My kids had to ride with no car seat in the cab of the tow truck. When we got to brakes plus the took the car and said they would take a look, and later that day the manager ***** called me and said they had put a defective alternator in my car and will have to order a new one from *****, which will take about 3 days.I called the store to ask if they would be willing to give me a partial refund because of the danger the put me and my children in, and for the time I missed off of work. Another manager ***** said they are not willing to do anything like that for me because the techs had already been paid, and that he was willing to install the good alternator free of charge. I told him that nobody should charge me an additional cost anyway because Ive already paid for the first alternator. He told me well, some of our stores can be vindictive and would charge you extra for this, and Im willing to do it for free.

      Took my car to get a part replaced and it took a week. Also, after picking the car up, I noticed that they replaced my good battery without permission and replaced it with another that will not start after sitting for a while. I thought this was a legit place but it turns out that it is not.I do not recommend for any car issues.

      I brought my car to the place to get an inspection. They broke my lock lug nut and then they tried to charge me for it. They also failed my vehicle for things I had changed like my shocks and my tires when I brought them from them a few months prior to my inspection . They tried to charge me 1650. For parts that did need to be changed. This place is a scam beware when taking your vehicle there.

      Worst place to take your car in. Rip honest customers off for *********************** that is not needed especially brakes and brake flush. Dont let these scammers intimidate you. No knowledge whatsoever, underpay all the workers and make them slave away. Unsafety equipment. Hydraulic lifts lowering on you when working, broken glass doors that hasnt not been fixed for months. Non working air lines. I dont recommend this place to anybody. They dont even replace your oil filters, nor if they mess up your car theyll lie about it. I feel bad for all the customers that have been lied too and will have problems with their cars in the near future. ***************** ever.

      I made the mistake of stopped at brakes plus in *********, *** for an oil change only but they added and charged me for a cabin air filter, engine air filter and front and rear differential fluid for a total of $322.66 plus $200.00 cash solen = $522.66. I DID NOT approve this work that they did but still got charged. Then I noticed $200.00 cash was missing from my center console when I returned and told the manager about the missing cash. The manager told me his employees do not steal so I ask him where is my $200.00? (I blame myself for not taking the money out of the concolic before the service) guess that happens when you are 70 years old, but it is a shame you cannot trust anyone anymore. This service turned out to be a mistake I will never forget or make again Just a heads up be careful; this is the highest oil change I have every paid. Needless to say these crooks will not get any more money from me.
